"Please wait a moment!" A voice came from the crowd. It was Takuya Mifune, the general manager of Mifune Electronics Industry. "I've been highly skeptical of this trick from the start." He walked up to Sanada and asked, "Can I cut the deck first?"
"Of course, no problem." Sanada placed the deck before Mifune. "Would any other guests like to try?" As Sanada finished speaking, ShĆji Hatamoto and Sonoko's fiancĂ©, YĆ«zĆ Tomizawa, also stepped forward with interest and began shuffling the cards with Mifune.

"Kaitou Kid has appeared!" As the people around Ran and Sonoko saw the words on the notice, the hall began to stir. Everyone started discussing Kaitou Kid.
"Everyone, calm down! Quickly confirm your secret codes with your partners! Nakamori, has that black pearl been stolen by that guy?" Inspector Chaki asked Inspector Nakamori, while trying to quell the commotion.
"He hasn't stolen anything yet, and he hasn't escaped this place. He's just doing this to create panic and make it easier for him to act," Conan's words left Inspector Chaki and Inspector Nakamori dumbfounded. "Don't worry, we'll catch him. He's not a magician; he's just an ordinary human who performs tricks with props."
Night was deep. The Salibeth still swayed on the waves. The night was calm, but everything seemed to happen in the darkness.
The commotion caused by Kaitou Kid's third notice had not yet subsided.
"What? A note left by Kaitou Kid?" Tomizawa asked Ran and Sonoko nervously, looking at the notice in Sanada's hand.
"That's right! This note was stuck on the card Ran just drew!" Sonoko said excitedly.
"But how did that guy stick this on there?" Sanada remembered the cards were in his hands the whole time.
"Kaitou Kid's movements are elusive; everything about him is a mystery!" Hatamoto said, rubbing his chin.
"What's certain now is the fact that that guy snuck in among the guests long ago," Mifune said methodically.
"Does he already know where the real Black Star is?" Mouri's own guess made him break out in a cold sweat.
"I think it's very possible, Uncle Mouri," You agreed with Mouri's guess.
"Even so, this place is like a prison at sea. Can he really steal the Black Star from this heavily guarded ship and disappear without a trace?" Tomoko Suzuki said calmly.
At this moment, a police officer ran in, out of breath, and reported to Inspector Nakamori that the ship would arrive in Tokyo Bay in less than 10 minutes.
"Good. Make sure to guard the entrances and exits of this venue. No one is allowed to enter from here!" Inspector Nakamori instructed.
"You should be showing your tail now. No matter how capable you are, you'll have to take advantage of this moment when all the guests want to escape!" Conan secretly prepared himself.
"Ran, where's your black pearl?" Sonoko suddenly noticed that the Black Star on Ran's person was gone.
Ran looked down and found the pearl was indeed gone. "No way!"
And on the ground, a black pearl was rolling into the distance. "Sorry, please help me pick up that pearl!" Ran's words made everyone look down. A male guest saw the pearl roll to his feet and crouched down to help Ran pick it up. Suddenly, a puff of white smoke emerged from the black pearl, followed by a "boom." The pearl exploded, and the male guest was so startled by the explosion that he sat down on the ground.
"Huh, what was that sound?"
"The pearl exploded!"
"Boom! Boom! Boom!" A few more pearls, rolling from unknown places, exploded.
"Ah!"
"What a joke! We don't want to carry this exploding pearl!" The guests frantically took off the Black Stars they were wearing and threw them into the distance. The hall immediately descended into chaos, with guests fleeing for their lives.
"So that's it. This is your trick, Kaitou Kid?" You looked at the chaotic scene in the hall and smiled slightly. "That's truly a good idea."
