Chapter 36 - 36

Xi quickly brought out two plates and placed them steadily on a stone table.

Pamela leaned over for a look, and her face immediately turned green, nearly making her throw up.

One plate was filled with fist-sized bugs that were still wriggling and glowing with a green luster. The other plate contained red fruits, but they emitted an eerie red light that made one feel apprehensive just by looking at them.

Qinuo frowned and asked, "Xi, is this your food?"

Xi nodded and said earnestly, "Demon Bugs and Fire Fruits are the main food source for Demons.

This is food that only weak Demons can obtain; powerful Demons choose to devour souls, which not only fills them but also enhances their strength."

Qinuo patted his head and said helplessly, "Frank, go prepare some food and make sure all Demons get a good meal."

"Yes, Young Master."

After gaining permission to travel freely to and from Hell, Frank left Hell.

Xi fell to her knees with a thud, bowing her head and saying, "I have disappointed Your Majesty; please punish me."

"Get up, it has nothing to do with you; this is my problem." Qinuo reached out and helped Xi up.

As Qinuo looked at the environment of Hell, the instincts etched into his soul began to awaken, and an idea formed in his mind.

"Pamela, let's transform Hell and turn it into a true World."

When Pamela heard Qinuo's words, her eyes instantly lit up. The slight discomfort she felt from seeing Hell's food vanished, replaced by pure excitement and anticipation.

"Okay!"

She responded cheerfully, her hands unconsciously clenching into fists, as if her entire being was filled with boundless drive.

Originally, after she became a monster, she had thought about finding a place to live in seclusion and creating a plant kingdom, but she gave up that idea after meeting her beloved.

"Transforming Hell?"

Coulson's face was filled with disbelief. He slowly turned his head to look at the groups of volcanoes outside the square, constantly spewing thick smoke, and the lava flowing everywhere.

"How is that possible?"

Coulson frowned tightly, shaking his head, thinking this was simply a fantasy.

"Young Master, if it's just an oasis, it might be possible.

Plant growth has four main elements: sunlight, oxygen, water, and soil.

There is oxygen here, sunlight can be artificial, the geology can be transformed with the help of the Mountain Demon, water can be migrated from Earth, and plants can also be cultivated."

Among Banner's seven doctoral degrees were geology and meteorology. Qinuo had helped him a lot, and he was now seriously thinking of a solution.

"Banner, I want the entire World, not a small oasis."

Banner stroked his chin, observing Hell's environment with focused eyes, then shook his head.

"Young Master, this is very difficult. If it's the entire World, it's an enormous project. For it to form a self-sustaining cycle,

the entire geology and environment of Hell must be transformed to create a soil layer, and the weather must be controlled, ideally with four seasons. Also, there's the cultivation of plants, humidity—these are all problems…"

As Banner spoke, he drew simple diagrams on the ground, his expression serious and focused.

"Don't worry about the plants; Pamela will show them a trick."

Pamela rose from Qinuo's embrace, and a green light glowed in her hands. The light was like the morning dawn in spring, warm and full of vitality.

Just then, specks of green appeared in the black square. Immediately after, tender shoots emerged from the ground at a visible speed. They grew vigorously, unfurling their tender green leaves.

In the blink of an eye, flowers bloomed, colorful and dazzling; green grass spread, lush and verdant, covering the entire square like a green carpet.

A gentle breeze blew, filling the air with the fragrance of flowers, and the green grass swayed. The entire square instantly became full of life and vitality, forming a stark contrast to the previous dark and oppressive scene.

The Demons stared blankly at the grass beneath their feet, their eyes filled with disbelief and novelty, as if they were frozen. This was a magical sight they had never witnessed before.

The battle between Hulk and the Bull-headed Demon also came to an abrupt halt. Hulk's huge hand gently caressed a flower at his feet, a curious expression on his face.

The Bull-headed Demon sighed in relief when he saw Hulk had lost his will to fight, thinking, "This guy gets stronger the more he fights; he's truly terrifying."

He sniffed hard, and a wonderful scent wafted over. He couldn't help but grab a handful of grass from the ground and put it in his mouth to taste.

He shouted excitedly, "Delicious!" Then he plopped down on the ground and began to eat large mouthfuls.

Seeing his actions, Hulk hesitated, then reached out and picked a flower to taste. He immediately frowned and mumbled, "Not delicious."

The surrounding Demons, seeing how sweetly the Bull-headed Demon was eating, also curiously began to try it.

Some Demons were pleasantly surprised after eating it, continuously stuffing it into their mouths; others spat it out, finding it utterly unpalatable.

For a moment, the Demons reacted differently, and the square was filled with noisy sounds.

Basa knocked Abomination unconscious with a punch and dropped a parchment.

He slowly walked to the grass, lay down, and looked at the red sky. No living being would hate the smell of nature, and Demons were no different.

A hint of nostalgia appeared in his eyes, as if his thoughts drifted back to the past. He had visited the human World once, seen forests, and tasted delicious food, which he still remembered fondly.

Coulson and Banner were still staring dumbfounded at the grass beneath their feet. Coulson couldn't help but reach out and touch it, saying incredulously, "Is this an illusion?"

Banner also squatted down, carefully observing the blades of grass on the ground, and shook his head, saying, "No, this is not an illusion; this is real life."

Xi squatted down, gently caressing the tender green leaves, her expression somewhat dazed, and murmured, "Other life appearing in Hell… This has never happened before."

Her eyes held both surprise and a hint of confusion about the unknown changes.

Pamela stopped her hand, which was emitting green light, and said, slightly out of breath, "Dear, this patch of grass will start to wither in at most a week."

"It's okay, this is just the beginning."

Banner pushed up his glasses and said earnestly, "Young Master, even with such abilities, even with the help of Demons, this would at least be a century-long project."

"So I plan to open a company and recruit people. I think those Mutants would be good; they look like good hands for farming." A hint of cunning flashed in Qinuo's eyes as he recalled Storm's weather-controlling abilities.

"No, you can't recruit those Mutants." Coulson instinctively stopped him, his face full of tension.

With the Demon Army already in place, adding a group of Mutants would be unthinkable.

"Why not? Don't humans hate Mutants? They wish them to Hell; I'm helping you." Qinuo raised an eyebrow, his tone carrying a hint of sarcasm.

Coulson gave a bitter smile and said helplessly, "Not that kind of 'to Hell'."

"Coulson, you should come to my side too." Qinuo extended a sincere invitation, as he highly valued Coulson's abilities.

"…Mr. Qinuo, I'll end up in Hell sooner or later anyway, so you don't need to rush." Coulson tactfully declined Qinuo's invitation.
