Chapter 97 - 97: Little Klee Uses the Winged Dragon of Ra as a Mount? Paimon’s Jealousy

Just then, the system prompt refreshed.

[Customer Mona has finished reading Detective Conan and received the reward — Koizumi Akako's Crystal Ball.]

[Koizumi Akako's Crystal Ball: Can be used to divine the future for others, capable of predicting certain events.]

[Note: This reward comes from the spin-off manga Magic Kaito, and possesses magical powers.]

"From Magic Kaito?!"

Han Feng's eyes showed a flicker of surprise.

Even though it was a spin-off of Detective Conan, the power systems of the two worlds were completely different.

Detective Conan at best was a "science to the point of fantasy" type of world, while Magic Kaito actually contained magic.

Koizumi Akako was the heir to a family of witches.

She could perform divinations, brew potions, and set up magical arrays.

If she appeared in the Detective Conan world, she'd easily be considered a ceiling-tier powerhouse, leagues above everyone else.

This reward — her crystal ball — was exactly the tool she used for divinations.

And it just so happened that Mona was an astrologer herself.

It might not necessarily surpass Mona's own astrology, but at the very least, it would be useful to her.

Han Feng felt this reward suited her quite well.

Buzz—

A dazzling light descended, enveloping Mona.

Moments later, the light dispersed, and a crystal ball glowing with a faint, cold luster floated quietly in the air.

"Boss, this is…?"

Mona asked curiously.

Although she knew Koizumi Akako used magic, Detective Conan hardly ever gave her much screen time, and there were no clear depictions of her performing divination.

So Mona didn't recognize the ball.

Still, her instincts as a witch told her it would be useful.

"This comes from the spin-off manga Magic Kaito. It's the crystal ball Koizumi Akako uses for divination. In that world, she shares the same identity as you — a witch."

Han Feng explained with a smile.

"So it's hers!"

Once the boss explained, Mona immediately understood.

When she was reading the manga, Koizumi Akako had left a deep impression on her — precisely because she too could divine the future.

Who would've thought her reward would be the very tool Akako used for that?

It stirred Mona's curiosity.

"Boss, can I try it?"

"Of course. It's your reward — you can use it as you please."

Han Feng chuckled.

Mona nodded, deciding to test it.

Her target of divination would be that mysterious "heir."

Though she had resolved not to casually divine others again, this was different.

Her master had given her this mission, and it was the very reason she had come to Mondstadt.

As a fellow heir, Mona thought the other side would understand.

Let me see who this heir is…

She placed her hands on the crystal ball and focused.

The crystal began to glow with a dim, blue light, soon providing a response.

"A Knight of Favonius… young, outstanding, female… and nearby."

Mona muttered softly.

That wasn't enough, so she continued.

Until, at last, a vague silhouette appeared within the crystal.

When Mona saw who it was, she froze in shock, turning abruptly to the little girl by the counter.

"So it's you — the heir of great knowledge!"

"Eh? An heir?"

Klee blinked, confused.

"Yes! I am the astrologer who peers into the secrets of the stars and seas. You must have already foreseen my arrival, haven't you?"

Mona said, suddenly enlightened.

That explained why the girl had shown up not long after she arrived — she must have calculated her presence.

"…Wait, you mean the heir Mona's been searching for is… Klee? Could this be a mistake?"

Lumine, who had been listening in, looked completely bewildered.

Knight of Favonius? Female? Sure.

But "outstanding"?

"Hehe, that must mean 'outstanding at blowing up fish!'"

Paimon laughed.

Though they'd never seen her in person back at the Knights, they had heard of her reputation — the infamous "Fischl Burner," destroyer of lakes and rivers.

It wasn't an empty title!

"Starry seas? Brother Han Feng, what's that? Does it have fish in it?"

Klee tilted her head, puzzled.

"Fish?"

Mona blinked. Now she was confused.

Why did this "heir" not even understand what the stars and seas were?

And why bring up… fish?

Could it be… her divination was wrong?

"You've got the right person. Klee is the heir. Her mother, Alice, is both your master's friend and rival."

Han Feng explained with a chuckle.

Of course, he didn't mention the box — no need to spoil things ahead of time.

Not that he'd admit he just wanted Mona to stumble upon that book…

"As expected of Boss Han Feng!"

Mona sighed in awe.

She hadn't said a word, yet the boss already knew everything.

Clearly, his own "divination" must be astonishingly powerful.

But seeing that Klee had only inherited the bloodline and not the knowledge, Mona realized there wasn't much point in competing with her.

"Ohh, so you're one of Mommy's friends — here for that box!"

Klee suddenly understood.

"Yes, yes! Where is it?"

Mona asked quickly.

"Hmm… let me think!"

Klee dug through her backpack.

"…Not this one. Not this. Nope, not this either…"

She frowned. It wasn't there.

But then her eyes lit up.

"Ah! I remember now! I hid it with my new treasure in Windrise! Big Sis, wait here — I'll go get it!"

And with that, she bolted for the door.

"Wait, Windrise is a bit far. I'll come with you—"

"No need! Klee has a dragon. It flies super fast!"

Klee grinned.

"Dragon? You mean one of Mondstadt's Four Winds?"

Mona had heard of the Four Winds.

The East Wind Dragon was said to be immensely powerful.

"Nope! Mine's the Winged Dragon of Ra!"

Klee giggled, pulling out a God Card.

Moments later, a colossal golden dragon filled the skies outside.

"Winged Dragon, take Klee to Windrise!"

At her command, the divine beast stretched out its claws, gently placing her on its back, and soared away.

"…What… what is that?"

Mona was dumbfounded.

What was going on?!

Were dragons this common now?

Did every Knight of Favonius get one?

Should they rename it the Dragon-Taming Order?

Lumine and Paimon were equally stunned.

So many bizarre things kept popping up — they could hardly keep up anymore.

"Boss! What was Klee's dragon? I want one too!"

Paimon tugged at Han Feng's sleeve, eyes shining with envy.

She was realizing more and more that Boss's manga contained endless treasures.

Delicious food.

Fun Digimon.

Magical cards.

And now… a mysterious, almighty dragon mount.

She wanted them all!

"That was a reward from the manga Yu-Gi-Oh! — the Winged Dragon of Ra."

Noelle explained softly.

She had been there that morning when it appeared, and the sight was still fresh in her memory.

A shame she hadn't recorded it.

Venti, who had also been there, wasn't as shocked.

Though, he hadn't expected Klee to start using it as… transportation.

"Heh, that rivals my own companion."

Venti chuckled inwardly.
