Hidori clapped his hands hard, the sound echoing through the empty hall. Clap!
"OK, OK—start! We've already wasted almost an hour."
Mike bounced on his toes. "Let'sss gooo!"
Flux rolled his eyes but smirked. "Yeah, yeah… OK. Let's start."
---
Mike's voice was buzzing with excitement as they got into position. "Flux, what do you think—can we really do 250 push-ups?"
Flux looked bored, his head tilting lazily. "Don't know, don't care. Just shut up and let's see."
Mike grinned slyly. "Alright—challenge. If I beat you, you make me a girlfriend. Deal?"
Flux lifted a brow. "And if I win?"
Mike puffed out his chest. "I'll do anything you want. Deal?"
A slow grin spread across Flux's face. "Hmm… anything? You sure?"
Mike gave a confident nod. "Yeah. OK."
"Then you go first." Flux's voice carried a hint of mockery.
"Eh? Why?"
Flux smirked. "Because you gave me the challenge. I didn't ask for it."
Mike groaned, rolling his eyes so hard it was almost audible. "Yeah, yeah… OK, Mr. Important Sir."
"Just 'bro' is fine," Flux said with a chuckle. "Dumbest."
Mike crouched down, shaking out his arms. "Alright… here we go!"
---
Six hours later…
Hidori stood frozen, mouth slightly open. His eyes darted between the two, but especially Flux.
He didn't even speak at first—just stared like his brain was rebooting.
"What the hell…" Hidori muttered finally. "Now I know… just why Lord White wanted him."
Somewhere far away, White's voice rose in excitement. "Yeah… yeah… I know! He's the one. The only one. I don't remember all the details, but… he's the one."
Mike wiped sweat from his forehead, panting. "Bro… are you even human?"

Everyone stared in shock.
Flux's mom's voice cut through the silence, calm yet proud. "Yes. I know… he's different."
Hidori threw his hands up. "I quit. He's not human—he's even beyond some Gods!"
The Gods themselves would've been baffled; some of them would've grown tired by now, but Flux stood there like nothing had happened. And why did he stop at those numbers? Simple—he didn't have time for crap like that.
Flux called out casually, "Oi, Flicklacter… did I pass, or do I need to do more?"
Hidori gave a dry laugh. "Unfortunately… you did pass, jackass."

In the white room, White slowly began to move.
