March 4010 ABY
Dathomir. Midnight.
It had been nearly two years since Kaelrah pulled me from the jaws of the Nydak.
Since then, the fortress had become more than shelter. It was home.
And the Nightsisters… They were family.
For the first time in a long time… I felt I wasn't alone.
Kaelrah said I was close.
Close to becoming one of them, not by blood, but by bond.
The rite would be soon.
A storm had gathered on the edge of the cliffs, and the spirits stirred louder than ever.
But the storm that came… wasn't one of Dathomir's making.
The sky split open
Then I saw it.
The black triangle of death above the clouds.
A Star Destroyer, modified, ancient, and wrong.
It bleeds in the shadows.
It Engines screaming like a tortured god.
Then the drop-pods rained from the sky.
Dozens. No warnings. No messages.
Just iron and fire and ruin.
Kaelrah's voice echoed through the fortress:
"TO ARMS! PROTECT THE HEART!"
I ran.
Spells lit the night green. Blades sang. The wind howled with spirits and war cries.
We thought we were ready.
Then… he descended.
Alexander
He walked through fire as sand and flushed his cap,and his lightsaber hallowing pain.
face was gone, twisted beyond recognition now, just fire and hunger.
He didn't speak.
Didn't announce himself.
He simply raised his lightsaber into the air
And the attack began.
Kaelrah struck first.
I still remember her final cry.
Her body hit the stone with a sickening thud, and as the sand began to cover her, she became one with Dathomir. Smoke rose from the ashes of the others.
One by one, we fell.
To Alexander, we were nothing.
Just specks of dust in his path
An inconvenience.
An echo from a world he wanted silenced.
I fought with everything I had.
Charged him like a storm.
But he caught my blade with his bare hand
And hurled me aside like I was nothing.
The fortress collapsed behind me.
The cliff cracked.
And the heartstone, the source of the Nightsisters' power, shattered under his orders.
A silence followed.
Not peace. Not mercy. Just silence.
The kind that comes after slaughter.
Alexander stepped over the ruins and stood above me.
His eyes scanned my bruised face.
He smiled.
"You lasted longer than I expected."
I spat blood at his boots.
"They trusted me." I said.
"And you killed them all."
He knelt beside me. Voice like poison in my ear.
"That's what trust gets you. But don't worry, Lorenzo. The real game is just beginning."
As the guards dragged me across the sand, one struck me in the head—
Darkness surged in.
My blood painted a trail behind me, soaking into the red dust of Dathomir.
I could still hear it,
The fortress burning.
The cliffs crumble into the canyons below.
My family turned to ash.
Kaelrah was gone.
The Sisters were gone.
Everything I had built, erased in fire.
And now…
I was being taken, The tunnels that led to Dathomir's ancient arena.
