Chapter 1 - 1. The white table

CTS TIME: RE250.08.19 — Time: Unknown

Location: Redacted – Classified under Omega Null Protocol

Subject: A-Rank Pro Hero Seinna Frostveil, ISA-HD Operative

Mission: Deep Surveillance — Shinobi Verse (Universe 15A)

The room was devoid of light.

A single source pulsed above the center of a round, obsidian table — a dull-blue, flickering hologram of ISA-HD A-Rank Hero Seinna Frostveil, rotating slowly in midair. Her expression frozen, her eyes closed, as if in stasis.

Around her sat ten figures, motionless, faceless. Each wore the white ghost mask — pure, blank, and featureless. No markings. No mouth holes. Not even eye lenses.

Just white. Just nothing.

Above and around the hologram, multiversally-encrypted data shimmered and flickered — mission logs, environmental scans, deep trauma analytics, and chakra-resonance charts. The images phased in and out like heartbeat pulses, in silence. Only the low hum of forbidden technology stirred the air.

One voice broke the stillness. Gender indiscernible. Tone devoid of emotion.

"Agent Frostveil has been operational in Shinobi Verse for 1 month, 5 days, and 3 hours. Psychological profile remains unstable, but functionally efficient."

Another voice. Hollow. Processed.

"She is compromised. Two months prior, on the planet Hibashiren — eastern sector of Land of Blaze — a recorded trauma event labeled as 'multi-hostile sexual aggression' was filed."

No response for 2.1 seconds.

Then:

"The report was classified as falsified by internal ISA-Justice Review."

"Objection," another operative stated, flatly. "Report was real. Victimization was self-induced. Trauma inflicted during self-initiated ritual violation in a restricted zone of Hibashiren's dense forest canopy. Intent: Obsessive reinforcement of identity dissonance centered around subject: Jasper Tyros."

Another mask turned slightly. Not toward anyone — just into the air, processing.

"Frostveil constructed the report with assistance from her field team: Blade, Lance, Scarlett. Data trails indicate forged biometrics, manipulated witness statements, and neural tissue modification."

"High Command and ISA Central Command accepted the report at Face-Truth Protocol Level 2. Meaning… irreversible clearance."

No sighs. No reactions.

"Reason for falsification: She believes Jasper Tyros destroyed her identity. Objective psychological breakdown suggests she attempted to reclaim autonomy through self-inflicted trauma, reframed as victimization, weaponized through bureaucratic manipulation."

"Conclusion?"

"She remains valuable. Loyal. Controllable. Trauma-enforced obedience. Recommend continued observation. Termination: Denied."

The hologram of Seinna shifted — now showing her current status. A wooden house, rural style, overlayed with scans and warmth maps. Four life signatures.

"Subject currently embedded in Hikarashi Prime, capital of Land of Blaze. Residence shared with targets: Jasper Tyros, Serena Blackspire, and an elderly civilian identified as Aiko's Grandmother."

"Current psychological state: fragmented. Trauma is internalized. Sexual relations with Tyros: none, but emotional convergence occurring. Subject believes Tyros may use her again. Data suggests Tyros has exhibited stable behavioral reforms.

"Situation: Stabilizing. Frostveil remains productive. Gathering intelligence on the Chūnin Selection Exams — Phase One: Psychological Screening."

Another voice spoke, slightly deeper, still monotone:

"You suggest she is an asset, not a threat."

"She is a tool. And tools obey."

Silence again. One operative tapped the edge of the table. Not audible, but a signal to the Oblivion Core AI. New data streams opened. Genin profiles. Battle simulations. Mental resonance charts from the test mist.

"Final conclusion from Agent Frostveil's report."

The voice broke the static quiet. Low. Unemotional.

"Status of the Shinobi Verse after 250 years of post-Reconstruction Era?"

No one spoke. The holographic projection rotated slowly. Charts scrolled beside it — ancient symbols overlaid with tactical diagrams, chakra resonance maps, and real-time energy signatures.

"Conclusion in one word," said another operative, voice metallic and processed:

"Destructive."

The silence that followed was longer than the last. Precisely 6.4 seconds. Measured. Weighted. Not awkward — calculated.

Then came the next statement, flat and final.

"Their destruction capacity exceeds average ISA S-Rank projections by 380%, and surpasses Ghost Division SS-Rank field specs in localized warfare. Not due to technology... but due to chakra-based biological warfare and ancient technique inheritance."

"Without machinery. Without cosmic tech. Without fusion reactors."

"...That is a problem."

"Correction," came another voice, colder still. "That is a threat."

Digital maps expanded above the table — the Shinobi Verse's star cluster glowing in infrared. A deep red nebula spread across thousands of star systems, orbiting five dominant gravity wells.

Then one operative leaned forward slightly.

"If ISA is to maintain supremacy across the multiversal sectors, Shinobi Verse cannot remain independent. Their traditions breed resistance. Their heritage arms rebellion. Their clans... are time bombs."

With a gesture, the operative initiated a full tactical presentation. Data walls unfolded, wrapping around the room. Red-ringed nodes marked planetary capitals, high-level chakra density points, known Divine Bloodline carriers, and areas of unresolved conflict.

Shinobi Heritage: An Operational Risk Assessment

"The Shinobi Verse spans over 10,000 habitable planets, interconnected by leyline corridors — spiritual tunnels left behind by pre-cosmic entities. Technology is present, but chakra remains supreme. Even now, chakra inheritance supersedes all artificial augmentations."

The Great Nations:

1. Land of Blaze — Fire Nation

Capital: Hikarashi Village

Leader: Kaen Kasai, the Homurakage ("Flame Shadow")

Dominant Bloodline: Kasai Clan, users of the Akarugan — the "Flameborn Eye."

Note: Techniques enable soul-combustion, nerve death, and living fire constructs.

Threat Level: S+ | Asset Potential: Low | Infiltration Risk: High

2. Land of Storm — Lightning Nation

Capital: Ikazuchi Village

Leader: Zaroku Arashi, the Raikage ("Lightning Shadow")

Doctrines: Reject all visual bloodlines. Believe power must come from raw training.

Note: Known for extreme-speed taijutsu, shock-compression techniques, and anti-chakra tactics.

Threat Level: A+ | Asset Potential: Moderate | Hostile to ISA presence.

3. Land of Mist — Water Nation

Capital: Narakiri Village

Status: Leaderless; governed by warring clan councils.

Legacy: Once ruled by the Kurogami Clan and their Yamigan (Eye of Darkness).

Note: Yamigan users could steal memories, shatter illusions, and curse bloodlines.

Threat Level: B but volatile | Legacy Bloodlines may resurface.

4. Land of Glade — Earth Nation

Capital: Chikayose Village

Leader: Rengai Iwato, Tsuchikage ("Earth Shadow")

Note: Specializes in seismic control, spiritual fortification, and chakra harmonics.

Diplomatic — but dangerously neutral.

Threat Level: B | Potential Negotiation Target.

5. Land of Tempest — Wind Nation

Capital: Kazegake Village

Leader: Raiko Sora, Kazekage ("Wind Shadow")

Note: Nomadic, hard to track. Masters of guerrilla warfare, chakra cloaking, and dust-edge slicing.

Threat Level: A | High Resistance Probability.

6. Land of Iron Fangs — Samurai Nation

Capital: Tetsujin Fortress

Leader: Ryozoku Nagata, the Taishogun

Note: Neutral. Follows code of honor, but houses anti-shinobi assassination units.

Elite order of blade-wielders with chi fusion tech.

Threat Level: A | Infiltration Potential: Low | Intel Access: Minimal.

The Divine Visual Clans — Dormant, But Not Dead

"Once, the Shinobi Verse was shaped by two god-tier entities: Zephyron and Elysian. They are gone — but they left behind clans with eye-based divine weaponry. Their powers could rewrite fate, silence time, or ignite the soul."

1. Tenbatsu Clan — Blood Judgment Eye (Shiketsugan)

Status: Extinct. Only one rumored survivor, hidden in dimension-shifted vaults.

Power: Reality deletion, fate inversion, end-of-cycle prophecy.

Risk Level: Omega-Class.

2. Kasai Clan — Flameborn Eye (Akarugan)

Status: Active in Land of Blaze.

Abilities: Soul-burns, heat-flesh manipulation, blood-incineration.

Power Comparison: Equal to ISA's Red Eclipse Generator.

3. Kurogami Clan — Eye of Darkness (Yamigan)

Status: Destroyed, but forbidden scrolls and survivors exist in criminal rings.

Abilities: Genjutsu beyond detection, death-puppeteering, and memory collapse.

Risk: High black-market weaponization probability.

Rikudō Shinobi – The Legendary Sages (Class: Cosmic-Level Shinobi)

"These beings are myths... but myths in the Shinobi Verse become warheads."

Shirogane — Stoic, emotionless. Summons Frozen Wolf of Cosmos.

Gessho — Comedic, erratic. Wields a Golden Trickster Toad that bends probability.

Rengoku — Pure destruction. Phoenix Tiger summoner. Hates all gods.

Ayame — Angelic but lethal. Controls the Celestial Seraph Dragon. Known for emotional control, aesthetic dominance, and unpredictability.

Final Note:

The projector dimmed. One of the white masks leaned in.

"Shinobi Verse is not to be underestimated."

"They have no central governing body… but they have the power to collapse the multiverse again."

"ISA must not allow a second Divine Eye Awakening."

"If it comes down to it…"

"We strike first."
