*BAM!!!*
A teengar crashed against the lockers in the hallway causing other students to turn and look.
A brown haired boy struggles to stand upright as he stared at the three teenagers standing around him.
'Here we go again, just make it quick'
This had become a normal occurrence for Shepherd. As long as he's seen, he did be beaten up. That's why he always tried to avoid their radar. It worked alright until today.
Everything started going wrong from the beginning.
His toaster didn't toast on time.
While he was riding his bicycle to school, it's chain broke.
When he got to school, he found out that he had forgotten his homework.
He thought the day was nice when one of the most beautiful girl in the school, Aria Li, had requested for hours help with something, he had readily agreed and it caused this.
While he had been helping her, she had tripped and almost fell, but Shepherd had caught her in time which was seen by Gerard.
Without even allowing him to explain, Gerard had dragged him out to the hallway as he always does and here they were.
"Come on dude, were you expecting me to stand there while she fell?" Shepherd asked as he glared at Gerard who was glowering at him.
"You could have held her hand, why go for the waist?" Gerard asked as he inched closer, "or were you trying to cup a feel?"
"Well, it felt good" Shepherd muttered. Shepherd, shut up.
"What did you say?" Gerard roared.
"I said it felt good" Shepherd answered while chiding himself. 'Dude,shut up your mouth'
Gerard didn't even think twice before he punched him in the guts causing him to collapse to the side. "You're freaking dead meat, Shepherd Grayson, you hear me?"
Shepherd could not hear anything as he was clutching his neck as he whizzed. His eyes watered as he was finding it hard to breath. Gerard's punch had knocked the breatt out of him.
"You guys carry up, we locking him up in the bunker till he regrets whatever he did" He had Gerard say which caused him to gasp more and he winced since his throat hurt.
"Won't that cause problems?" One of the boys asked as he holsted Shepherd up roughly.
Gerard just shook his head, "Nothing my dad can't handle, besides his elder brother won't dare to say anything if he wants to keep his job"
Shepherd listened and his eyes couldn't help but cloud over, he suddenly understood why his brother always came home with bruises, everytime he asked, his brother would just reply with a 'I didn't watch where I was going '
His heart pulsed with hate as he glared at Gerard who noticed his gaze and slapped his face.
"Still being defiant huh, as long as I'm done with you...you'll realize you're nothing"
"Bastard!!" Shepherd managed to curse which only made Gerard to laugh.
"Who's the bastard here?...at least my parents didn't abandon me"
Gerard turned around and walked away as his lackeys followed him while carrying Shepherd.
The other students just watched and some teachers noticed but looked away.
Why?
Gerard was the son of one of the bigwigs in the underworld. The Welch.
The girl who had caused all this happen, stood far away as she watched this happen, around her were two other girls as beautiful as she is.
Taylor Greene and Hailey Winter.
Taylor had blonde while Hailey was more like an emo.
"It's your fault this happened, shouldn't you be stopping it?" Taylor asked.
"Nah, I ain't doing such, how pathetic can his family be, both brothers at the mercy of a single guy" Aria said.
"Yo, Hailey say something" Taylor looked at Hailey.
"You should do something about that, your dads are in the same business, I'm sure you can convince him somehow or you'll regret it" Hailey said which caused Aria to look at her.
Aria chuckled, "Him, make me regret?"
Hailey turned around,"I'm just saying"
She walked off.
Aria watched her go with a frown before turning to look at Gerard who had gotten into his pickup truck and drove past the school gate.
Half an hour later, an abandoned district.
Gerard's pickup drove in before stopping. He turned off the engine and got out before he walked forward. His lackeys got down too and dragged Shepherd out as they followed after Gerard.
They walked for a while before getting to a clearing where several men were sitting around as they either were smoking or violating a girl or boy.
The leader amongst them saw Gerard and whistled.
"If it isn't the Welch's youngest...what brings you to my side?"
Gerard grabbed Shepherd by his collar and threw him forward.
"Keep him in the bunker and make sure he breaks"
The man frowned. He looked at Shepherd whose gaze was menacing.
"Don't think of any excuses, let him know what the bunker is like, I'll be back in two days" Gerard turned around and walked away with his lackeys.
The man watched his back before looking at Shepherd.
"Kid, what did you do?"
Shepherd didn't answer as he just looked down at his hands hating how powerless he was.
Not receiving a response from him, the man did not get angry, he waved his hand as two men walked forward and grabbed Shepherd and led him towards a trapdoor in the ground which they opened up and threw him in.
Shepherd lay on the ground as he gritted his teeth. His breath getting ragged as mind drifted between consciousness and unconsciousness.
"I want this world to end"
He swore before his vision turned dark and he went unconscious.
Just then, the world shook followed by a huge crack opening up in the sky. The energy began to change.
