"Hey!" Mrs. Lin shouted at the top of her lungs, "Do you want me to go with you!"
Fifth Uncle had already run far away and didn't respond to Mrs. Lin at all.
Mrs. Lin sat back on the stool, muttering to herself, "Chunya has always been kind. How could she be bullied? She went out with Niuzi, and if Chunya was bullied, how could Niuzi just stand by? No, I have to go and see!"
But once Fifth Uncle left, she was the only one left at the stall, and there was no one to watch over it, so she couldn't leave!
Thinking it over, Mrs. Lin decided to find Aunt Ge.
Aunt Ge's business was quite good today. All the dough she had prepared was made into pancakes, and now both the pancakes and dishes had sold out. She was packing up when Mrs. Lin approached her.
"Sister Ge, my Niuzi was bullied. I want to rush over there now, but there's no one to watch my stall. Can you help me out?"
"I don't know how to cook spicy noodles."
