He looked like he was in terrible agony.
Then, the earth dome cracked and finally collapsed. It was logical enough—after all, the commoner who had created it had already passed out.
In an instant, a massive shadowy hand reached out, grabbed Hector, and pulled him out of danger.
Lying in the palm of that giant shadowy hand, he felt a wave of mana flowing into his body, slowly washing away the mana poison that clung deep within his muscles.
As time passed, Hector finally regained full consciousness. He pushed himself up, swallowed three healing capsules with a grimace, and shook off the lingering disgust.
Before long, he was back to his usual healthy state.
