Outside Tisha's Office
Mike sprawled in one of the waiting area chairs, leg bouncing with restless energy. Danny paced near the window, occasionally glancing at Tisha's closed office door with growing irritation.
"This is insane" Danny muttered, checking his watch. "We've been sitting here for twenty minutes while he's in there having some heart-to-heart."
Mike chuckled. "You know Alex. Even in the middle of a crisis, he's got to handle everything personally."
"The situation's downright grim, and he's busy with his girl..." Danny stopped, glanced around quickly, then corrected, "...professor." He let out a relieved breath when no one seemed to hear.
Mike burst out laughing at danny's slip.
Danny groaned. "This guy can't be serious in any situation."
"Hey, at least one of us is getting emotional support. We're just the moral support squad."
Mike said smirking at him.
The door finally opened, and Alex appeared, looking slightly embarrassed.
"Sorry guys, come on in."
