A short while later, Dean stood in front of an unfinished building. He looked up at the top floor, where his map showed a dot.

"Whoosh!" Suddenly, a black, swirling hole opened in front of Dean. He stepped inside and came out into the Nightmare World, where the skeleton of the building looked terrifying. Blood stained the floor, and bloody handprints were on the support beams. The whole building was fenced off with barbed wire, and bloody bits of flesh were still stuck on the thorns.
"Okay, I'm going in," Dean said.
"Shing!" He pulled out his large scythe. Dean's outfit changed into a full black suit with a tie, black gloves, and a black long coat. His blue eyes turned red. Then he stepped inside.
"Graaaah!" Several horrifying zombies immediately came out from behind pillars to attack Dean. Casually, Dean swung his scythe, and several zombie heads instantly flew off. After reaching the stairs,
"I wonder why I have to fight these zombies every time we want to meet a client," Dean said.
[They are mindless evil spirits in the real world. Think of it as you cleaning up this abandoned building in the real world, right? In every house, building, shop, or any structure, evil spirits are always there. Some cause harm, and some just wander around. In the Nightmare World, they always appear as zombies or ghouls.]

They also held weapons like large hammers, bricks, chains, and other things. As Dean went up, they turned to look at him and "Graaaaaah!" they immediately ran towards Dean. Of course, Dean didn't stop walking. With one hand, he destroyed the zombies that came at him.
"By the way, where do these destroyed spirits go after they're destroyed?" Dean asked.
[They go into nothingness or emptiness. Just like the human souls I destroy, they are considered to have never existed and are erased.]
"Hoo... so Alex too?" Dean asked.
