Touma Kujo asked his agent, spitting out his drink.
People who naturally possess cursed energy have three choices: becoming a Jujutsu Sorcerer who hunted wicked curses, becoming a Curse user, who use their fantastic powers to fulfill their wicked desires, and finally, rejecting Jujutsu to live as a normal human.
Touma Kujo was a curse user, with his Cursed Technique, Filthy Acts At A Reasonable Cost, which allowed him to manipulate dirt, he was an assassin, who would typically kill normal humans, not appreciating a risk, but this job was too well-paying to pass up.
"150 million yen?! Just to capture this Fushiguro kid."
Touma looks over the file his employer gave him, with the information on Megumi:

Available summons: Divine Dogs, Nue, Rabbit Escape, Toad, Great Serpent
Age: 16
"So, I have to capture this Fushiguro kid… I'm not used to keeping targets alive, but the customer's always right."
A few hours later, Megumi Fushiguro arrived at Sugisawa Third Municipal High School, having heard there was a Sukuna finger somewhere in the school.
Fushiguro was by far the strongest student at Tokyo Jujutsu High, except of course for Yuta Okkotsu, ever since he was adopted by Gojo, he trained his Ten Shadows obsessively, becoming a first grade sorcerer at only 14 years of age.
As Megumi prepared to enter the school, a giant hand made of brown particles grabs him, Touma Kujo steps out of the shadows.
"There's a big bounty on you, Fushiguro, and I have to collect it."
Touma attempts to smother Megumi in the dirt to make him fall unconscious.
"Macks elfent."
Touma doesn't understand what Megumi is saying, due to the dirt covering his mouth, but his chant is sufficient to summon the Shikigami.
Max Elephant falls from the sky, just barely missing crushing Touma. A burst of water is launched from the trunk, turning the hand to mud.
"Ahh, man. My dry cleaning bills are gonna be high this week."
Megumi taunts as he steps from the mud, the mercenary steps back in fear.
"This wasn't in the file!"
Nue appears and wraps its wings around Touma.
"A good sorcerer never reveals his cards."
Is the last thing Touma hears before he's knocked out by the Shikigami's electric wings.
"Bounty… what was he talking about?"
Megumi muses as he prepares to find one of the containers for the evilest sorcerer in history.
