Chapter 4 - Chapter 5: A Dangerous Mirror

Amira never planned to enjoy it.

But power… tasted sweet.

She'd walk the halls of St. Briar's with her head high now. Teachers respected her. Students feared her. Even those who once ignored her now clung to her words like gospel. They whispered that Kieran got what he deserved. That she was brave. Clever. A legend.

But some admired her too much.

Luca, a transfer student from East London, was the first to see past the mask. He had scars on his knuckles and shadows in his eyes. Not the polished darkness of Kieran — but raw, chaotic. He'd watched her poetry showcase from the back row, his gaze locked on her even after everyone else looked away.

> "What you did," he told her one day in the art room, "was beautiful… and terrifying."

She didn't answer.

He smirked. "You've got venom under your skin, Amira. I see it. I like it."

At first, she kept him at a distance. But Luca's presence was magnetic. Unapologetic. Dangerous. And when he offered her help — ways to dig deeper into Kieran's record, connections to the school board, even access to private footage — she didn't say no.

What began as revenge was becoming something darker.

---

Meanwhile…

Kieran wasn't done.

He had lost everything, but he wasn't stupid. He knew Amira had orchestrated it. And now, he wanted his own revenge.

He began stalking her socials, following her after school, collecting whispers. He saw her with Luca — laughing in low-lit corners, their chemistry unmistakable. It made his blood boil. But more than jealousy… it was fear.

Because he realized something horrifying.

> Amira wasn't just punishing him anymore.

She was evolving.

She was building something.

She was becoming a threat.
