[DAO MOUNTAIN]
The palace that spanned endlessly in the dao mountain stood desolately, without any sign of life.
The palace's every nook and cranny was devoid of life, except the throne room.
A man wearing a red dragon robe looked down at the center of the hall, with his long black hair swinging in the air.
The only thing that could be discerned from his gaze was absolute indifference to the world and its creation.
He was the ruler of this realm, the being the world itself called [Celestial Mandate].
As his eyes locked on the pond in the center of the throne room, a reflection of the whole realm was shown in it.
The pond reflected prosperous kingdoms, forests, sects, secret realms, labyrinths, cultivation geniuses, organizations, magi, mortals—everything below the heaven was reflected there.
As scenes changed continuously without the figure in the dragon robe even moving from his throne or blinking an eye,
Millions of years passed.
Suddenly, in front of the man, the void itself opened as if someone had ripped space apart, and a man with a serene aura entered the palace. He wore a black cloak over his head.
As the new figure looked around and then looked straight at the being on the throne, his slumped shoulders showed his sorrow as his voice resonated in the palace and Dao Mountain:
"Oh Mandate... how did you die? For what did you die, without anyone knowing?"
As he said that, the cloaked figure shook his head and looked at the being at the top of the realm, now dead, without an ounce of vitality.
The cloaked figure moved his hand, and the whole mountain became invisible as an invincible net covered it.
After that, the cloaked figure flew upward into the sky and opened his mouth, his voice resounding through heaven and earth:
"I, Oorun,
THE FIRST MAGI OF THE UNDERWORLD,
DECLARE THE DEATH OF HEAVEN,
DECLARE THE DEATH OF EARTH,
DECLARE THE DEATH OF MANDATE!"
As the announcement resonated throughout the worlds of heaven and hell, everything froze.
The galloping of horses, the roars of dragons, and the cries of phoenixes could be heard throughout the heavens and hells, as if they were giving their farewell to their war god.
As some beings wept for their loss, many entities began to emerge one by one from their seclusion to claim the throne that had been left empty.
To rule every being under heaven, to look down on heaven and earth, to rule over cultivators and mortals, helions and angels, magi and fae, and the 3000 races—for all of that, only one thing was needed:
The authority of [MANDATE].
Oorun, the First Magi, seeing more and more formidable beings coming toward Dao Mountain, opened space in front of him and walked away to somewhere unknown.
The world began to spiral, as a new era started. Beings searching for the Celestial Mandate's inheritance began looking for Dao Mountain and other legacies of the Celestial Mandate.
At the same time, on the peak of Dao Mountain—now hidden by the net cast by Oorun—a blue light formed and started to advance at lightning speed. As it traveled across continents and seas, it reached a sect on top of a mountain and entered the body of an injured, initial-stage Body Tempering disciple. It then vanished without a trace.
The cultivation world's supremes and celestials continued to search for the legacy of the Celestial Mandate, without knowing that their chance at the throne now rested in the soul of a Body Tempering cultivation disciple in a mid-sized sect called the Five Elements Sect.

[Mortal village]
In the corner of a mortal village a 14 year old boy opened his eyes looked at the sky when he heard the declaration
He is Gu Yan a transmigrator who is from earth reborn in the cultivation world and and regained his memories in last 2 years
As he looked towards the sky and hearing the words he silently shook his head and murmured himself
"To a mortal what matter if heaven dead or not "
Gu yan had checked for his spiritual root by village elder to send young talents to sects to cultivate by order of recruiting cultivation sects , against his expectations gu yan don't have any spiritual root for cultivation
Shaking his head he looked at the four dots in his left forearm which started to form 2 years ago when his memories of privious life started to come and now it is completed
The dots is completed with four words written on the sides of the dots
Even though gu yan tried many times he can't understand the words written on his forearm it's like a gliph tattooed on his body
But today there is a difference , one of the dot on the usual unidentified gliph started to move and formed a word
[REINCARNATION]
As he looked at the dot and word his mind conjured many possibilities of use of these word As his right hand moved to touch the gliph he suddenly stopped and became aware of his surrounding
'if something happens if I touched the gliph there is a chance that people will notice'
Even though there is no cultivators in the town there are more martial artists so there is a chance that if someone got a treasure or any sign of treasure there will be bloodbath for the so called treasure
Most of the martial artists are people who is searching for herbs or treasure to help them to grow spiritual root and start cultivation
This treasures are rare for a mortal to find so for that there will be bloodbath for the chance the only thing gu yan can do right now is access the gliph by hiding somewhere and pray no extreme signs will show when he activated it
As gu yan started to walk towards his house he met several people who are still talking about the announcement that resounded throughout the world
Some people are panicking and some are in total confusion. No one know what this announcement entails
As he walked he heard a loud voice from a shop
"Do you really believe that nonsense, any cultivators can make such a claim and announce to the mortal world that heaven is dead" a old man scoffed to the people at the shop
"Grandpa is right, if heaven is dead do you think we will all be alive right now " a young man said right as hearing this
Gu yan didn't stop to hear the discussion between them as they give no additional information to him and he can also make up many conspiracy theories in his mind
Gu yan's house was a small hut at the side of the market with only basic necessities present , only he and his uncle live here as his parents died on the last winter's monster wave and now his uncle is not at home as he is working outside
As he entered his house and closed his door of his room and sat on his bed as his hands slowly touched the first dot on in hand
[REINCARNATION]
