Chapter 409 - Zoroastrianism's Another Cosmology, a Summon from the God-Groups

Hearing Shiroyasha's righteous yet whiny tone, Canary couldn't help but retort, "So you really did come for Lord Su Mo after all!" If not for that, there was absolutely no need for someone of Shiroyasha's caliber to deliver a mere invitation.

"So what if I did!" Noticing Canary's expression, Shiroyasha remained stubborn. "That guy said he was running an errand, and he hasn't sent me a single message in all these days. Can't I be worried something happened to him?"

"..." This time, it wasn't just Canary; everyone else also had a "who are you kidding" look on their faces.

Before, when Su Mo's identity hadn't been revealed, it might have been believable.

But now, he was renowned throughout Little Garden as the Master of the Christian Church, who had defeated the Son of God from the 3 digit Almighty Domain.

To put it bluntly, even the White Night Demon Lord at her peak might not be his match. Worrying about something happening to someone with his power was truly overthinking it. She was clearly here to chase after a man!

However, exposing her now would be too dangerous.

Shiroyasha had thin skin and couldn't take a joke; she might just start a fight. Canary could only nod. "Right, right, I believe you! Lord Su Mo is in the guest room, probably with the Leticia sisters."

Seeing Canary point the way, Shiroyasha was about to charge over, but she stopped in her tracks after hearing the last part of the sentence, looking surprised. "The Leticia sisters?" Leticia has a sister?

"Mhm. Lord Su Mo rescued her from her seal not long ago. She's his maid now," Canary explained.

"Good, good! So that's how it is! No wonder he didn't come to see me!" Smelling a vixen, Shiroyasha charged straight for Su Mo's room like a boar. "I was here first, dammit!"

BOOM!

The door burst open. The vampire sisters, with wary eyes, stood protectively in front of Su Mo.

"Master, be careful!"

"Who is it? An attacker?" Although she sensed an incredibly familiar Divinity, Leticia didn't have time to react. Acting on instinct, she unleashed her Draconic Remnant.

A jet-black shadow blade whipped out and struck the intruder.

The Star Spirit of the Sun and the White Night, who had been charging in like a meteor, was sent flying like a spinning top.

Finally, with a thud, she crashed into the outer courtyard wall, leaving a small, human-shaped hole.

It was only because Leticia had recognized Shiroyasha's Divinity and timely reduced the force of her counterattack that Shiroyasha was met with a whip instead of a sharp blade.

Of course, even if Leticia hadn't reacted, such a weak attack wouldn't have harmed Shiroyasha in the slightest.

An attack that couldn't shatter stars wasn't qualified to break through her defense. Even this attack hadn't so much as damaged her clothes.

"Ptooey, ptooey!" Spitting out dust, Shiroyasha quickly got up and walked into Su Mo's room with a dissatisfied look. "You're getting pretty bold, Leticia. Just because you've had Su Mo for a week, you're acting this arrogant? Aren't you afraid I'll make things difficult for you after he leaves?" As a Floor Master, she shamelessly resorted to abusing her authority.

"My apologies, Lady Shiroyasha. I failed to recognize you in time," Leticia apologized honestly.

This time, it was Shiroyasha who was at a loss. "Wait, hearing you say that makes me sound like a villain abusing my power." She quickly waved her hands. "It was my fault just now. I shouldn't have launched a surprise attack. Maintaining such a level of vigilance to protect Su Mo is not a bad thing!"

With that, she finally saw Su Mo inside the room, and the young-looking vampire loli in front of him. "So this is this time's little homewrecker... ahem, I mean, is she your sister, Leticia?"

"Mhm!" Leticia nodded, her smile warm. "It was Lord Su Mo who saved Lamia from her curse, allowing us sisters to finally reunite."

"Congratulations, congratulations!" Shiroyasha, who knew the story of the vampire clan, said sincerely.

Then, with a "heave-ho," she jumped directly in front of Su Mo, unintentionally separating him from Lamia. "Su Mo, it's been seven days. Did you successfully retrieve the Divinity you mentioned last time?"

Just moments ago, in front of Canary, she had been complaining about him not visiting her, but now that she was face to face with him, she didn't mention it at all, only showing concern for his mission.

"Mhm, it's been retrieved," Su Mo nodded.

"Then, according to your plan, you need to get Zoroastrianism's Another Cosmology next, right?" Shiroyasha continued enthusiastically.

"Zoroastrianism has almost completely disappeared from Little Garden. If you want to find information about it, it's best to find the remaining members, like Indra or someone."

In the world of Little Garden, Indra was originally one of the evil gods of Zoroastrianism, bearing the banner of evil and the essence of "apostasy."

But later, in a well-known myth, thanks to the sacrifice of the Moon Maiden, Indra finally turned over a new leaf and became the head of the good gods, belonging to the Buddhist pantheon.

Now that the Zoroastrian god-group had long since dissipated, the one most likely to know clues about their Another Cosmology was Indra.

"Although that guy is a useless god, he's barely reliable when it comes to serious matters. I happen to be quite familiar with him. If you want to ask him, I can lead the way!" Shiroyasha said with an expectant look. Clearly, she wanted to go with Su Mo.

Shiroyasha's idea was a good one, and if necessary, Su Mo wouldn't refuse to travel with her. Unfortunately...

"No need," Su Mo shook his head. "I already know the whereabouts of Zoroastrianism's Another Cosmology. There's no need to ask anyone. I just need to wait for the right moment to obtain it."

Hearing this, Shiroyasha was a little disappointed. No wonder Su Mo had stayed in Arcadia for so long; he was waiting for the right time. "What time?" she asked curiously. "Do you need me to accompany you?"

Su Mo glanced at Shiroyasha, his gaze falling on the invitation in her hand. "You said just now that you were delivering an invitation on behalf of the Moon Rabbit clan?"

"Eh?" Shiroyasha was stunned. "That's right. The Moon Rabbit clan is holding a festival for the birth of their Divine Child tomorrow to celebrate his tenth birthday and coming of age. But what does that have to do with Zoroastrianism's Another Cosmology? Are you sure this is the opportunity you're waiting for?"

Shiroyasha was very confused. Although the Moon Rabbit clan were retainers of Indra, Indra didn't have an Another Cosmology!

"I'm sure," Su Mo nodded firmly. Recalling what Shiroyasha had said before, he invited the white-haired loli, "So, do you want to go together?"

Hearing this, Shiroyasha's face lit up with a smile. "Of course! I'll be your guide for this Divine Child's birth festival. Not even the Jade Emperor can stop me!"

This is Su Mo actively inviting me to hang out. Isn't that basically a date?

Feeling smug, she immediately put her hands on her hips and gave the Leticia sisters a triumphant, victorious look. Unfortunately, this silent gloating didn't have the effect she wanted.

Faced with Shiroyasha's showboating, Leticia tilted her head, not quite understanding. She had assumed she would be going along too and didn't know what Shiroyasha was competing for.

As for Lamia, she gave Shiroyasha an incredibly gentle look. "Then congratulations, Lady Shiroyasha!" She even actively encouraged her.

"Hmm?" Shiroyasha frowned slightly, a little confused.

She was just a vampire loli, yet she wore a completely calm, victorious expression, looking at the gloating Shiroyasha as if she were a child throwing a tantrum.

Subconsciously, Shiroyasha's intuition told her that unlike the dense Leticia, her sister was a formidable rival.

But it didn't matter. The other girl had only known Su Mo for seven days. She had known him for much longer, and even longer if you counted their chat group conversations. No matter how you looked at it, she had the advantage.

Just look at the progress: Su Mo had just actively invited her on a date. Could anyone else achieve that kind of speed?

Celestial Sun Star Spirit versus Vampire Princess, the advantage is mine!

A day later, just as the Arcadia party was about to set out in response to the Moon Rabbit clan's invitation to the City of the Moon Shadow, "What? The god-groups want me to return now to handle an emergency, and it's an order directly from Shakyamuni?"

Shiroyasha's astonished voice echoed through Arcadia. "No, I can't! I'm supposed to tour the City of the Moon Shadow with Su Mo today. Don't even think about stopping me. Believe it or not, I'll just quit!"

The rare opportunity she had fought for was unexpectedly interrupted. The white-haired loli began to throw a tantrum. From her expression, it was clear she was really capable of quitting.

Faced with Shiroyasha's tantrum, the clerk who had come to deliver the message looked at Su Mo, then at Shiroyasha, and lowered her head.

She didn't dare to try and persuade either of these powerful figures!

However, she had to carry out her mission.

So she mustered her courage and faced Shiroyasha, with whom she was most familiar. "Lady Shiroyasha, this mission is indeed very urgent. The Divine Army was rarely used to deliver the message... Lord Indra specifically requested your assistance. He said he's willing to swear on his son's honor that this operation concerns the safety of all of Little Garden. Please reconsider!"

"..." Shiroyasha fell silent. If Indra had sworn on his own honor, she definitely wouldn't have believed him, because that useless god had no honor to speak of.

But if it involved his most beloved son, it was a completely different matter. Moreover, Indra had hit her second biggest soft spot: the safety of Little Garden.

"Su Mo..." The white-haired loli looked up at Su Mo, her eyes hesitant and apologetic.

"Go," Su Mo was incredibly calm. He had already guessed what had happened. "There will be plenty of time to meet after this incident."

"Mhm!" Shiroyasha nodded heavily and left reluctantly.

It wasn't until she reached the headquarters of Thousand Eyes that she suddenly recalled the meaning of Su Mo's words. "After this incident?"

What incident was Su Mo referring to?
