"Where are we going?" Alina asked as she realised they were walking for a few minutes now.
Eryx slightly turned back and looked at his pretty angel, "On a date." He replied and chuckled in his deep voice when Alina gave him a look of disbelief.
Alina just pouted and slightly shivered as it was a bit cold, which Eryx noticed immediately.
He stopped walking and turned around making Alina bump into his hard chest. 'Is it made of rock or what?' she thought to herself rubbing her forehead.
"Sorry" Eryx said and then made Alina put one of her hand inside his blue jacket and then the other hand which was on his own, he took both of them and put them inside his own black Jacket's pocket.
"There we go. Keep your hands warm bunny. Better now?" Eryx asked, raising an eyebrow. He had the softest look on his face he could pull up for his angel.
"Yes." Alina said with slight blush though she felt giddy at the way Eryx was treating her.
To Alina, Eryx felt too good to be real. How can someone look so good and be so gentle? He was like an illusion, like a phantom.
They walked ahead and came across a forest entry which spooked Alina a bit but she couldn't utter a word because as soon as she took a step inside the way that was paved for them, the lights went on and she just stared in awe at the lights lighting up her way.
It was so beautiful that Alina was already impressed with just this. Eryx was satisfied at the bunny smile that was stuck on Alina's face as they walked on the wood.
He was nervous before about Alina not liking it but the look on her face washed all his fears away.
They then walked further to see a set up set at the end of the way. It had an entrance, a beautiful one at that. Walking through it, there was a cute little setup which brightened the smile on Alina's face even more.
There was a small lake besides the area, which was set up with lights too.
"This is beautiful Eryx." Alina said. She looked ahead. She really had no words at the amount of preparation Eryx did for someone he had just met.
"That would be you, little bunny." Eryx cheekily replied and Alina slapped his arm lightly making him laugh.
Eryx pulled the chair for Alina who sat down mumbling a little 'thank you'.
"So? Did you like it?" Eryx asked sitting down himself.
Alina looked at him confused, "Liked? Eryx, i love it, this is amazing. I honestly didn't want to have dinner at a place full of people. I don't like crowded places. So this is perfect. I couldn't have asked for more." She said and Eryx smiled at him in relief.
"Well again, you are the one who's the perfect bunny. But am glad you said that because I honestly wanted to have just us and no one else. Not in a creepy way of course." Eryx replied making Alina nod while chucking at his words.
She could see Eryx wasn't a bad man. Alina's detective skills never miss anything. They told her one thing for sure, Eryx didn't have any bad intentions for her.
"Stop staring." Alina said blushing because
Eryx was looking at her with something she couldn't decipher. It was so deep, like his eyes were telling her something.
"Then stop looking so smoking hot and
cute at the same time. You, bunny, are very attractive. Therefore i shall stare at you." Eryx justified his actions while still staring at Alina making her bite her lips and her cheeks turned even red at his smooth words.
Eryx didn't even want to blink at this point, scared to miss even a second of Alina's cuteness. Bless his heart.
"Oh god! Fine tell me about yourself. What's your age?" Alina asked with big eyes.
She wanted to change the topic or else she would honestly lose control at the amount of flirting Eryx was doing.
"I'm 25 bunny, what about you?" He asked even though he knew almost everything about Alina.
He looked into her profile. But there is no way, Alina was going to know that. That would seem too creepy.
Eryx served them the red wine, but only after asking if Alina drank or not.
"Oh you're my senior. Am 23." Alina said but missed the look of surprise that came over Eryx's face when she called him 'senior'.
"Okay next question, what do you do senior? I work in the police station which i know you already know, but I haven't seen you ever around here. Did you shift recently?" Alina asked, looking everywhere.
She couldn't for the love of god look into Eryx's eyes. She knew she would drown in those amber eyes.
Eryx gave himself a few seconds and then made a decision,
"I own a club down the street, it's called 'Moonshine'. I don't like going out too much so I mostly stay at the club or the apartment above it where i live, maybe that's why you didn't see me before."
He said and released the breath he didn't realise he was holding. He knew he wouldn't have told Alina if the topic didn't come up, but she asked, and he wasn't going to lie to his angel on their first date.
"Oh, I remember going to that place, but I don't remember when.." Alina paused to think.
"It was Monday." Eryx replied without realising what he just said. The gasp that left Alina's lips made him realise what he had said.
Eryx looked up with wide eyes,
"I swear, I am not a creep okay? I just saw you on that day. And you got my attention. And i just knew i had to get to know you, but before i could approach you, you left. But guess luck was on my side when i saw you again. I..."
He kept saying things in panic. A giggle made him stop his rambling and he saw that Alina just giggled at him, he didn't even realise his own lips turned up and smiled along with Alina.
"Calm down Eryx, I don't mind, instead I am glad you told me." Alina said and looked up when a waiter approached them. She then looked back at Eryx who nodded at the question. Yes, everything was for her.
The waiter put down dishes and left.
"How? I mean what? Will you stop surprising me please?" Alina asked bewildered. She lifted her hands in the air making cute actions showing her bewilderment.
Eryx cooed at her. "Oh come on, this is the first date of my life, of course I will make it the best for my date." Eryx said and he himself served the dishes to Alina's plate and then kept it in front of him.
"Really? Mine too." Alina said smiling wide, showing her bunny teeth, making Eryx melt again.
Suddenly, Eryx clutched his heart with a hand, "Ahhh....."
