Chapter 74 - Chapter 73 : Zheng Zha??

Stark Headquarters was located in the golden district of Manhattan, New York.

It was the kind of place where every inch of land was worth its weight in gold.

Inside the towering building, four entire floors had been specially designed as guest lounges.

Pools, parties, luxury cars, presidential suites—everything one could imagine was there.

Yujin pushed open the door to the presidential suite and stepped inside, slipping off his suit jacket without hesitation.

Behind him, Natasha—better known as the Black Widow—followed closely. The moment she entered, she headed straight for the waterbed.

She sat lightly on its surface, crossing her long legs as her body leaned back just enough to accentuate her curves.

Her fingers trailed slowly through her red hair before sliding down to brush against the line of her neck, her movements carrying an effortless hint of seduction.

When Yujin showed no reaction, Natasha shifted her posture, leaning forward slightly. Her fingertips traced the waterbed's surface, creating small ripples as if to draw his attention.

But Yujin merely observed in silence for a moment. His expression carried the weariness of someone unimpressed, and at last, he spoke in a flat tone laced with impatience.

"What exactly are you trying to do, ma'am?"

Natasha paused, her eyes flickering with surprise. She hadn't expected him to be so resistant.

After all, this little trick of hers had worked on more than a hundred men.

Still, she quickly regained her composure. "Fine, Mr. Yujin. Let's skip the games. I actually have a few questions for you. Where are you from? I mean… your real origin?"

Yujin shot her an unimpressed look. "Get to the point. Don't waste my time."

"Oh?" Natasha straightened, her expression turning serious. "Then tell me—why are you getting so close to Tony Stark?"

"None of your business."

The blunt reply caught her off guard. For a moment, she was unprepared for a man who treated her charms so lightly. After thinking it over, she pressed further.

"That doesn't add up. An undocumented immigrant who slipped into America, stayed under the radar for fourteen years, suddenly turns into Tony Stark's personal bodyguard? Give me a reason."

Yujin curled his lip and gave her another look, his voice calm but cutting.

"Then why don't you explain something to me? A gorgeous legal officer who speaks a dozen foreign languages and just so happens to know combat skills—why is that?"

Black Widow didn't even hesitate before answering. "My hobby, sir."

"Then mine is a hobby too." Yujin replied, perfectly copying her words.

"Uh…" Black Widow sized up the man before her, as if realizing the reason for her own discomfort. After a pause, she said, "You should already know Tony Stark's true identity."

Yujin shrugged. "My family doesn't have a TV, but the free market does."

"Then you know he's Iron Man. Yet you still try to get close to him, even becoming his bodyguard. Do you really think you can protect Iron Man?"

Yujin finally lost his patience. "Not only can I protect Iron Man, I could tear down S.H.I.E.L.D. itself!"

Black Widow's pupils shrank sharply, as if she had just heard something beyond belief.

Beneath the glowing sphere, all of the Central Continent team had gathered—everyone except Da Qiang.

Ruan Wei sat by the sphere, his face pale as death. Beside him sat a female celebrity.

Zhang Jie took one look at the woman's appearance and couldn't hold back his laughter.

He teased, "Look at Ruan Wei acting all pitiful! He actually made a clone that looks like Teacher Aoi. Never seen the real deal, huh?"

Yujin shot Zhang Jie a glare, unwilling to even waste energy mocking him.

It was bad enough the guy's name was Zhang Jie.

And the clone's name was Na'er.

It was hard not to associate the two of them with that famous singer-and-host couple.

Nova's clone was unexpected.

While everyone else created an opposite-sex companion, she had made one that looked strikingly similar to herself.

Most likely, it was her twin sister.

The two women stood silently side by side, lost in their final farewell.

Xiao Yehui's clone took the form of Kimura Takuya. Right before departure, the two were still locked in a kiss. It was uncomfortable to watch, but no one dared interrupt.

After all, this was their last moment together before the punishment of the Farming Team fell upon them—the coming "judgment" of the Lord God. They would never have another chance to embrace.

The middle-aged woman who had clashed with Ruan Wei earlier now sat on the steps beneath the sphere. At her side was an old man with white hair, carefully peeling an apple for her.

The two hunched figures walking away tugged at the heart.

Zhang Jie looked around, then stared at Yujin and asked curiously, "Where's your android clone?"

"Not here," Yujin said. "If I call her out, I might scare you."

He glanced toward his own room, then at the tightly shut door of Da Qiang's room.

"Don't scare that guy to death either — I still want to kill him with my own hands."

Zhang Jie scratched his head. "So mysterious?"

"Not telling."

Yujin patted Zhang Jie on the back and walked slowly to Da Qiang's door.

Zhang Jie immediately knew what Yujin intended to do.

"So scary," Zhang Jie muttered. "If you cross Yujin, you won't end well."

At that moment, the voice of the Lord God finally rang in everyone's ears.

"Teleportation begins in thirty seconds."

"Transfer target locked."

"A Nightmare on Elm Street 1 begins teleporting."

After confirming the film title, Lord God Yujin opened his Sharingan and fixed his gaze on the doorknob of Da Qiang's room.

He coiled, gathering his strength.

"Five!"

"Four!"

"Three!"

"Two!"

"One!"

"Ah!"

"Brothers, we must all survive!"

A flash of white swept past.

Yujin's vision went black, and he fell into a half-awake, sleep-paralysis state.

A few seconds later, a voice sounded in his ear.

"Hey, hey, hey! Parents — why are you all sleeping? Wake up! This is ridiculous! I've taught for thirty years and never seen parents like you! So irresponsible!"

Yujin snapped his eyes open.

He swept his gaze over the people beside him, found no sign of Da Qiang, and immediately ran for the classroom door.

"Hey! Whose parent are you? Where are you going? The parent meeting isn't over!"

Yujin pulled hard at the door, but it wouldn't budge.

He looked at the Reincarnation wristwatch on his hand; it showed forty-five minutes remaining on the countdown before the plot began.

Yujin glanced back at his still-sleeping teammates and finally let out a small sigh of relief.

There was no sign of Zhang Jie, Yehui, or Ruan Wei.

That could only mean one thing—just like in Alien: Covenant, their team had been scattered into different cabins right from the start.

He studied the faces of the newcomers still fast asleep. After a quick count, his throat tightened, and he swallowed hard.

Including himself, there were fifteen newcomers here!

If he added Zhang Jie, Yehui, Ruan Wei, and Da Qiang, that made nineteen in total!

There was no way Yujin believed the Lord God was suddenly being kind enough to give him fewer teammates.

No, this time the difficulty was already at the level of a full twenty-man team mission.

"Could it be…"

"Another team battle with no warnings?!"

Just as the thought crossed his mind, one of the newcomers finally stirred—a middle-aged office worker.

The man blinked, sat up, and looked around in confusion.

When he noticed foreigners among them, he quickly turned to Yujin, panic in his voice as he blurted out in English, "Where is this place? Who are you people?! What do you want from me?!"

Yujin frowned and didn't answer.

Seeing no response, the office worker turned his eyes to the teacher still droning endlessly onstage, scratching his head as though trying to make sense of it all.

Before long, more and more newcomers began waking up.

Yujin didn't waste time. He had no intention of burning precious minutes arguing with rookies, only to end up killing one of them as an example later just to assert authority.

"Hey! Look at me! Look at me!" Yujin roared, and all fourteen newcomers locked their eyes on him.

At the same time, the teacher on the podium slapped the desk loudly, but no one paid him any attention.

The newcomers were far more curious about what this Asian-looking man had to say.

Yujin cleared his throat. "First, if any of you get scared to death and keel over from a heart attack, don't blame me."

"Second, I don't particularly enjoy hearing ladies screaming in shock."

"And with that…"

His tail and wings suddenly burst out from his body!

In an instant, his form transformed into something monstrous, a humanoid creature with wings and tail.

The sight was too much—seeing a human suddenly sprout wings and a tail, the newcomers nearly jumped out of their skin.

"Ahhhhhh!"

A white woman nearby suddenly let out an uncontrollable scream. Yujin raised his hand and struck her neck with a knife-hand chop.

"Smack!"

The foreign woman fainted, and the men and women in the classroom quickly covered their mouths, trying their best not to make another sound. Yujin nodded in satisfaction and withdrew his kagune.

Meanwhile, the elderly foreign woman at the podium acted as if she hadn't seen anything. She continued scribbling on the blackboard, muttering and cursing under her breath.

"Let me introduce myself. My name is Yujin, and I am a veteran in this team."

"Congratulations. After you all foolishly clicked 'yes,' you've now been 'lucky' enough to arrive here. From this point on, you will experience countless horror movies… until death."

"Alright, enough small talk. Raise your hand if you've seen Nightmare on Elm Street."

As soon as the words left his mouth, the middle-aged white-collar man who had woken up first earlier raised his hand.

"Sir, I've seen it."

Yujin nodded in satisfaction. "Good. You, right? What's your name?"

The man hesitated for a moment, then spoke. "Zheng Zha, sir."

"Oh? Oh! Then tell everyone the general plot of the movie. No need to go into too much detail—just focus on Freddy's abilities, the dream-related stuff."

"Wait a second!?"

Yujin suddenly snapped back, realizing something.

"What did you just say your name was!?"
