Chapter 2 - When the Game became my World.

"Wait, I will look for the comment and the reviews of this game."

Then he searched through playstore gameplay, searched: War of Wizards and went through reviews:

maple@12, It has network issues and players keep finding themselves being kicked out of the game without any reason.

Fireart: this game is so freaking sucks… graphics, hud, okay thats not a problem but dungeon boss is so strong that i died 46 times.

Tony: I enjoy the game, i love it very much.

"There are many comment and i won't be able to finish reading if i continue to read one by one"

(I can develop this game easily too) he slammed his fist into the mattress and flung the phone across the room. It hit the wall with a loud thud and dropped to the floor. The screen flickered... then went dark.

"…I give up," he muttered, flopping onto his bed. He didn't even bother to change.

"Tyron, what are you doing making noises…. Go to sleep.."

"Okaayyyyy san..", I replied back.

Rain began to fall harder outside, tapping against the glass. He pulled the blanket over his head.

I am tired of being stuck at the same level, chapter 2 dungeon 10.

"I will try tomorrow"

Then he goes to sleep.

Four hours later-

Kai's eyes snapped open, and for a moment, everything felt... wrong.

The first thing he noticed was that the ceiling above him was gone. Instead of the cracked plaster of his bedroom, there was only a wide, endless sky overhead.

It was a strange, swirling gray—like a storm had frozen in place mid-spin. Thick clouds churned slowly, and a cold wind blew across his face, making him shiver.

He sat up suddenly, heart pounding in his chest. Panic rushed through him.

"The bed... where is it?" he whispered.

He looked around quickly. His bed was gone. The room was gone. No walls. No shelves. No posters. No window. Nothing from home remained.

Just... emptiness.

"This place," he whispered, eyes narrowing. "I think I've seen it before..."

It felt like a dream—one of those strange, vivid ones that make your heart race and your mind spin. But it was too real.

The cold air, the smell in the wind, the sharpness of the ground beneath him—it didn't feel like any dream he had ever had.

He stood up slowly, legs unsteady, and looked around.

He was in the middle of a massive, ruined courtyard. With him there were thousands of dead bodies lying around him.

He shouted out of fear, "AHHHHHH".

Cracked stone tiles stretched in all directions, and broken, jagged pillars rose from the ground like shattered teeth. Blackened statues stood around him, their shapes twisted and worn by time—some missing heads, others crumbling at the edges.

The air was heavy with the scent of ash and metal. It smelled like something had burned here long ago… and never really stopped burning.

Stranger still, faint glowing runes floated in the air—small symbols pulsing with soft blue light.

They drifted slowly, like glowing dust in the wind, and made the space feel magical… and dangerous.

"What is th…?" Kai muttered, eyes wide in disbelief.

He looked down at himself, unsure of what he'd see.

His body was now clad in leather armor, reinforced with glowing threads of silver.

A long crimson cloak fluttered behind him. At his waist hung a short steel blade etched with golden runes—the same weapon he used in the game.

"No."

"No way."

His breath caught.

"Was this…?"

Before the thought could fully form, a voice echoed in the air, low and mechanical, as if spoken from the very wind:

I walked several times ahead not knowing where I was going and under the feet, the thousands of dead bodies embodied. And here I was reborn into someone's character.

Then I reached the corridor of the big gate.

The faint echo of footsteps broke his thoughts. A shadow stepped from the far side of the corridor—a man cloaked in flowing black and blue, his eyes glowing faintly, like embers hidden beneath frost.

"Oyee soldier you are still alive, lets move away from here, our king is in danger"

A man appeared in front of me. I was wondering what was happening and followed him.

"Minion," the figure's voice carried the weight of a command.

"The castle burns. The enemy spreads their plague through its halls. You will find the Oracle Mage in the Dark Swamp. She will open the way for us when the planets align."

"Luckily at least you are alive", he said.

Kai narrowed his eyes, but something inside his mind—something alien—compelled into his mind.

This man's presence was suffocating, almost binding, as if his very will could twist Kai's thoughts.

The man in the cloak came closer, and his face started to change, looking less and less human.

In the flickering torchlight, Kai saw what was really there—something ghostly and magical, tied to this world by glowing chains of light and darkness.

The man—no, the strange spirit—vanished into the air like mist, leaving only his voice behind.

"I will cover up and you head forward, the demons will come anytime and i will block it, you will meet a mage there at the entrance of Theralith."

"Just run as fast as you can"

Kai's boots echoed as he moved deeper and deeper.

This place had once been beautiful—a strong fortress with shiny black stone walls and colorful stained glass windows.

Now, the windows were broken, and the halls were full of torn flags and smashed armor.

A low growl made Kai look ahead.

Out of the darkness, a soldier stumbled forward. It had once been human, but now it was nothing but a twisted corpse. Its eyes were cloudy white, its skin pale, and its mouth moved like it was trying to speak, but no words came out. The smell of rot filled the air.

"A demon," Kai said quietly, pulling out his sword. His movements felt strange, yet natural, like this body had fought many battles before.

The demon let out a terrible roar and charged straight at him, its massive claws tearing into the stone floor with each step.

Kai reacted quickly, stepping to the side just in time. His hands moved almost on their own, summoning shimmering swords of light.

He hurled them at the demon—one, two, three—each strike making the creature stumble back.

But after several throws, the glowing energy in his body faded. His chest felt heavy, and his breath grew short.

I'm out of mana…

The demon grinned, revealing jagged black teeth. Then, to Kai's shock, the demon raised its own hand—and shimmering swords appeared there too.

With a flick of its wrist, a sword shot through the air toward him. Kai barely had time to move before it struck.

The blade sliced across his side, not leaving blood, but instead… a strange glowing crack in the air where the sword hit.

In front of him, a small glowing bar hovered—his life bar. It had been full a moment ago, three bright segments. Now one of them faded, leaving only two out of three.

Kai's eyes widened. "Wait… I know this."

Memories flashed in his mind—late nights in front of a mobile phone every night, clicking

spells, dodging attacks, grinding through levels. This wasn't just some random magic fight.

"This is… the War of Wizards game."

His voice trembled. "Why am I here?"
