Backstory =
Ryn Wukong was the heir to the prestigious Wukong Clan — researchers and Hollow engineers who sought peaceful coexistence through understanding Ethereal lifeforms. That hope died in fire when a radical anti-Hollow terrorist faction bombed their sector, unleashing a Hollow Collapse and wiping out the clan.
Wounded and dying, Ryn's father injected him with an experimental Ethereal virus — a fusion of science, desperation, and legacy.
Ryn emerged as the only survivor. New Eridu buried the truth.
Now, he hides among the shadows of the city, hunted by those who fear him, used by those who would control him.
