In the year X475, a battle emerged for the land known as Earth Realm.
Chaos erupted, following volcanoes scourging from the ground. Wiping away the beauty of a healthy world. The Giants plead for mercy as they were slain one by one, dozens, thousands, hundreds of thousands of Giants would fall that day.
This struck a War, Demi God's from Olympus, better known as Zeus, Poseidon, and Hercules. The last remaining of the Olympian God's. The attack had caused the trees and flowers to wither into the ground, as the world filled with coals and murky waters.
But within the final moments of the battle, the Gods would be transmitted back to their realm...
A barrier ignited, separating all realms from one another. Zeus screamed out in dismay; The Creator had halted the God's attempt at stealing a Realm that never belonged to them.
Four Giants survived... Atlus, The Sun God | Igoh, the Gladiator | Fiona, the triumphent | and Rapture, the consuming.
Many years later... X677
A wheel turned on a brick road, following another wheel, as well as two more. A horse carried the way, a carriage, and a man riding his way off the road. Towards a sign, far off in the distance.
Carriage man: Hey kid, stops up ahead- don't forget ya pouch n any of yer' junk.
In the back of the carriage was a boy, around the age of 16, maybe 17. He was around the height of 5'9, with greyish hair that peeled down his face. Greyish-blue eyes, a busted up jacket, and some baggy bottoms. Barefoot and around 167lbs give or take. This boys name was Desmond Kitebearer. He had been heading towards a village just north from his home. This would be the boys first time venturing inward, into the Continent of Condorla. One of the two continents of Earth Realm. Condorla lie at the top of the realm, as Shao lie at the bottom.
The boy thanked the carriage man as he stopped. A big busted up sign read out *Stream Village, home to the elves and the blacksmiths*
With that, he carried on travelling the path, surrounded by the Shaded Woods, towards Stream Village. His first destination on his travels.
Somewhere close by... The same time
Man: The blood led through the vines at the meeting point of those trees. And then stopped... But the trail didn't end there. The blood continued in the trees, that's where IT got away to. So it's going towards the Village.
Stream Village
Desmond Kitebearer: This place is beautiful, it's cozy, and smells like blueberry pie. Where are all the elves?
The village had a mind will to the far right, a clocktower in dead center. And a shopping district off to the left. In front stood a stage, made out of enchanted wood, and thorns, constructed by elven blacksmiths. Seats made out of pillow alchemy, and flags made out of boar hide. The village really was beautiful, had it been an hour where everyone was away Desmond asked himself?
That's when an elf approached; within moments, the elves had began their day. The blacksmiths, alchemists, store clerks, innkeepers, and enchanters had made their way towards the shopping district. As the bell bearer had made his way to the clocktower. And the mayor preparing lines at the stage for today's rally.
The elf who approached spoke subtly, but in a welcoming tone.
Yera; Elfborne: Welcome to our beautiful village adventurer. I apologize for the loud interruption, us elves sleep in. Our days begin around the time you humans are having supper. I am Yera, the second Elfborne of my father's tribe. We are all from the Elven Wind tribe, and in so we enchant our woods with protection barriers. You made it through though, cause you aren't a bad guy.
Desmond Kitebearer: Well Thank You, this is a beautiful Village. You wouldn't mind if I stayed the night here, I'm headed somewhere. And I really am quite tired.
Yera: Not at all, my father- the Mayor, can help you if you need anything at all. And thank you for not being a demon or a gargoyle, sometimes they slip through the cracks.
The two laughed as Yera began to escort Desmond throughout Stream Village. He had met the town blacksmith, Xioh, as well as the scouts, the protectors of said village. And the scout leader, Caitlyn Sheerfire. The only human within the village, raised by the elves since before she could remember. No recollection of her parents, for what she knew, she was a warrior that protected the Village from threats. And a swordsman in her own nature. She stood at 5'7, around 132lbs, she had long yellow hair and green eyes. Her attire was that of a knight. Without the helmet and a necklace with the letter M around her neck. She introduced herself within the moment, this was her first time meeting another human.
Caitlyn: Welcome to our Village, thank you for not being an intruder or beast. I welcome you to stay as long as you please- if you break the rules and hurt anyone though. I will slay you.
Desmond had chills and immediately filled in a slight panic.
Desmond: Yes ma'am, absolutely understandable ma'am. So sorry if I overstepped ma'am.
Yera: Oh it's okay, Caitlyn is always like this. She's overprotective of her people. Once you get to know her, she's a huge teddy bear.
Caitlyn: Yera, we will talk about this later.
Caitlyn took her leave after that, heading towards her outpost, where she would secure the far entrance from invasion.
Desmond: Honestly, I get it. I'm the same about my home, Wyvern Island. And i'd be pissed if anyone tried anything down there. So I totally get her overprotective nature. Also, thanks for showing me around Yera. I gotta hit the hay though so I'll see you in the morning.
Yera: Have a good night Desmond, if you need anything feel free to ask. The Inn will be at the front of the shopping district, and there's maps everywhere if you get lost.
A few miles out from Stream Village
Mysterious figure (Luring over the Village from a mountain top): I can smell it Skin, I can smell our feast. Lady Melania, I can smell our feast. Please, please can we eat now?
A tall lady entered the fray, around 7'0- dressed in white. And the face of Medusa herself, without the snakes. She was known as Melania; the Demon in White. Leader of The Scorched.
Narrator Interruption: You may be asking yourself- "What are Demons doing in Earth Realm". To that, we have quite a bit to talk about. So...let's get started-
You remember how the barrier happened, and that War. Well, turns out- the events of that War didn't entirely secure the Realms from reaching one another. The last Realm had produced Demon Spheres- Portals that could shift you anymore, well almost anywhere. They moved through Purgatory, and with precise movement hit their destination. Within the past few years, the demons began to leak into Earth Realm. With that, a battle that would continue for years had made its way to Condorla. The battle had been ongoing and led to the current age. This Era was known as The Demon Era, Earth Realm had began to experience Demons leaking in like bugs. Now, why does all that matter?
BECAUSE- Hades, the leader of The Underworld. Wants to take control of Earth Realm. To prove to his brothers he deserves a spot back on Olympus.
Phew, now that that's done, let's get back to the story...

Desmond had reached the inn. Lying in bed he wrote a bit, and read an old book, the title of the book was 'Psycho Prefix'. This had been the bases of every fighter of farmer, innkeeper, etc. in Earth Realm. The world was blessed with magic and incantations far being the understanding of the other Realms. The richness of the Realm brought to a new Power. This power was known as 'PSYCHO' or for most Psycho Abilities. Not all had attained these abilities, but they were helpful in day to day life. As well as the best method for dealing with the Demon onslaught. Some were more gifted than others. Achieving awakenings and newer forms. Each ability was original to the human or elve or animal, to the being that inherited the ability.
Desmond: So, if I practice with my Ice. Maybe someday I can enter the Tournament. I gotta give it my all though; I gotta... Dammit, I can't be thinking that way right now. Old man Soos would bust me up if he heard me talking like this. Forget it...
Desmond threw the book, and with that he went to bed. Thoughts had been his enemy that night, and the thought of home had almost brought him to tears.
Just outside of Stream Village
Man: I figured, that thing wants to attack at night. I guess I better stop it first then.
The man walked towards the Village, a medallion falling out of his side, engraved with the words, 'Hunters Guild's. This would be the beginning of everything, not only for this man, or for the demons, but for Desmond Kitebearer. A boy who wanted to protect, and fight for what he loved. Would soon experience hell, in the most tragic and bizarre ways possible.
