*Miracle's POV*
I wasn't stupid.
I knew what I saw when I stepped onto that balcony—Loveth, flushed and breathless, Ethan leaning just a little too close. The air between them crackled like tension left unsaid.
So I smiled. Sweetly. Like I hadn't noticed a thing.
"Nice party," I said, stepping fully into their moment like it was mine to take.
Loveth gave me a polite nod, but I saw the way she stiffened. Guilty.
She should be.
She knew exactly what she was doing.
Ethan, on the other hand, barely reacted. Which made me even angrier. He always did that—stayed calm while lighting fires he had no intention of putting out.
But I was done being silent.

*Loveth's POV*
Miracle stayed too long on that balcony. Asking subtle questions. Acting curious. Watching us like a hawk dressed in designer.
I couldn't tell if she was jealous or suspicious—maybe both.
Back inside, I tried to shake it off, but her energy clung to me like bad perfume. I was starting to realize Miracle's smiles were weapons.
I wanted to believe Ethan didn't mean to cause trouble between us.
But something in the way he looked at her… and then at me…
It wasn't just messy. It was dangerous.

*Ethan's POV*
They were both fire—just different kinds.
Miracle was the flame you played with and expected to burn.
Loveth? She was the kind that warmed you, and then consumed you without warning.
I didn't regret that moment on the balcony, even if Miracle had caught it.
I'd wanted Loveth to know—she had my attention.
But now the game had shifted.
Two women. One secret.
And one wrong move away from betrayal.
