Closing his status panel, he moved on to his inventory. As the panel appeared before him, he saw a 100x100 grid with an infinite number of pages.
"Well, well, well, what is this?" Klaus asked as he saw that he had an item in his inventory
Pressing the question mark, a small light glowed in his palm before a small black box with a phoenix engraved on the top. Opening the small box, a cluster of notification apps appeared before him as the box faded away.

With the cluster of notifications fading away, a large red and orange egg appeared before him on the ground alongside a pile of clothing with a sword on top of it.

Examining the egg, Klaus was surprised by its size and the heat it radiated. Placing his hand over the hard shell, Klaus felt something in his body change. He felt a connection form with the egg as if it became a part of him.

Placing the egg in his inventory, Klaus moved on to the leather armor and changed out of his bloody, torn clothing. Placing the sword at his waist, he felt slightly more secure than before.
"Feels good to get out of those clothes and have something covering me,"
Opening his summing tab, Klaus saw all the different ratings and the amount of gold the units cost.

They will require food, water, and other necessities you can purchase from the store. The system will not fix all broken equipment; the host will have to worry about that. Secondly, they will all start at level one for the first rank, then increase in intervals by each rank. They are living beings with wills and souls, so don't expect them to die simply at your command. Keeping their morale will be an essential task. Also, with proper training and supplies, every unit can advance to their max rank.]
"...I see so this won't be as easy as I imagined, it will truly be a challenge...But I guess that makes it ever more fun,' Klaus said with a confident grin on his face.

"No, I have to build my own strength before I can start leading others," Klaus replied, closing the summoning tab.
Beginning to walk down the path, he was one of the first times Klaus stuck his blade out of its scabbard while he began attempting to use magic.
Thanks to his new skills, it didn't take long until he could feel the mana circulating within his body.
With Vals' guidance of him using his imagination to use his skills, Klaus held his hand out and focused a large amount of mana in his palm. Thinking of his mana turning into a beam of flame, Klaus opened his eyes to see a dense red flame shooting out of his palm and burning a hole in the tree before him.
"Ah, crap, that worked better than I wanted,' Kalus said nervously as his red flames spread.
{Don't worry, host your flames are forever a part of you. Simply command them to stop, and it shall follow} Val said, seeing Klaus panic.
Taking a breath to calm down, Klaus closed his eyes and ordered his flame to stop. Within moments, the flames that were once trying to consume the forest began shrinking until the last ember flickered away, still leaving burnt wood and grass.
"Maybe a forest isn't the best place to practice fire magic until I have better control," Klaus said with a small laugh.
Taking it slower, Klaus practiced creating smaller flames that were easier to control. As he was in the middle of dancing a flame around his hand, he heard growling coming from behind him.
He didn't know if it was his new body or the edge of being in a new world when he jumped forward while turning around and held his sword ready to fight whatever enemy stood before him.
Getting a look at the creature, Klaus saw a wolf with pitch black fur, three teal colored eyes, and two horns standing before him, ready to pounce.
