Chapter 1 - Chapter 1

Deckchairs on a bed in a bedroom were a boy named Alexander Decimus, and he was about 15 years old, he was a good-looking boy, with white/Caucasian skin, his hair was a black raven, cut short, and a little disheveled, and his eyes were a light blue. He had a classic routine for a boy his age: getting up, going to school and going out with friends. It was the summer holidays, so he could relax, his father who was away for work, so he had the house all to himself. Without anyone to disturb him, he went down to the living room and sat down on the couch and took the TV remote control and, going to Netflix to figure out what to watch to kill time, found his favorite animated film as a child, the Ben 10 cartoon. Driven by nostalgia, he decided to start with episode 1. Suddenly, a bright purple portal opened under his feet. "What the hell??!!" He screamed, trying to assert the sofa. But it was in vain because it was sucked into the purple portal and lost consciousness. As he began to wake up, he heard a group of voices. "Will you be fine?? They asked for two simultaneous voices, both of whom were concerned girls. "It will be fine , Jen, Gwen answered the voice of an old man. "Where does it come from? Jen asked. "He's waking up, maybe he can tell us," said the old man. When his vision finally returned to normal, he was welcomed at the sight of three people. An old man with a red Hawaiian shirt and white pants, and two 10-year-old girls, a 10-year-old girl, her hair was red/orange and her eyes were green, wearing a blue T-shirt with dark blue sleeves, with a cat logo on her chest and white pants, and finally the other 10-year-old girl with long brown hair and green eyes, wore a white T-shirt with a single black vertical stripe in the middle of her chest and a green skirt with socks white. Recognizing who they were: the old man was Max Tennyson, the girl with red/orange hair was Gwen Tennyson, and finally the other girl should be the Ben Tennyson of this universe even though she was a girl. At that point, he had to hold back so as not to startle, to surprise, so as not to look like a fool. "Are you okay, boy? Max asked. Alex shook his head to wake up from his astonishment. "Yes, I'm fine," he said, getting up. Looking around, he saw that he was in Max's Rust Bucket. "Where am I? He asked confusedly. "You're in our grandfather's Rust Bucket," Gwen replies. Then he folds his arms. What were you doing in a place like this?" He asked confusedly. "I don't remember how I got there." I answer, rubbing my head At that point he had to hold back so as not to startle with surprise so as not to look like a fool. "Are you okay, boy? Max asked. I answer, rubbing my head and feeling a slight pain, probably due to a blow to the head for landing. "Do you have anyone to turn to?" asked Max. Ready to answer by widening around me and seeing my reflection in the window, I had to hold back so as not to startle. In the reflection, I saw a 10-year-old boy. It surprised me, but I had to do everything I could to keep my cool so as not to alarm the Tennysons. "No, I don't have anybody," I say. Max rubs his chin, and asks me what my name was. My name is Alex "Alexander Decimus. "Well Alex, if you have nowhere to go, I suppose you could come with us," Max proposed with a smile. "Thank you, sir," I said, smiling back. Max laughed amusedly. "Call me Max, and these are my granddaughters Jen and Gwen," introducing me to the two girls. "At least now I won't be stuck alone with that idiot all summer," Jen said with an embarrassed smile at Gwen. So I start a little battle of words between my two cousins. Alex sat down and turned his head to look Max in the eye, and they both said the same thing." It's going to be a long. ----------------------------- A few hours later, night fell and Max camped out near the woods. Alex quickly realized that this was the night Jen would get The Omnitrix, he was sitting between the two at the picnic table when Max brought a bowl full of worms still in motion. All three had looked at the plate. "Well, I give up what's there? Jen asked." You know, in some countries they are considered a real delicacy." Max says with a smile. "And totally disgust in others." Gwen said with disgust. Alex could only agree with his two cousins. "If you don't care, I have smoked mutton tongues in my freezer," suggested Max. "Oh my God, can't we just get a hamburger or something?" He begged Jen. "Yes, Max is not usually a picky guy, but I couldn't eat him either," I said with Jen. "This summer will be an adventure for your taste buds, I'll take care of the tongue," said Max as he entered the Rust Bucket. Jen sat down next to Gwen. "I have in my backpack a packet of half-eaten chips and a chocolate bar, what about you?" He whispered. - A few rice cakes and hard candies," Gwen replied. - "Do you think we can make them last all summer?" asked Jen, leaning against the table. - Later, each of them made their own: Jen and Alex played video games together, and Gwen was at the computer. Max came out of the Rust Bucket with a bag of marshmallows.

Who wants to roast the marshmallows?" asked.

"I can take some," said Alex. "What about you

"How about if we tell scary stories?" asked Ma

"More frightening than having to spend a summer with that STRAMBILE cousin of yours," said Jen, laughing to herse

"I'd love to, Grandpa, but I'm busy doing a web search for 'extreme stupidity' remedies! Nothing yet, Jen, but let's not lose hope!" he sai

"Oh, come on, you two. Can't you be a non-spoke person?" said Ale

"Alex is right. We're all in the same boat. You can stay there and get depressed like this all summer, or you can have some fun. What do you say now?" asked Ma

"I vote for desolation," said Gwe

"I'm going for a walk. You smell it, Gwen," said Jen as she walked into the wood

"I think they're starting to appreciate each other," said Ma

"I'll follow you. I have to make sure it doesn't hurt," Alex said. It took a while, but he managed to catch up with Jen just in time to hear her complain. "Oh my God, this is going to be the worst summer ever, I could have gone to summer school." "Jen, I've been to summer school before and believe me it's better to come here." I said to get his attention. Jen gasped slightly and turned to me. "You made me have a heart attack," he said. Alex chuckled and scratched his head. "I'm sorry, Jen," I say, apologizing. I look up at the sky and I see something, I look up too and I see what looks like two shooting stars. I hear Jen say, "Wow, of the shooting stars, amazed. Then it happened: the shooting stars turned 90 degrees in mid-air and started hurtling towards us! I grabbed Jen's hand and started running, crashed a few meters away and landed with such force that we both flew. As he got back on his feet, Alex looked at the huge crater in the ground. Jen was on the ground right next to me. -Jen, you know?" Who I ask, touching it. Fortunately, Jen was able to get up. - "I'm fine." He answered. They got up and got close to creating, but Alex didn't expect there to be two spherical metal capsules. Jen crouched down to examine them better. "They look like satellites or something," Jen said. The ground gave way under them and they both fell into the crater. After regaining balance, the capsules made mechanical noises and the lids just opened. What Alex didn't expect was that there were only two capsules and there must be one. He was torn from his thoughts when you hear a question from Jen, "What do they do in space?" He asked. He smiled and reached out to the familiar black and white prototype of the Omnitrix. As in the episode, Omnitrix jumped on his wrist and hooked up, while the second capsule opened and the second watch hooked on Alex's wrist! We both took a step back, and Jen started to wax her left arm and try to take it off.
