It would be brutal if her face was broken.
Her voice shook as she whispered.
"My parents… they were kidnapped about ten years ago. I wanted to get to the Human world to find them."
She pushed her palm lightly against the ground as if to rise, but her arm trembled violently.
Her naked body was somewhat weak and he could guess it was because she had forced herself to become a Human.
The dragons in the novel didn't transform into humans so he wouldn't know much about them.
"Don't," Lucius said, placing a hand near her shoulder but not touching her. "We're live, and you're not wearing clothes."
"Clothes?" she echoed, tilting her head. "What are those? Is that something I can eat?"
She genuinely didn't know what clothing was and Lucius couldn't blame her, the monsters back on the first floor didn't know it as well.
