"With a human's physiological structure, even an Origin Holder of the Third Stellar Particle can, in a normal state, at best exert a physical strength equivalent to your clone's—that is, the level of a Divinity."
"Only by acquiring the Blood Accelerator Device, the B.D.A., can they exert physical power on par with a 3-digit God. In their normal state, they are still a notch below a Celestial Spirit like you."
Among Little Garden's three strongest species, both Pure-Blooded Dragons and Celestial Spirits physically outclass the naturally-born Gods and Buddhas.
A typical Origin Holder of the Third Stellar Particle, without the B.D.A., could only exert power on the level of the original series' protagonist, Izayoi Sakamaki—that is, the power of a 5-digit Divinity holder.
Only after activating the Third Stellar Particle with the B.D.A. could they attain a physique truly comparable to that of the naturally-born Gods.
"Of course, I'm talking about their not-fully-evolved state. If they were to unleash their full potential and guide their possibilities to the maximum, a fully-grown Origin Holder of the Third Stellar Particle could indeed develop a physique superior to your own."

Keep in mind, even Azi Dahaka needed to borrow the power of the Avesta for a chance to guide forth the Sixth Cosmic Velocity, whereas Izayoi Sakamaki manifested this miracle through his own ability alone.
This speed completely surpassed Sun Wukong's Somersault Cloud, nearly reaching the level of the ten abilities of the Almighty Domain contained within the Another Cosmology: AVATARA.
And that was just one of the possibilities sparked by the Third Stellar Particle.
"What?!" After hearing Su Mo's explanation, Sun Wukong's eyes went wide, and she stood frozen on the spot.
She had originally thought that the upper limit of the Third Stellar Particle Origin was the level displayed by her clone.

But this didn't mean they had truly surpassed the Almighty Domain and reached the realm of Full-Authority.
The same was true for human Origin Holders of the Third Stellar Particle.
In the original series, although Izayoi Sakamaki could briefly burst out with Sixth Cosmic Velocity speed, it came at a life-threatening cost.
Even if he didn't die from it, he could at best maintain it for a short time, putting him on par with the best of the Almighty Domain.
A true Full-Authority Domain being, like Su Mo who had mastered the ten abilities through Kālki, could genuinely maintain the Sixth Cosmic Velocity for extended periods. The two were not on the same level.
