A drop of water landed on his face.
"There's water here!"
He immediately became excited.

Sensing the immense power, he kept checking around the cave. Suddenly, a distant corpse caught his attention.

Though clearly dead, the man's skin looked lifelike, showing no sign of death. His blood vessels were even visible.
"Could it be because of long-term immersion in the chakra river?"
Ye Liang reached out to touch the body. Finding no pulse, he confirmed the man's death. "Truly amazing! Even after dying so long ago, his cells remain so active."
Out of respect for the deceased, Ye Liang picked up the corpse, casually dug a small pit by the river, and placed the body inside.

Our ancestor once commanded a group to the Moon.
We experienced internal conflict. Some of our clan believed our ancestor came to Earth out of necessity. They believed we were forced by Hagoromo Otsutsuki-sama to settle on the Moon!
But that's not true!
