Before going forward about It or Pennywise, I am familiar with movie version. So I am going with movie/TV show version. Where he has weaknesses like meteors fragments, which he came from.
I know he is eldritch being, but the one on earth is similar to an Avatar or weaker version.
Also, there is another Eldritch being Mind Flayer.
