Jacob lay in bed in his Serendell room, Allison curled against him with her head on his chest. He ran his fingers absently through her hair.
"Should I give Kitty the Hulk Serum, or the potion I gave you before you became a fairy?" he asked.
Allison shifted slightly. "How much Hulk Serum do you have left?"
"I had twenty vials. I gave you girls three, so I have seventeen left."
"Then give her the Hulk Serum," Allison suggested. "She'll probably want to join us when we fight. The stronger she is, the better."
"Alright. I'll give her one tomorrow." He paused, a thought occurring to him. "By the way, how are your parents liking their new strength? I haven't seen them since I gave them the potion."
Allison smiled. "They're very happy. They told me they're going to invite you over for dinner to thank you." Her smile widened. "And by the way, they're acting like newlyweds these days."
Jacob raised an eyebrow. "Really?"
"Yeah. They're all lovey-dovey with each other. They actually kicked me out the other day when I tried to spend the night at their house."
Jacob chuckled. "You might get a sibling soon, huh?"
Allison laughed softly. "A little sister or brother would be nice." She lifted her head and kissed him. "Thank you. You made them very happy. I'm so grateful for that."
"You're welcome, love." He held her closer, then remembered something. "Speaking of kids… I have a dragon egg I forgot about."
Allison sat up, her eyes wide with interest. "A dragon egg? Take it out! I want to see it."
Jacob retrieved the egg from his pocket dimension. It was a smooth, beautiful blue orb, about the size of a basketball.
Allison took it carefully, running her hands over the flawless surface. "Oh, it's so smooth." She handed it back. "What kind of dragon do you think will come out of it?"
Jacob placed the egg beside them on the bed. "I don't know. But we'll find out soon. Now, let's sleep."
They settled back into each other's arms and drifted off.
---
A few hours later, Jacob woke to a faint cracking sound next to him. He looked over and saw the egg rocking gently on the mattress. He gently shook Allison. "Allison, wake up. It's hatching."
Allison mumbled, eyes still closed. "What's hatching?"
"The dragon egg! Wake up, or you'll miss it!"
Allison's eyes snapped open. She immediately focused on the egg, which was now shuddering with more force.
Jacob quickly teleported to Lydia and Malia's rooms, appearing briefly in each to scoop up a sleepy girl before teleporting back and depositing them both unceremoniously on the bed.
Lydia and Malia woke up, confused and disoriented.
"Hey, what's going on?" Malia grumbled, rubbing her eyes.
Allison pointed excitedly at the egg. "Look!"
Both girls stared at the glowing, rocking blue orb.
Lydia blinked. "What is that?"
"A dragon egg," Jacob said, his voice full of anticipation. "And it's hatching."
Malia frowned, her sleep-addled brain processing slowly. "A dragon egg?" She looked from the egg to Allison. "Did you give birth?"
Allison was stunned into momentary silence. "What? No! The egg is Jay's!"
Now Malia looked utterly bewildered. She turned and gave Jacob a deeply weird look. "I didn't know you could lay eggs."
Lydia and Allison burst into helpless laughter.
Jacob's face darkened. He reached over and flicked Malia's forehead. "What are you thinking, you idiot? I'm a man; I can't give birth. I got the egg from my pocket dimension!"
Malia rubbed her forehead, a slow grin spreading across her face as she joined in the laughter.
Jacob shook his head, a smile finally breaking through his exasperation, and turned his full attention back to the egg.
The cracks spread rapidly. With a final, soft crunch, a piece of shell fell away. A moment later, a small, wet, and utterly adorable baby blue dragon—about the size of a cat—pushed its way out. It blinked its large, intelligent blue eyes, looking curiously at Jacob and the three girls surrounding it.
The girls all exclaimed in unison, "Wow! So cute!"
Jacob extended a hand and gently touched the little dragon's head.
A brilliant flash of white light filled the room. When it faded, a translucent system screen appeared before Jacob's eyes.
[The dragon Saphira is attempting to form a life-bond with you. Do you accept?]
'Saphira? The dragon from the movie Eragon? Great. Accept the bond.'
The red dragon tattoo on his palm, the symbol of his bonds with his mates, glowed fiercely before fading again.
A new notification appeared.
[Life-bond with Saphira established. Your death will cause hers; her death will not affect you. Your strength growth rate is slightly enhanced. Saphira's strength will grow in tandem with yours, capping at 60% of your full power upon her maturity. You may draw energy from her through the bond in times of need.]
Allison shielded her eyes from the afterglow. "Jay, what was that flash of light?"
"I just bonded with her," Jacob said, a sense of excitement in his voice.
"Her?" Lydia asked.
"Yeah, her." Jacob carefully picked up the tiny, shivering dragon, cradling her in his arms. "Did any of you ever watch the movie Eragon?"
"I did," Lydia said.
"I watched it too," Allison added. "Why?"
Jacob looked down at the little blue creature nuzzling into his warmth. "Even though she looks a bit different from the movie version… this is Saphira."
"Really?" Lydia leaned in for a closer look.
"Yes. I learned her name and origin when the bond formed."
Malia, tilted her head. "So, is she your mate, too? Are you going to sleep with her in her dragon form? Or is she going to turn human when she grows up?"
Jacob explained. "She's not my mate. Our bond isn't a mating bond. But… maybe I can help her gain a human form someday. Only then would I consider marrying her. I'm a pervert, but not to the extent of sleeping with her in her dragon form."
Malia smirked. "But don't you love sleeping with us in our hybrid forms?"
"I do love monster girls," Jacob admitted. "But not full animals. Have I ever asked you to do it while you're in your full coyote form?"
Malia considered it, a playful glint in her eye. "No. But I thought you just forgot, or were still too shy to ask."
Jacob's face darkened again. "Okay, that's it. You're going to get punished this morning, and I'm not letting you go until you pass out."
Malia's smirk widened. "Bring it on."
Jacob gently handed Saphira to Allison. "Feed her some meat and make sure to introduce her to Kitty. Otherwise, Saphira might try to eat her."
Allison took the little dragon, cooing, "Come here, cutie." She and Lydia left the room, teasing the newborn dragon.
Jacob turned back to Malia and pounced, pinning her to the bed. "Now, time to deal with your mischievous ass." He sealed her lips with a deep kiss, and soon the room was filled with Malia's moans. After a while, the moans turned into low, rumbling growls as she shifted into her hybrid form. The two of them continued for hours, lost in each other. 😏😘👄💋💦🍆💥🌊❤️😊
True to his word, Jacob didn't stop until an exhausted, thoroughly satisfied Malia finally passed out in his arms. He smiled with deep satisfaction, hugged her close, and took a nap with her.
---
When they woke up, Jacob and Malia took a bath and then went to the garden in front of the palace. Jacob saw Saphira happily chasing after Kitty, who was teasing her with a piece of string.
"Cogman, where are Allison and Lydia?" Jacob asked.
"They are at school, sir," Cogman replied, appearing beside him.
"Did you find the Black Shuck yet?"
"Not yet, sir."
Saphira noticed Jacob and came running over. He picked her up with a smile. "You seem full of energy."
Kitty trotted up. "She loved the Sker Buffalo meat. She ate until her belly bulged, slept for hours, and just woke up half an hour ago. She's been playing ever since."
Jacob smiled and retrieved a rubber chicken from his pocket dimension. He squeezed it, and it let out a loud, ridiculous squeal. Saphira's blue eyes widened with intense interest. He gave it to her and set her back down to play.
Next, he took out a vial of the Hulk Serum and handed it to Kitty. "Drink this. It will make you very strong, give you a super-healing ability, and it might even help you regrow your claws."
Kitty took the vial, her eyes wide with hope. "Are you telling the truth? Are my claws really going to grow back?"
Jacob patted her head. "Try it, and we'll find out."
Kitty nodded excitedly. "Okay. Wish me luck!" She uncorked the vial and drank the glowing green serum.
Immediately, her body began to heat up. She started sweating through her paw pads and lay down on the grass as a wave of pain washed through her small frame, but it was manageable.
"The pain will pass soon," Jacob said reassuringly. "Just hold on."
Malia, watching Saphira still gleefully mauling the rubber chicken, asked, "Are you going to give the serum to Saphira, too?"
Jacob shook his head. "No, she doesn't need it. We share a life-bond—her strength grows with mine. The air of Serendell is rich with magic, and she can feast on magical meat. Give her a year or two, and she'll become a powerful giant of a dragon."
"I see," Malia said. Then her stomach growled loudly. She looked over at Cogman. "Old man, cook us some meat. I'm starving."
"It is already prepared, my lady," Cogman replied. "Shall I bring it here?"
"Yes."
Cogman gave a slight bow, then vanished with a soft pop. A moment later, he reappeared in the garden, a large, polished wooden table held effortlessly in his arms. He vanished again, reappeared with two ornate chairs, then made a final trip carrying a massive silver platter heaped with sizzling, aromatic cuts of meat.
Jacob and Malia sat down and began to eat. The rich smell of the cooked meat caught Saphira's attention. She immediately abandoned the now-silent rubber chicken, scampered over to Jacob, and climbed up his leg into his lap. Jacob smiled dotingly, selected a tender piece of meat, and began to feed her.
After about forty minutes, Kitty's body had fully absorbed the serum. She stood up, and the first thing she did was raise a paw and flex. To her amazement, sharp, gleaming claws extended from her paw. Overcome with joy, she leaped toward Jacob with her new, uncontrolled strength. The impact almost knocked him out of his chair.
"Whoa!" Jacob grunted, steadying himself.
He was about to say something, but he felt the tiny, trembling body in his arms and heard her quiet, happy sobs. He simply held her and patted her back, letting her release the flood of emotion.
When she finally calmed down, she looked up at him, her eyes glistening with gratitude. "Thank you."
"You're welcome," Jacob said softly. Then he smiled. "But Kitty, you need to learn how to control your new strength. You almost sent me flying when you jumped."
Kitty smiled sheepishly. "Sorry about that."
Malia, now cradling a dozing Saphira, spoke up. "I don't feel like going to school. So I'll spar with her and help her control her strength."
"Alright," Jacob agreed. He looked down at Kitty on his lap. "Give me your hand."
Kitty extended her front leg, and Jacob grasped it. A flash of golden light emanated from their joined hands, and when it faded, a faint dragon head mark appeared on the back of Kitty's front leg before shimmering and disappearing beneath her skin.
Jacob explained, "You can now enter and leave Serendell whenever you want, and you can teleport anywhere inside it. Ask Cogman and Malia to teach you how."
Then he took two ancient-looking scrolls from his pocket dimension and handed them to her. "This one," he said, pointing to the first, "is the Quen Scroll. After using it, you'll gain the ability to create a powerful energy shield to protect yourself. The other is the Scroll of Firaga. It will teach you a powerful fire spell to attack your enemies."
Kitty took the scrolls carefully. "Thank you," she said, rubbing her small head affectionately against Jacob's cheek.
"You're welcome." He placed her gently on the table and stood up. He gave Malia a quick kiss. "Teach her how to use the scrolls and get used to her new strength. I'm going to school."
Cogman stepped forward. "Shall I drive you, sir?"
"Nah, I'm going to drive myself."
With that, he teleported, appearing back in the mansion in Beacon Hills. He changed his clothes and walked out to his Camaro. Sliding into the driver's seat, he focused internally.

Jacob's face darkened. 'Screw you, System! How many times do I have to say I don't want underwear as rewards? Especially used ones!'
He got out of the car, retrieved the offending item from his pocket dimension, and with a flick of his wrist, conjured a small fireball in his palm. The underwear burst into flames before they even hit the ground, turning to ashes in an instant. "Disgusting!" he muttered, dusting off his hands.
He got back into the car and took out the other reward. The weight of the customized AR-15 was solid and satisfying in his hands. 'Nice. It might not be the most effective weapon against supernatural creatures, but anything with infinite ammo is good to have.'
He stored it back in his pocket dimension.
'System, show me my status.'
A detailed, translucent screen materialized before his eyes.

Jacob scanned the list. His eyes lingered on the Vehicles section. 'James Bond's Aston Martin DB5… I forgot I got that car. I'm driving it today.'
He got out of the Camaro. With a thought, he retrieved the iconic silver Aston Martin from his pocket dimension. It appeared on the driveway with a soft thump, its polished chrome and classic lines gleaming in the sunlight.
After a moment of admiring the beautiful machine, Jacob got in, savored the smell of leather, and turned the key. The engine purred to life with a smooth, powerful rumble. He grinned and pulled out of the driveway, heading for school in style.
