Silver Wolf followed Kafka, her steps quick but a little uneven—clearly trying to move fast enough to escape the weight of her own embarrassment.

Just as she was about to step out of the room entirely, she hesitated and paused, suddenly looking back at Dylan Anderson

The silence that followed was thin, sharp, and made the air feel heavier.

She turned her head slightly, the soft glow from the corridor outlining the edges of her silver hair and pale skin.

And then—just above a whisper, just loud enough for only him to hear—came her voice.

"...Sorry."

The word drifted toward him like a warm current cutting through cold water.

Silver Wolf's tone was quiet, not flat like her usual indifference, but… something more. Something real. A subtle note of guilt. Of humanity.

"As compensation," she said, her red eyes flicking toward him one last time, "you won't feel any pain later."

Her fingers moved—graceful, rapid. She tapped several lines of invisible code into thin air, the interface glowing with low flickers of violet and green.

Then she was gone.

The hum of the corridor dimmed with her footsteps, leaving behind only silence.

And Dylan…, now that his name echoed truer to his heart again—remained curled on the floor.

His entire body was trembling, his insides burning like coals packed into muscle. Bones shifting. Skin pulling tight across new mass.

A thousand sensations surged through his limbs—numbness and sharp jolts of heat. Like being rebuilt molecule by molecule.

He couldn't move.

Not yet.

Maybe more.

After a few minutes

He opened his eyes, slowly… and tried to sit up.

Everything was sharper—too sharp. His vision zoomed and adjusted like a camera lens, locking on distant lights, corners of the room, details in shadows his old eyes would've never noticed.

His fingers twitched.

So much strength—raw, untamed—coiled in them like springs.

"...Where is the toilet?" he mumbled hoarsely, as if trying to hold onto the last bit of his old reality

> Due to compatibility conflicts between base human physiology and Astartes genetic enhancement, certain limitations have been resolved through adaptive warp-binding catalysts.

> Result: Full fertility retained. Sperm count increased by 400%. Hormonal profile stabilized. Reproductive viability: Optimal.

Dylan Anderson froze.

"...Huh?"

[Note: Unlike standard Imperium protocol, this system does not neuter its champions.]

[Selected Path: Primarch Ascension Protocol — Reproduction is essential.]

[Your existence is now an anomaly: an Alpha-class reproductive template built on post-human evolution. You are now fertile You are the beginning of something new.]

His face went pale.

".. What meaning is this ?...."

And then the screen changed again.

In the metallic room, after Dylan Anderson found a way to solve his physiological problem.

He squatted in the corner and thought about everything that happened in front of him, and came to a corresponding reasonable conclusion.

I transmigrated to HSR, and I did it from the toilet of my own little house, which is something modern people can only dream of but cannot do!

As for where exactly this place is, Dylan himself has no idea.

There are metal walls all around, and the doors are equipped with sensing devices.

When Dylan walks to the door, the door will open automatically, which looks very technological.

He had a feeling that he might have traveled to a very extraordinary place.

"How am I going to get back..."

Leaning against the wall, looking at the unconscious strange girl in front of him, Dylan was now very distressed.

He wasn't someone who had no worries. He had parents and a sister at home

And he also had to go to work. More importantly...

Payday will be here in two days. He works overtime for so long, isn't it just to save some money to buy a better computer so that he can play games with his friends in his spare time?

How did I travel through time?

Moving his body towards the strange girl lying on the ground, Dylan gently patted her cheek with the back of his hand. The girl's face was a little cold and felt a bit like jelly.

Dylan called out softly, but the girl on the ground did not respond. Fortunately, Dylan briefly checked the girl's body and found that her pulse was stable and her breathing was smooth. It seemed that she was just unconscious.

Seeing that his voice could not wake her up, Dylan sighed and sat back down. He opened his clothes and looked at the bruises on his stomach with a bitter look on his face.

"That was a pretty rough hit... But being knocked down so suddenly probably scared her."

Shaking his head, Dylan quietly stood up and walked towards the distant door, but stopped at the side of the door and just carefully stuck his head out to observe.

Outside the gate is a long corridor that is closed on all sides. At the corner, someone has placed two flower pots with unknown plants in them. I think they are for viewing and decoration, making this cold steel room and corridor more colorful.

Unfortunately, there were a few strange-looking creatures wandering at the end of the corridor. One of them was floating in the air, tightly wrapped in armor all over. Under his arms were two pale golden blades, flashing a cold light under the ceiling light of the corridor.

When Dylan saw it for the first time, he was shocked for a few seconds.

What card is this from? Why haven't I seen it?

There was also a blue sphere floating in the air. As it moved up and down, Dylan felt a sense of fear even though he was far away.

I guess it's not a good thing.

Anyway, the woman asked him to wait here, saying that someone would find them. For the sake of his own life, Dylan decided not to go and fight with those card faces and say hello to the blue ball.

If the other party really attacked him, he, a weak researcher without weapons, would be useless and would probably be killed in seconds.

He still has to find a way to go home, he can't die here because of curiosity.

Just as he retracted his head, Dylan suddenly heard a strange humming sound and then a mechanical voice echoed in his ears.

[System Online... Loading Warhammer 40K Template Interface...]

Dylan's vision glitched briefly. Strange data appeared in front of his eyes. Unlike any game interface he'd seen before, this was crude, brutal, and full of imperial sigils and battle protocols.

Dylan: "?"

A big question mark slowly appeared above his head. He blinked again and found that the system UI had integrated into his neural pathways, accessible by thought.

A flood of knowledge came rushing in.

[Data Upload: Astartes Tactical Doctrine. Imperial Combat Tactics. Adeptus Mechanicus Engineering Principles. Basic Warp Psychology. Codex Astartes Regulation Protocols.]

Dylan's fingers twitched in midair. His eyes went bloodshot, his dry lips parted slightly, and his pupils began to dilate.

Countless pieces of war doctrine, anatomy, combat simulations, and religious decrees surged into his head. Dylan's mind suddenly blanked!

A massive stream of information crashed through mental thresholds. Then something clicked—his brain adapted. Neural pathways stretched. Pain dulled.

He panted, eyes gleaming.

[Please choose your Combat Origin Doctrine.]

"Oh My God!"

Dylan, who crawled back from the brink of mental collapse, was overjoyed. As he reviewed the influx of brutal tactical knowledge, he realized his mind had grown beyond what it was.

He understood now—this system was his golden finger. Not a peaceful empire simulator, but the doctrine of war incarnate. He didn't just bring the stars with him—he brought the wrath of the Imperium.

What is the Warhammer 40K System? It is the crushing machinery of conquest, the divine flame of the God-Emperor forged into code. Through extermination, glory. Through domination, evolution.

He could already picture his path: build an empire, gather War Points, upgrade through the ranks of the Adeptus Astartes, and eventually claim titles the galaxy feared.

And when it comes to diplomacy?

Well, Dylan thought, diplomacy is spoken through the roar of a bolter.

He grinned savagely.
