Luis simply didn't have the courage. He was used to the ordinary life of a common citizen and didn't possess such a fierce temper; he just wanted to settle matters peacefully and avoid getting involved in these kinds of wealthy family disputes.
If anything, Luis was even angrier at that damned lesbian for being so self-righteous, always trying to use others as weapons. She was far more sinister than David and was more likely to disrupt his life.
"Mother, about this matter, honestly, I'm just as baffled."
Luis said in a tone mixing amusement and exasperation, "I just returned from the police station and have already signed the compensation agreement."
"The whole story is rather absurd. That kid was seeking revenge, but not targeting us. His actual enemy was someone who drives a Cayenne and lives in the second phase of the neighborhood."
"However, that idiot went to the first phase, saw our family's car, and smashed it without even knowing the license plate number."
