The next day after the incident, when the emergency body went inside, the only thing they could see was dust. The silhouettes of people are in the ground, but the bodies are still surrounded by flames.
When they tried to take out the bodies the flames blocked the way, so the emergency body took all the corpses and buried them into the graveyard clan.
After doing that they started to seek for hints or whatever to find out the reason why the flames won't stop even if the night has passed. Unable to find anything, they go to the patriarch house.
They noticed that the longer they stayed the cold the place felt, and these flames were trying to consume them; seeing that, the body could only get out of the place.
The major authorities in all clans know that a group of Uchiha are still alive but they haven't returned to the village.
They knew the reason, but no one could say anything about it.
The Hokage didn't give any public address, and the other clans just remained in silence.
On the night the incident occurred Naruto woke up in the middle of night only to see the flames, he feels like someone is watching him, but he doesn't know where.
He stayed all night watching the spectacle, he knew the place where it was, but why were those flames able to devour that place?
Using the transformation Jutsu he went to the streets and heard what people say, but no one knew what happened. No one wants to approach that place, maybe the flames would consume them if they got too close.
After hearing nothing useful Naruto went to the school, his classmates are also talking about that but no one knows what happened; not even Iruka-sensei, he said that he's confused as they are.
They remember that Sasuke is a Uchiha and they only hope that he is still alive.

Almost 3 years have passed since the Uchiha incident, but in bars and food stalls people continue to talk about it. At this point the kids know that the Uchiha clan disappeared in one night.
Even now that turquoise flames appear in the night, forming shadows and people's silhouettes in the houses.
There's so many hypotheses about it: these are the spirits of them who can't rest in peace, the place is now haunted, it's a divine intervention to punish that sinner clan and others, but without anyone to clear the things these rumors are still heard everywhere.
Naruto is now in his fourth year at school, in a few months will be his birthday and weeks after that the scholar year ends.
The thing with his classmates didn't goes well, now there's a bunch of kids who're against him because he didn't let them say whatever they want.
Sakura, Ino and other girls antagonic him since he was the last person who talked to Sasuke.
Kiba and other kids are against him because Naruto always hits them during Taijutsu lessons.
They said it was his fault and he was very upset about that, so he went to Iruka and asked him if he could miss the lessons and came to school only for the exams.
At first Iruka rejects that without any doubt, but after seeing the things goes worse he says that he only could accept it if Naruto proves that he didn't need to study with them.
Naruto didn't take long to do it, he's the first in every subject and in the Taijutsu lesson no one can go against him.
When Iruka realized that, he go to talk with the Hokage and telling him the problem but the old man didn't do thing and just send him back saying "Don't worry about him, if he wants to train out of the school let him do it"
So, Iruka could only accept his request and let Naruto do whatever he wanted.
His only comfort is seeing Naruto at the library on some days.
Without needing to go to school, Naruto spent his day in the outskirts of the village.
The road to the Uchiha territory was the shortest to go to the outskirts.
He still remembers his classmate and some days he thinks about the note he gave to him, even after these three years he doesn't know what does that means but he's sure about one thing: he's still alive.
The first days Naruto avoided going by that place but after noticing that the flames won't attack him, he recovers his routine and goes to the outside forest.
The book didn't give any other advice about that and just gave him other methods to training. During this time Guy-sensei became his master.
He's been training with him since then, and Guy-sensei taught him how to fortify his body with chakra, saying that this is a method to make his body stronger and recover faster but the amount of food to do that is crazy, so, Naruto started to hunt in the outskirts, no matter how much he hunts, after some days the place was taken for another animal.
Might Guy at first didn't know what a monster he created until Naruto gave him an invitation to eat. He saw Naruto devour ¼ of a small wild boar in minutes and he realized why Naruto's progression was so fast.
"Naruto! Since the first time I saw you I always knew that your youth was the most ardent of all!" tears flowing on Might Guy's eyes saying this, seeing his apprentice's growth in such a short time made him take out the gift he wanted to give to Naruto on his birthday.
"Hehe, Guy-sensei you know that i was training more than anyone!" Naruto replies with a glad smile on his face, he's also happy to get a compliment from his master.
"Naruto! This is my gift to you, a matching uniform! I'll help you cut your hair!" taking scissors from his bag, Might Guy rapidly approaches Naruto.
Naruto didn't care much but then he remembered the book.

The smile he had on his face froze when he realized, trying to get away from his master, Naruto quickly thought how to reject him.
"Gu-Guy-sensei you didn't need to bother with that; this is so precious that you should take it back!"

Naruto is still trying to connect his neurons to get another excuse to reject his master until two of them manage to do it.
"Guy-sensei, I can't receive it! You know that I'm an orphan and these clothes were the last ones I got from my parents!"
"But Naruto, I think you bought these pairs a few weeks ago?" Might Guy looked confused. He remembered that Naruto had asked him where he could buy clothes.
"That doesn't matter! It's like they bought it for me!"
"And what about your hair?"
"I think this is my father's hairstyle, so I can't change it!"Naruto replied with a determined expression.
"I appreciate your gift, Guy-sensei but you already gave me enough" These words came from Naruto's heart.
Changing his dejected posture and with tears in his eyes, Might Guy hugged Naruto tightly. "Naruto! You're really a strong boy!"
Unable to give his uniform and cut his hair, Might Guy gave some weight to enhance his training. And the last thing he taught him before leaving was to enforce and concentrate chakra in arms and legs to hit harder.
"Add this to your training, soon I will go on a mission for a long time" After petting Naruto's head, Might Guy says goodbye and leaves the forest.
Naruto uses it since then, the only moment he takes the weights off is when he's going to sleep.

Thinking about his master, Naruto remembers the things the book gave him on his second year of school and the things he had to do to made it.
That year when his birthday was near, he finally extracted his chakra out of his body. He spent a lot of time in the library reading many books.
That's the only thing he could do at that moment, Guy-sensei didn't know how to help him.
His first idea was right, he can use a sharp stick to do it but when he tried to use both energies at the same time the M-chakra dispersed the other and when this happened the sharp tip had no support. So he began a train to be able to do two things at the same time. It was hard, it took him months until he could only do it because the energies were inside of his body.
Now the tip had a support but that wasn't enough, when he stabbed the tip got stuck. A new problem appeared.
But seeing the carpenters of the village he got an idea to do it, if i add rotation? It worked for a moment but in the end it didn't work.
What if I add edges so that it cuts when it's turning? This time worked.
Before he could celebrate, a sudden pain ran through his body, he feel that something entered his body from the outside.
He couldn't do anything to manage the situation and when he's in panic, the M-Chakra finally moves itself and starts to eject the thing from his body.
The pain he felt that day still scared him. But when he tried to do it again that mystery energy didn't appear. So, he began the training to create the layer.
His birthday arrived and the book opened again.
"Happy birthday, Naruto. As a gift I let you ask me one thing, and I tell you to continue your train.

Motivated by the things the book told him; Naruto began the new training program.

The village's small river was still able to help him, but after he learned this year's method it was useless. He needs to meditate and use it to increase the amount he can move at the same time.
The first 5 months the river can help a little, but after that, no matter how much he's in the river, it's always the same.
Now he's going to a bigger river in the forest and using it to meditate on a deeper state, to be able to mix a bigger amount of energies.
It was hard because the turbulence of the river always perturbed his focus and need to do it from the beginning. He also didn't neglect the training of his body, since Guy-sensei went to a mission, Naruto spent almost the whole day in the forest, he only came back to his home when it's late.
A few times he stays to sleep in the forest but after he does that for more than 3 days something awakens him and doesn't let him sleep. At first, he thought it was some animal or bugs, so he made a small sleeping spot high up in a tree but it wasn't, even with that something always managed to wake him.
"AHHHH damn it! Fine, I'll go to the village, fucking idiot" Annoyed, he muttered as he grabbed his blanket and ran to the village.
After that, he learned the lesson and only stayed in the forest for three days, went to the village one day and returned the next day.
The days he stayed in the village he went to the library and if it was necessary he made the tests of the month.
The things he's learning now is how to survive in the forest and looked for a technique to stay in the water for longer.
But he didn't find one so he could only continue with the stupid method: learn from trial and error.
It works but it's so slow.
After the school ended he stopped going to the library and stayed at home meditating.
Vacations passed quickly while he continued with his training.
The third year began but nothing changed, the school continued to teach the kids how to train their body and Taijutu Katas.
On this year's birthday the book stood quiet, there were no questions.
Now he can extract almost 60% of both energies but lately he feels that it gets harder, there's a giant wall inside that doesn't allow him to control it.
Isn't the first time he felt that, that time when he trained his M-Chakra he felt it. Not knowing what it is, he continued with his training but when the year ended the amount only increased to 65%.
The last day of the year was hot so this time Naruto is training without his shirt.
Even though the amount increased a bit, he stayed calm, as he'd already resigned to it and gotten used to it.

The fourth year at School began and this time he promised to Iruka-sensei that he would come one day a week to the lessons. This year they will learn more about the Hand Seals and he also needs to learn that.
A few weeks passed and today Iruka will guide them to use the Hand Seals, so he took the group to the gym and told them to practice the rest of the lesson.
Naruto sat at Iruka side to practice.
The first steps were easy: he only needed to feel his "chakra" and guide a small amount into his hand. This is supposed to connect the seals they made and use it as a guide.
Knowing that, he started his practice.
Seconds later his eyebrows furrowed and he stopped.
He notices that when Iruka-sensei do a Hand Seal chakra follow a special path through his body, but when he tries to do the same he feels something inside his body that disturbs his control.
Confused, he asked Iruka "Iruka-sensei, why when I tried to do the Hand Seal I feel something inside me? It's not the first time I feel that, but this time it's different, that thing disturb my control"
"..." Iruka didn't know how to respond to the kid, say to him that he has a monster inside and that's the thing he feels?
"...Don't worry about that, Naruto, it's normal. Just practice at home and you'll get it soon"
"... Fine. Thanks, I guess" It's obvious Iruka is hiding something. Naruto feel complicated, but he didn't ask again. Knowing that Iruka won't tell him what happens, Naruto goes to his home; Iruka didn't even try to stop the kid.
After all those years, the hate that Iruka felt towards Naruto is gone. He knows how much effort this kid made.
"I need to ask the Hokage"
At the Hokage office Iruka took a deep breath and knocked on the door.
"Come in" an old voice sounds from the inside.
"Something happened to Naruto?" Hiruzen didn't wait for Iruka to say anything.
"Yes, Hokage-sama. Naruto… today in the lesson he told me that he feel a "thing" inside… Should we tell him the truth?"
"No, he's not ready. If that's all, you should go back to the school"
"...Understood. If you'll excuse me."
When the door was closed, Hiruzen was the only one in the office.
"Don't blame me, Naruto. It's for your own good"

Naruto continued his training a whole year at home; he didn't return to school.
No one asked for him, so after some weeks he goes to the forest and stayed the whole week in it. He only returns to his home in the village to take a shower or rest a day.
The months passed and at the end of the year Naruto wants to stay at home.
Tonight, after the dinner he trained a bit the control of his M-Chakra, now he's trying to make the drill bigger.
It's exhausting but he likes the feel.
Usually, he waits before going to the shower.
But this time, he went straight to the bathroom, the stifling heat feels unbearable.
When he takes out his shirt, he sees himself in the mirror, but something isn't right. There's a pattern visible on his abdomen.

"What the hell is wrong with my body?"
Two months later Naruto began his 5th year at school.

If I'm not wrong, I think that in Shupiden there is a filler ch where they show us Naruto with the Bow-Cut and the same green uniform that Rock Lee uses.

I think if Might Guy had a better technique he would be even stronger, his body couldn't stop him here but the world did.
Hiruzen being a jerk? It's difficult to give him a better development but I'll try!
Iruka was the moral support to Naruto in the cannon but his few displays of affection distorted Naruto, that and that shit called "Asura chakra". So, what do you think about Might Guy being his master and his moral compass?
Kids being shit? sure, it's always like that but this time Naruto will not allow that.
in the last chapters you can see that his "jiji" has been disappearing but Naruto seems fine, that's Might Guy's merit!
Ah yes, the last sentence "What the hell is wrong with my body?" He knows that he isn't normal so he didn't react much to that, he's just confused.
Even if he saw the seal that doesn't matter, in the canon if no one told Naruto that he was the "demon" probably that old bastard would continue to hide it until his death. So Naruto won't find anything about that thing.
Why a drill? I'm a Gurren Lagan fan.
When the Uchiha incident occurred was on middle of May, Naruto has 7yo and it was on his second year at school. Three years later he's 10yo and when the ch ended he's already 11yo.
Next ch Naruto will learn the other two basic Jutsus.
