I was once the mighty God of Darkness and Chaos.
Hearing my name, you probably expect me to be a ruthless, malevolent individual. But to be honest? I'm just like a regular mortal, except I don't die. Unfortunately a lot of people fear me, so I don't have a lot of relationships with anyone.
Except one.
When I was just born, there was nothing. I'm not kidding, nothing. No color, no sound, no space, nothing. Then came Sylvia, as we call her, who is the Goddess of Light. Then some other people appeared.
Within that period, no one approached me. Back then, I didn't know I gave off an intimidating dark aura, which led to me being alone. For a long time, I mean. About a million years. When I was on the verge of breaking my divine core, someone finally reached out and said hi.
His name? Thanatos, usually referred to as Thane. Thane was the God of Death, or something like that. We hit it off right away. He even helped me control my dark aura, which I am still very thankful for.
One time, a God Slayer appeared. God Slayers are true to their name - they slay Gods. Well, they don't always do that, but they can. Personally, I find those guys pretty cool, unless they get violent. But other Gods? They kill every single of one of them, for fear that they get slain. Anyway, back to the God Slayer.
He was quite a powerful God Slayer, and killed a god's vessel. I don't know whose vessel that was, but me and Thane and some other guys got voted to deal with him.
When we arrived though, he stared at me and said something about being careful, and that's when it happened.
Everyone attacked me, including Thane, who shouted "Kill him!"
I was confused. Mad. Heartbroken. Before I knew it, they took out my divine core, and Thane crushed it.
I got sent to the void, never to be heard from again.
