Amon raised his other hand near her face and gently caressed her cheek.
"Uhm?" she was surprised by his sudden action, a soft and cute sound escaping her lips.
He continued to stroke her soft cheek for a while, feeling the smooth warmth of her skin beneath his fingers. Her skin was really soft.
Scarlett looked at him with slight confusion and asked, "What are you doing?" She was confused at why he was caressing her like this. This was first time he had done something like this.
Amon answered calmly, "Nothing. I just wanted to caress you."
Scarlett frowned faintly and replied, "Hmm. I didn't allow you to do that." Yet she didn't push him away.
Amon shrugged lightly and said, "Is that so..."
Amon slowly withdrew his hand from her face. His shadow suddenly surged forward, wrapping around his thumb. Darkness coiled around it, slowly shaping itself into a sharp, pointy nail.
Scarlett looked at his thumb in confusion. Why had he created a nail there? She couldn't find any reason.
