Chapter 55 - The Red-Haired Menace

Jasper marched away from the training session, exhausted—not physically, but mentally.

Teaching Sienna wasn't the problem.

The problem was the red-haired demon in the corner, throwing out humiliating double-meaning comments every five seconds.

He had endured an entire session of Serena's relentless teasing.

He had suffered through her disgustingly suggestive commentary.

And now, it was over.

Or at least—that's what he thought.

Because then—

Sienna walked up behind him.

"Jasper," she said calmly.

He sighed, rubbing his face. "What now?"

Sienna stood tall, composed, completely unaware of the chaos she was about to cause.

"I still want to learn."

Jasper's soul left his body.

Serena, who had just recovered from her laughing fit, snapped her head up so fast she almost broke her neck.

Her crimson eyes sparkled with pure evil.

"Oh my god," she whispered, grinning like a demon. "This… this is beautiful."

Jasper internally screamed.

"Jasper," Sienna continued, completely oblivious to Serena's growing amusement. "I need another lesson."

Jasper's entire body stiffened.

Behind him, Serena was practically vibrating with excitement.

Jasper took a deep breath, trying to keep his composure. "Sienna… are you absolutely sure about this?"

Sienna nodded. "Yes. I am not yet proficient."

Jasper closed his eyes briefly. "Sienna, I don't think you understand what you're asking for."

Serena let out an exaggerated gasp. "OH, JASPER. Are you saying she can't handle it?!"

Jasper's eye twitched violently. "Serena. Stop."

Sienna, still composed, tilted her head slightly. "I assure you, I can handle it."

Serena screamed.

Jasper immediately regretted his entire existence.

Jasper groaned but accepted his fate.

He stepped forward, pulling Dragonis from the ground and handing it back to Sienna.

"Alright," he muttered, exhausted already. "Let's go over the stance again."

Sienna took the sword, gripping it tightly.

The moment she lifted it, her arms shook from the weight.

Serena leaned in, her grin stretching wider.

"Oh no, Sienna," she said, mock concern dripping from her voice. "Are you sure you can hold Jasper's massive, heavy weapon?"

Jasper gritted his teeth. "Serena. I am begging you to shut up."

Serena cackled. "What?! I'm just worried! What if she can't handle it? What if it's too big for her?"

Jasper looked up at the sky, praying for an asteroid to take him out.

Sienna, still completely unbothered, merely readjusted her grip.

"It is difficult," she admitted, looking at Jasper. "How do you handle something this heavy so effortlessly?"

Serena choked.

Jasper immediately backed away, waving his hands. "I SWEAR TO EVERY STAR IN THE COSMOS—DON'T SAY A DAMN WORD, SERENA."

Serena was wheezing. "I CAN'T—THIS IS TOO GOOD—"

Sienna, as usual, ignored her.

"Jasper," she continued, "can you show me how you hold it properly?"

Serena fell to the floor, dying.

Jasper ran a hand down his face. "Sienna, please rephrase that."

Sienna blinked. "I don't understand."

Serena gasped for air. "OH MY GOD. JASPER. SHE WANTS YOU TO SHOW HER HOW TO HOLD IT."

Jasper groaned loudly, grabbing Dragonis back from Sienna.

"Fine," he muttered, moving behind her. "I'll just—adjust your grip again. Without commentary."

Serena snorted. "Oh, sweetie. There's always commentary."

Jasper placed his hands over Sienna's again, adjusting her fingers along the handle of the blade.

Sienna remained still, following his guidance.

Jasper exhaled slowly. "Alright, now try swinging again. This time, let your arms move naturally with the blade."

Serena perked up instantly.

"OH, JASPER. LET YOUR BODY MOVE NATURALLY WITH HERS?"

Jasper's soul left his body.

Sienna, still oblivious, followed Jasper's instructions, trying another swing.

The sword moved a little better, but she still struggled.

Jasper sighed, stepping closer, lightly placing his hands on her arms to guide her.

Serena grabbed her chest. "OH MY GOD. HE'S GUIDING HER."

Jasper clenched his jaw. "Shut. Up."

Serena, losing her mind, continued, "Wow, Jasper, your hands are all over her. Are you sure this is still combat training?"

Jasper let go immediately. "NOPE. I'M OUT."

Serena collapsed, dying.

Sienna, completely unbothered, simply looked at Jasper. "Did I do something wrong?"

Jasper rubbed his temples. "No, Sienna. Serena is what's wrong."

Serena wiped away a tear. "Oh, this is the greatest day of my life."

Jasper took a deep breath, trying to maintain his last shred of sanity.

"Okay," he muttered. "Last attempt. One more swing, Sienna, and we're done."

Sienna nodded, tightening her grip.

Jasper stepped back. "Now, put all your strength into it."

Sienna exhaled, focusing.

She swung the blade downward—

And this time, it worked.

The sword moved fluidly, cutting through the air with precise momentum.

Jasper nodded in approval. "Better."

Serena, still on the floor, smirked evilly.

"Jasper."

Jasper groaned. "What now?"

Serena sat up, grinning like a devil.

"You just told her to put all her strength into it."

Jasper blinked. "...Yeah?"

Serena grinned wider.

"And now she's good at swinging."

Jasper's face went blank.

Serena clapped her hands together. "Congratulations, Jasper. You just taught her how to swing properly."

Jasper turned and walked away.

Serena cackled. "WHERE ARE YOU GOING?!"

Jasper called over his shoulder. "TO FIND A NEW SHIP."

Serena collapsed onto the floor, laughing hysterically.

Sienna watched him go, blinking.

"...Why is he leaving?"

Serena wiped away a tear. "Oh, sweetie, you have no idea."

Sienna nodded slowly. "I see. Then I should continue practicing alone."

Jasper's distant voice echoed down the hall. "I CAN STILL HEAR YOU."

Serena laughed harder.

Serena had completely ruined the lesson, and his sanity was hanging by a thread.

"I need a drink. I need a break. I need a new life."

But before he could even make it ten steps, he heard Serena's voice—

And it was not good.

"Alright, Sienna, since Jasper won't explain, I will."

Jasper froze mid-step.

His instincts screamed at him to run.

But it was too late.

Sienna tilted her head. "Explain what?"

Serena grinned. "Why he's reacting like that."

Jasper spun around instantly. "NO. STOP."

Serena ignored him.

She raised her hands, preparing for hand gestures.

Jasper's entire soul left his body.

Serena held up one hand, forming a gripping motion.

"This," she said dramatically, "is how you hold a sword."

Sienna nodded seriously. "Yes, a standard grip technique for blade control."

Serena smirked. "Now…"

She slowly moved her other hand toward the first, interlocking her fingers suggestively.

"This…" she paused for effect, "is not sword training."

Jasper almost choked.

Sienna blinked. "Ah. I see. You are referring to sexual intercourse."

Jasper died on the spot.

Serena froze for a split second before bursting into laughter. "OH. MY. GOD. SIENNA—"

Sienna continued, completely unfazed. "You were making a joke about the common misconception of handling long cylindrical objects as a reference to the male reproductive organ, specifically the penis."

Jasper grabbed his head. "NO, NO, NO—"

Serena fell to the ground laughing. "OH MY GOD, I LOVE HER—"

Sienna wasn't finished.

"Additionally," she continued, "interlocking hands in that motion may symbolize penetration, a key part of the reproductive process involving insertion of the penis into the vagina, leading to potential fertilization."

Jasper physically collapsed onto his knees. "STOP TALKING. PLEASE."

Serena was barely breathing. "I CAN'T—I CAN'T BREATHE—"

Sienna turned to Jasper, still completely neutral and serious. "Am I incorrect in my assessment?"

Jasper clutched his head. "Sienna, for the love of the cosmos, never say 'fertilization' in a combat lesson."

Serena was dying.

But Sienna wasn't done.

She turned back to Serena. "So when you were referring to Jasper 'handling his weapon well,' you were making an indirect reference to male masturbation, correct?"

Jasper screamed into his hands.

Serena gasped for air. "OH MY GOD, YES—"

Sienna nodded. "Masturbation is a common practice among males and females to stimulate the release of sexual tension through rhythmic hand movements."

Jasper was going to pass out.

Sienna continued, completely academic.

"For males, this involves the penis, while for females, this involves external stimulation of the clitoris and vaginal canal. This can lead to orgasm, which results in a neurochemical release including oxytocin and dopamine, which aids in—"

"STOP. TALKING." Jasper shouted, gripping his head.

Serena rolled across the floor, laughing so hard she couldn't breathe.

"OH MY GOD—SHE JUST SAID 'VAGINAL CANAL' IN A SWORD TRAINING SESSION—"

Jasper pointed at Sienna. "WHO EVEN TAUGHT YOU THIS?!"

Sienna blinked. "Basic reproductive health classes in the Hyperion Academy. I assume you attended the same?"

Jasper looked like he wanted to throw himself into space.

Serena was wheezing. "Jasper, she's out here talking about 'neurochemical releases' while you were just trying to show her how to hold a sword—"

Jasper groaned. "I DIDN'T ASK FOR THIS."

Sienna watched Jasper's suffering with mild confusion.

Then, as if a lightbulb clicked, she spoke again.

"Ah," she said thoughtfully, "I now understand why Jasper is uncomfortable."

Jasper looked up, pleading. "Please. Don't."

Sienna ignored him.

"It is because he lacks sexual experience and is unfamiliar with how to process these conversations."

Jasper died.

Serena screamed.

"OH. MY. GOD. SIENNA—"

Jasper held out his hands like he was about to pray. "Please stop. I beg you."

Sienna, completely serious, continued, "You also show signs of emotional suppression, which indicates a possible psychological barrier against intimacy."

Jasper let out a strangled noise. "WHY ARE WE ANALYZING ME?!"

Serena clapped like a proud teacher. "Sienna, I think I love you."

Jasper collapsed face-first onto the ground. "I need to uninstall my life."

Sienna simply nodded. "If it makes you feel better, I lack experience as well."

Jasper rolled onto his back. "HOW IS THAT SUPPOSED TO HELP?!"

Serena was in tears.

Serena eventually calmed down, wiping away tears.

Jasper, however, looked completely dead inside.

Sienna glanced between the two, then spoke calmly. "So in summary, Serena's comments were sexual innuendos based on phallic symbolism. Jasper's reactions stem from emotional discomfort and possible repressed attraction."

Serena cackled again. "Oh, she's SO smart, Jasper. She just summarized everything."

Jasper groaned loudly. "You two are the worst people in the universe."

Sienna nodded. "That is subjective."

Serena smirked. "You love us."

Jasper rolled over. "I refuse to exist."

Serena grinned. "Best training session ever."

Jasper lay motionless on the ground, staring up at the artificial sky of the Silverstar, completely drained from existence.

Sienna had just finished analyzing his entire emotional state, reducing him to a case study like some kind of lab experiment.

Serena had spent the past ten minutes laughing herself into a coma.

And now?

Now Jasper had a chance for revenge.

But first—

Sienna wasn't finished.

She adjusted her gloves, her silver eyes calm and analytical. "I still do not fully understand human intimacy beyond its biological function. I require further data."

Jasper sat up quickly, alarmed. "No. No more data."

Sienna ignored him.

She turned her attention to Serena, tilting her head slightly.

"Serena," she said with her usual neutrality.

Serena, still giggling from earlier, wiped her eyes. "Yeah, what's up, science queen?"

Sienna's next words destroyed her entire existence.

"Are you a virgin?"

Serena's soul immediately left her body.

The Silverstar's rooftop deck fell into absolute silence.

Serena's face turned bright red, her mouth opening and closing like a malfunctioning android.

Jasper's eyes widened in pure delight.

"Oh. Oh my god."

Serena froze completely, her entire existence shattered into dust.

Sienna, still completely unaware of the nuclear bomb she just dropped, simply waited.

"I require an answer," she said patiently.

Jasper grinned slowly, realizing the golden opportunity in front of him.

This was his moment.

Serena had spent the entire morning humiliating him.

Now?

Now it was his turn.

Jasper leaned forward, his smirk stretching. "Oh, Sienna… you're gonna love this."

Serena snapped her head toward him, eyes wide with panic. "JASPER. DON'T YOU DARE."

Jasper grinned wider.

"Oh no, Serena. This is science. We need data."

Jasper turned to Sienna, clearing his throat dramatically.

"Serena," he said, barely holding back laughter, "is very much not a virgin."

Serena slapped her hands over her face. "I HATE YOU."

Jasper kept going.

"In fact," he continued, "after her first time, she did not shut up about it."

Sienna nodded, processing the information. "I see. How many sexual encounters has she had?"

Serena screamed into her hands. "STOP TALKING."

Jasper pretended to think. "Hmmm… Well, considering how she bragged about it every other day, I'd say multiple times."

Sienna nodded again. "With the same partner?"

Jasper grinned. "Oh, yeah. Blaze."

Serena wanted to die.

Jasper leaned forward, enjoying every second of Serena's suffering.

"You know, Sienna, she used to describe everything."

Serena shot up. "JASPER, I WILL KILL YOU."

Jasper ignored her.

He counted on his fingers. "She told us about Blaze's stamina. About how he went multiple rounds. About how he lasted forever. About how he had this insane amount of—"

"STOP TALKING." Serena tackled him, but he dodged.

Jasper grinned, running circles around her.

"And," he continued, gleefully, "she even talked about positions."

Serena was redder than her own hair.

Sienna, meanwhile, nodded thoughtfully. "Positions. You mean various sexual positions that maximize pleasure and efficiency during intercourse?"

Serena collapsed to her knees. "PLEASE. STOP."

Jasper wasn't done.

He leaned toward Sienna, whispering loudly, "She even told us Blaze's sword length."

Serena actually screamed.

"JASPER, I SWEAR I'M GOING TO—"

Jasper danced away from her, laughing. "No need to be shy now, Serena. We all know!"

Sienna watched the chaos with calm interest.

Then, after a moment, she turned to Jasper.

"Now I understand," she said.

Jasper raised an eyebrow. "Understand what?"

Sienna adjusted her gloves. "Serena's behavior is a psychological response to her previous experiences. Due to her intense physical relationship with Blaze, she developed a higher threshold for sexual discussion, making her more likely to engage in teasing and provocative speech as a coping mechanism for her past experiences."

Jasper grinned. "Oh, so you're saying she's like this because she got absolutely wrecked by Blaze?"

Serena threw a shoe at his head.

Sienna nodded. "That is a crude but accurate way to phrase it."

Serena screamed into her hands again. "I HATE YOU BOTH SO MUCH."

Jasper smirked. "Oh no, Serena. You love us."

Serena grabbed a second shoe. "JASPER, RUN."

Jasper took off, laughing.

Sienna simply watched them go, then made a note in her data pad.

Conclusion: Serena exhibits post-sexual behavioral shifts resulting in higher levels of openness toward explicit conversation. Further study required.

Serena saw her writing that down.

"OH, HELL NO—"

The living room of the Silverstar was filled with warmth and laughter, the air light and easy as Jasper, Serena, and Sienna sat around the metallic dining table, plates filled with breakfast.

Jasper leaned back in his chair, his blue eyes gleaming with amusement, a lazy smirk on his lips as he casually chewed on a piece of fruit.

Serena, across from him, was twirling a spoon between her fingers, her crimson eyes mischievous as she glanced at Sienna.

"So, Sienna," she started, her tone dripping with curiosity, "how can you openly say those kinds of things so normally? Most people would be at least a little embarrassed."

Jasper, without even looking up, cut her off instantly.

"You are literally the last person who should be asking that," he said, smirking. "I mean, wasn't it you who started throwing out all those double-meaning jokes first?"

Serena rolled her eyes. "Oh, shut up, Jasper. That's different!"

Sienna, sitting between them, remained calm, composed, sipping her tea before setting the cup down.

"I don't experience awkwardness when discussing such topics," she explained, her silver eyes steady. "It is part of my studies, and these are all biological facts. There is no reason to be embarrassed by scientific truth."

Jasper grinned. "See, Serena? She's just built different."

Serena groaned. "Yeah, yeah, whatever."

She leaned back into her chair, a playful smirk on her lips, but deep inside, beneath the surface of laughter and teasing, something else lingered.

A truth she couldn't ignore.

No matter how much she smiled, how much she played around—

Her heart knew what it truly wanted.

And what it wanted was Blaze.

Nothing else.

Not these moments of distraction.

Not these carefree jokes.

Only him.

She let out a small sigh, covering her face with her arms, pretending she was just resting—

But the real reason?

She didn't want them to see the sadness in her eyes.
