With a lost gaze Naruto keeps his eyes in the book, reading it multiple times but no wonder how, he can't understand why this happens.
Without waiting for the kid to regain his senses, the book started writing again.

As the words appear on the page, Naruto seems concerned, he doesn't understand the first sentence but the second one a little bit. Last time he told Jiji about the book he took it away and didn't mention it the other day.

rubbing his forehead Naruto though fiercely, nothing of this makes sense and if it were true what the Ego said, he could only count on himself.

Things you need to learn to live in Konoha and the Academy
-Be careful with your words, people like to distort things, especially if they hate you.
-Don't count on Jiji for everything, learn how to be independent even if it is hard.
-Take care of yourself, at least for you, don't run all the way being poor looking.
-Treat others as they treat you, no matter if it's a cute girl or something like that, they don't have the right. For those people you don't need to be kind, punch them or at least back his words to him. Don't worry if his parents said something, remember that behind you is the Hokage.
-Don't skip the classes, I know that sometimes it's boring but that can help you, and if you're the last of the class nobody wants to be your friend.

With all the things said, the book stopped and fell silent. Now Naruto is even more confused than the beginning, the advice doesn't seem to be malicious at least. Try to maintain these sensations, focusing on each one individually for at least five minutes. Once you can do this, mix them, and that's it – you've got chakra!

Reading the instructions, Naruto didn't want to wait to try it, but he knew that the book told that other people can't find out what he's doing. Knowing this, he realized he could only wait until the next morning to go.
Naruto spent the rest of the day reading the advice and the chakra introduction, anything in order to achieve it soon. His enthusiasm comes from the fact that the last time he'd asked Jiji to learn chakra, Jiji told him he wasn't ready for it. But now, he could learn it, and though he'd be alone, that didn't matter.
At the end of the day Naruto can't remember all the advice but the chakra introduction must be in his mind for the rest of the time, so the other thing doesn't matter. Glad for his progress Naruto rewarded himself with a snack after dinner.
The day is over and it's time to rest, tomorrow will be a busy day.
Ready to go to sleep, Naruto sets his alarm clock to wake him when the sun rises(5 AM).
Early the next day, Naruto was already in the river trying to figure out how to follow the instructions but he didn't know how to start so instead of continuing to think with his small brain, he took action.
Submerging his feet in the river felt much colder than other days. The night breeze was gone when he usually came, but not now
"Ughh why do i torture myself this way?!" Naruto can't accept that he would had to do this for the next few years.
"Fine, let's do this! I'll solve it quickly" taking heart, he began to follow the steps.
Trying to relax his body, he closed his eyes and submerged his legs into the water. The first sensation he felt was cold, so cold that his body felt numb; when he felt that, he immediately got out of the river and covered his body with a towel.
"Hisss! How am I supposed to stay calm when it feels so cold?! This doesn't make sense!" exhaling a cold breath Naruto keeps shaking from the sensation, even if he is covered the cold won't leave his body.
"Maybe if I run for a while it could help" with a cold and trembling body Naruto put on his clothes and starts running by the shore.
With his poor physical condition he only needs a few minutes to fall exhausted, then he proceeded to try it again. He keeps doing it for 3 hours until he sees people in the surroundings, then stops and goes home to take a shower and read the introduction once again.
Naruto didn't make much progress but at least now he can stay in the water a few minutes until he can't withstand the cold.
But he learned an important thing: his body really sucks, he realized that maybe he needs to eat more and other things than just ramen. That made him take training more seriously.
Knowing that, he spent the next few days doing the same thing until school began. Training is important, but meeting the other kids is something that he really wanted to do.
—-Four days passed quickly—-
On this day Naruto can't make his training routine as always, the school opens at 8 A.M so from now he can only train for 2 hours and hurry to arrive on time.
He didn't know what to bring to school so the only thing was the book and a pencil he bought secretly.
It doesn't take long to find the path to the school, which Jiji said is the largest building next to the Hokage building.
With five minutes to 8 A.M Naruto's already in the campus, there's other kids but no one keeps near him, most of them are with his friends and the others with his parents. No child is seen alone.
Taking one of the sides, Naruto waits for the announcement, in the center there's a podium where someone gives a speech, he supposed.
20 minutes passed but no one approached the center, kids kept coming and when the last one entered the gate there was silence but this didn't last long until the Hokage appeared without anyone noticing. Soft whispers sound along the campus, no one expects to see the Hokage on their first day.
Naruto remembered that time ago, Jiji told that he's gonna see him when he entered the school, but he thought that Jiji would accompany him.
"I'm glad that a new generation of ninja will grow during my mandate" with these words Hiruzen welcomed the kids.
Most of them seem happy to see the Hokage, for a majority he's a hero and someone who deserves their respect, for a few ones is his life's goal.
After that, the old man gave a long speech that lasted long enough to send most of the kids on the campus. Seeing this, he ended the speech saying.
"Keep the will of fire in your hearts and all of you will be a great ninja" leaving the podium and disappearing behind the walls, kids burst into cheers.
The teachers have a problem leading the kids to their classrooms, they wait until they vent their enthusiasm. Every group teacher takes the kids in his group to the classroom.
Following the man who has a scar through his nose Naruto kept a smile on his face, finally he can become a ninja and use the thing the book teached him.
"I wonder if the things they teach us in the academy will be the same as the book teaches me? Does that mean I'm better?" thinking happily and without holding back the smile, the group arrives at the classroom.
When everyone takes a seat, the teacher knocks the table to pay attention to him.
"Welcome kids, for the next 6 years all of you will be the focus of my care. My name is Iruka Umino and I will be your teacher. If someone has a question, ask me and I will help as I can. Now, does anyone want to introduce yourself? No need to say your dreams, those will come later. No one will leave the classroom without doing it" without losing a second; Iruka said the important things and then sat at the table to let them talk.
Silence fell in the classroom for a second, it was clear that no one wanted to go first but when nobody paid attention, a pink-haired girl stood up and started to speak.
"Hello, my name is Sakura Haruno" The girl seemed a bit shy but had no problems. After that,every child introduced themselves until one of them caught Naruto's attention.
"I'm Sasuke Uchiha" hearing that Naruto took his book and read the advice.
Be a friend to the Uchiha guy. This is important, both of you are more similar than you think.
"What does that mean? Do I need to befriend this guy?" Naruto is still confused but he had one thing clear "when i learn chakra i beat him and then we be friends"
With this new goal, Naruto overflowed with enthusiasm for training, eager to achieve two goals at the same time.
"That's all for today, tomorrow we will begin with the history of our village, take notes because I will do a test every 2 weeks" Saying that, Iruka takes his book and gets out of the classroom.
When everyone is sure that the teacher is gone, they start to talk to each other. Naruto tried to talk with some kids, but they ignore him or they tell him that their parents won't allow them to talk with him.
He was upset about it, but he can't tell them not to listen to their parents, so he went back home and continued trying to meditate to learn chakra faster than the other kids.
Nothing important happens in the next few days, the training won't stop and he keeps going to the classes even if it is boring. The thing that he noticed was the fact that Iruka seems slightly angry when he sees him, so he won't go to him to ask even if he can't understand how to do the meditation thing.
Jiji came to visit and Naruto asked him what happened with the book, just to know if Jiji can notice something or if it is true that only him can read it. He told him one more time to stop thinking about that book and focus on school, if Naruto did great work he will be rewarded. He wasn't interested in that but the fact that JIji doesn't know about the book amazed him.
With that in mind Naruto starts to study harder but he won't be neglected with chakra refinement, he really wants to learn that jutsu to search for his master.
"I'll do it, then no one can despise me" with a firm gaze, Naruto said this in the mirror.
With that in mind he went to sleep.

The chakra progression will be a bit different since Naruto is preparing for something that common chakra won't help him.
It seems similar to the meditation in mages novels; this will be explained inside.
I think the reason Naruto seems to be so stupid it's because no one taught him until he meets Jiraiya, and he lost so many years to suffer from malnutrition.
