As he spoke, Whitebeard swung his blade, deflecting a falling Magma Bullet.

A massive splash erupted!
"Get on the ship?" The pirates below were momentarily stunned upon hearing Whitebeard's command, then questioned, "But getting on the ship won't get us to the plaza."
Unless Little Oars could stand up again, there was no way for them to cross.
"Enough nonsense!" Vista interjected. "If Pops says so, we follow without question!"
Though they didn't understand their captain's plan, they trusted his judgment and moved swiftly.
"Let's go, head to the Moby Dick!"
"Roar!!"
The pirates in the bay roared in unison and quickly swam toward the Moby Dick.
Noticing the commotion, Sengoku furrowed his brow.
"What is Whitebeard planning?" he muttered.
Could they be trying to escape?
No... that couldn't be!
Whitebeard wasn't the type to flee with his tail between his legs. He must be up to something.
With that thought, Sengoku shifted his gaze to Meiser.
"It seems they're relying on the Blood-Eyed Ninja's Water Release Technique to resolve this crisis," Sengoku deduced.
That kid's Water Dragon created by his Water Release was enormous—perhaps it could lift the pirate ship!
The idea made Sengoku instinctively frown.
Just then, Sengoku noticed the seawater outside the Encirclement Wall beginning to tremble.
The next moment...
"Boom!!"
The water erupted, revealing a colossal figure!

While thinking, Meiser manipulated the seawater to place Oars' body on the encirclement wall, allowing his upper body to lie across it.
This way, the pirates who couldn't arrive in time could also enter the plaza through Little Oars.
After completing this task, Meiser glanced at Luffy and the others and said, "Let's go, we're heading to the plaza."

These water dragons then charged toward the distant Marines at incredible speed!
"Water Release: Water Dragon Bullet Technique!" Meiser shouted.
"Whoosh~"
"Boom!!"
"Ah!!"
The two water dragons crashed into the crowd, sending all nearby Marines flying!
This acted like a signal, immediately causing chaos among the Marines.
"He's appeared, it's the Blood-Eyed Ninja!" a Marine yelled.
"Not just the Bloodline Ninja, the Pirate Empress, Bartholomew Kuma, Fisher Tiger Jimbei, and others are all here too!"
"Everyone, be careful! Don't let them near the execution platform!"
"Roar!!"
The Marines stared furiously at the gradually descending group, their eyes turning red.
Just at that moment, the massive ice block landed on the ground, shattering into pieces!

Even if these guys reached the plaza, they'd have no opportunity to approach the execution platform!

Then, Sengoku turned to the two executioners and said, "Make your preparations."
"Yes!"

His Haki-infused fist slammed fiercely into the Marines ahead, sending several of them flying as well!
"Perfume Femur!"
The Pirate Empress charged forward at incredible speed, turning one Marine after another into stone statues before shattering them with a single kick!
Witnessing this scene, the Navy Vice Admiral's expression darkened. He drew the sword at his waist and commanded, "Attack! Eliminate them!"
"Ooh!!!"
Led by the Vice Admiral, the Marines surged toward the group. "They just keep coming," Ivankov frowned.
Even as he spoke, the man continued his assault, clearing some of the Marines blocking their path, yet they remained unable to break through the naval blockade.
"The entire Marine force is gathered here. There's no way we can break through," Inazuma said with a grim expression. "What should we do?"
"What should we do?"
"Kill the two executioners, of course!" Meiser said coldly.
With those words, Meiser leaped into the air and activated his ninjutsu.
"Water Release: Water Severing Wave!"
"Whoosh~"
A terrifying high-pressure water jet shot from Meiser's mouth, racing toward the execution platform at blinding speed!
At that moment, a figure appeared mid-air, raising a hand to create an ice shield.
The next instant...
"Zzzzt~"
The high-pressure water jet struck the ice shield, emitting a piercing noise that made nearby people instinctively cover their ears.
But Aokiji paid no mind to the sound. After glancing beyond the ice shield, he activated his Devil Fruit ability.
