A faint clapping sound echoed through the area, causing all other noises to cease. The eyes, which had been fixed on the fallen villain, turned toward the source of the sound. A stranger in a mask stood there, clapping slowly and calmly. A slight smile was on his lips, but his eyes were cold and devoid of any expression.
"Congratulations," the masked stranger said in a low voice. "I just witnessed a very good fight."
The words were simple, yet they were enough to ignite Bakugo's fury.
"Who's this idiot?" Bakugo yelled.
"I haven't seen him before," Kirishima muttered, watching him warily. "Is he a classmate?"
Ignoring them, the masked stranger continued to speak to Bakugo. "Are you sure you're going to keep yelling in my face?"
"What did you say, you bastard?!" Bakugo shouted, advancing toward the stranger, his hands popping and sparking. "Do you know who I am? I'm Katsuki Bakugo! I'm the one who's going to be the number one hero!"
"I don't care who you are," the masked stranger said coldly. "All I care about is that you stop screaming."
Bakugo froze in place. He didn't expect that response.
The masked stranger laughed slowly, then turned his head slightly and looked at Bakugo. His eyes gleamed in the darkness, making him appear even more terrifying.
"Katsuki Bakugo," the stranger said in a calm voice, as if recalling an old name. "I remember you... You were that fool who almost died at the hands of a sludge villain one day."
Bakugo froze. How did this stranger know what happened to him? No one knew the details of that incident except him, Midoriya, and All Might. His expression shifted between rage and confusion.
"What are you saying, you bastard?!" Bakugo shouted.
"Don't you remember?" the stranger said, his laughter growing louder. "You were trying to be a hero, but you were too weak. You almost died, but the true hero appeared and saved you."
The words were like arrows piercing Bakugo's heart. This was the truth he had been trying to forget, the truth that haunted him everywhere.
"You're just a fool," the stranger said. "You're trying to be a hero, but you don't have the power. You're just a child trying to imitate adults."
Fury blazed in Bakugo's eyes. His hands sparked, and his face turned red. He felt his blood boiling, and he wanted to destroy this stranger.
"I'll kill you!" Bakugo screamed before activating his Quirk and moving toward the stranger at a breakneck speed.
"I'm looking forward to it..." The stranger popped his fingers, watching Bakugo charge toward him.
In the Flooded Zone
At the same time Bakugo was confronting the masked stranger, Midoriya, Uraraka, and Mineta faced a different challenge.
"Alright, get ready!" Midoriya shouted, as villains surrounded their boat from all sides. Their faces held wicked expressions, and they were preparing to attack. Their slimy bodies allowed them to move quickly in the water, making them difficult opponents.
"Now!" Midoriya yelled.
Suddenly, Mineta jumped forward and began throwing his sticky balls onto the water. The balls floated on the surface and stuck together, forming a sticky net.
"Uraraka, now!" Midoriya shouted.
Uraraka used her "Zero Gravity" Quirk on the boat, making it incredibly light.
"Lift the boat!" Midoriya yelled.
As Uraraka lifted the boat, Midoriya pointed his hand forward, focusing his power. His veins bulged, and immense power gathered in his finger.
"Delaware Smash!"
Midoriya unleashed a powerful flick from his finger, creating an extremely strong gust of wind. The attack was not strong enough to destroy the boat, but it was enough to create a massive wave of air and water that pushed the villains away.
"Oh my god, that's amazing!" Mineta cried in awe, watching the villains fly through the air and land in his sticky-ball net.
The villains were bunched up over Mineta's net, but they were helpless. The sticky balls were so strong that they prevented them from moving. The plan had succeeded.
"We did it!" Uraraka cheered.
But Midoriya knew the battle wasn't over. There were other villains in the area, and they would come to rescue their comrades.
"We need to get back to the main plaza," Midoriya said seriously. "We can't stay here."
They tried to find a way to move, but the currents were strong, pushing them in different directions.
"We have to find a way to move!" Mineta said.
At that moment, a large villain with a "Camouflage" Quirk emerged from the water. They couldn't see him, but they could feel his presence.
"Oh no," Mineta cried. "He's attacking us!"
Midoriya tried to find a way to fight, but it was very difficult to locate the villain in the water.
"We need to use another plan," Midoriya said, thinking quickly. "Uraraka, can you use your Quirk on the villain?"
"I can't see him!" Uraraka said, frightened.
"Mineta," Midoriya said. "Can you throw your sticky balls into the water?"
"Why?" Mineta asked.
"We'll find the villain by where the balls land!" Midoriya said. "He's absorbing the water around him, so any sticky ball will stick to him."
Mineta threw his sticky balls into the water, and they spread everywhere. It wasn't long before they found the villain. He was trying to attack them, but the sticky balls clung to his body, making his movements slow.
"Now!" Midoriya yelled.
Midoriya used his "One For All" Quirk again, but this time he aimed at the villain. The attack was strong, but it wasn't enough to strike him with full force.
"He's strong!" Midoriya said. "We need to find a way to defeat him."
The villain advanced toward them slowly, his eyes filled with hatred. The situation was getting more difficult, and Midoriya felt a sense of despair.
At that moment, Midoriya had an inspiration. He looked at Uraraka and Mineta, then at the water around them.
"I have an idea!" Midoriya yelled. "Uraraka, can you lift Mineta into the air?"
"What?" Uraraka asked in surprise.
"Trust me!" Midoriya said. "Mineta, can you throw your sticky balls at the villain from above?"
"But..." Mineta started.
"No time for explanations!" Midoriya yelled. "We have to move now!"
Uraraka nodded and used her Quirk on Mineta. Mineta began to rise into the air, throwing his sticky balls at the villain. The balls stuck to his body, making him even slower.
"Now, Uraraka!" Midoriya shouted. "Use your Quirk on the boat to push it toward the villain!"
Uraraka nodded and used her Quirk on the boat. The boat began to move quickly toward the villain, who was still trying to free himself from the sticky balls.
"Delaware Smash!" Midoriya yelled, unleashing a powerful flick from his finger.
The blow was so strong that it pushed the boat toward the villain with immense force. The boat crashed into the villain, causing him to fall into the water, entangled in the sticky balls.
"We did it!" Mineta cheered.
"Yeah," Midoriya said, sighing in relief. "We did it."
I'm sorry that I repeated the Midoriya scene, but that was to correct my mistake because in the anime the chapter ended here, but I made a mistake and made the fight longer, so I will correct my mistake and write a new chapter tomorrow.
I might write these three days at a rate of one chapter per day.
