Kael's current stats had changed dramatically compared to three months ago almost unrecognizably so.

First was his level.

He had jumped from 24 straight to 28 and even held over 1,400 stored experience points.

That much EXP wasn't free.

By now, after three reincarnations, Kael had finally figured out the system's EXP logic.

All basic life functions increased EXP in tiny increments:

Breathing.

Walking.

Sleeping.

Existing.

But the amount was microscopic—and the higher his level rose, the less these passive gains mattered.

Back in his first life as a Caterpie, simply taking a bite of a leaf earned him double-digit EXP.

Partly due to Bug-types growing quickly…

But mostly because he had been unbelievably weak.

By the time he reached Ampharos in his previous life, he could go two or three days doing absolutely nothing before gaining a single EXP point from idle life activity.

Obviously, passive EXP wasn't a real method for leveling.

So, to grow faster, he needed alternatives.

Battle EXP

Defeating opponents was the fastest way but also the most inconsistent.

If Kael (Level 10) defeated a Level 20 Raticate, he might earn 50 EXP—half a bar at once.

But if Kael was Level 30 and beat that same Raticate again?

He'd get one or two points at best.

So if Kael wanted meaningful EXP from battle, his opponents had to be equal or stronger.

Which sounded easy…

Until he realized that as he grew stronger, there were fewer and fewer Pokémon in the environment that matched him.

Leveling through combat would always slow down later.

And Kael couldn't wander the wilderness 24/7 hunting strong opponents, either; he wasn't insane.

So he found a solution between the two extremes:

---

Training was broad covering physical conditioning, aura practice, energy refinement, mental control…

And during these sessions, Kael noticed something:

His EXP increased steadily with the difficulty and intensity of training.

Not as much as a proper battle but stable.

Reliable.

Endless.

This was the real reason he had gained so much EXP in three months.

The Fighting Gym's 10-hour training blocks, personalized high-intensity regimens, and three elite mentors combined with nutrient-dense, specialized Pokémon food designed for Fighting-types…

All of it created a perfect environment for EXP acceleration.

When everything was stacked together, his huge EXP pool didn't seem exaggerated at all.

---

He had four new Moves:

🔥 Fire Punch

❄️ Ice Punch

⚡ Thunder Punch

🔵 Aura Sphere

All of them learned through Gym training—

None through leveling up.

At Level 24, he had just learned Vital Throw.

At Level 28, it made sense he hadn't unlocked any new moves naturally.

His Ghost-type energy had been sealed deep inside during training, so he hadn't learned any new Ghost moves either—expected.

Golurk's lessons focused on technique, not move creation.

Meanwhile, Infernape's nightmarish gravity training on Blazing Peak, combined with "Empowerment Crystals," had pushed his cells beyond their limits—resulting in the "Three Element Punches."

Normally, even the most talented Fighting-types in the Gym might manage to learn one elemental punch after weeks of training.

Kael learned all three.

It was unheard ofa combination of his cloned body, his unique soul, And Terrakion's pauldron boosts his Fighting affinity.

Then there was Aura Sphere.

Aura's most iconic move.

In the real world, its power depended entirely on the user's mastery of Aura.

By condensing that spiritual force into a spinning, compressed sphere and firing it—

It automatically tracked the emotional wavelength of living beings.

Meaning:

It never misses.

Kael's absurd Aura affinity, boosted by the system's "equipment," allowed him to progress at a blazing pace.

He was still far behind Lucario, but given time?

He might reach that level.

Or even surpass it.

---

Kael's eyes drifted down to the system's Evaluation line.

"Why haven't you evolved yet?"

He let out a helpless laugh.

"…It's not like I don't want to."

He looked at his own hands compact, strong, perfectly suited for growth.

"It's just… I'm not ready to give this form up yet."
