Chapter 67 Writer's POV
In the banquet hall, the king's feast was underway with nobles and alpha Lunas eating, talking, and laughing. Music filled the hall.
Suddenly a swirl of dark smoke burst into the banquet hall as Lena and Aria entered dramatically. Everyone was shocked and scared, stepping back in fear. Lena, a seer with clouded eyes, spoke loudly in front of all the guests.
"We warned the king years ago. 'Don't intrude the temple.' You didn't listen. Now... evil is free."
Aria nodded beside Lena, echoing urgently. "The darkness spreads. Because of what was done."
The king frowned, his voice authoritative despite the fear in the air. "Enough. We'll deal with this."
Guests looked at each other nervously. Some whispered about omens and dangers. Lena and Aria stood firm, their warning causing a chill in the hall.
Duke Ryker watched closely, a hint of concern on his face. The king gestured for the feast to continue but the mood was broken. Music faltered and conversations stayed hushed.
Lena and Aria didn't mention Onyi. They backed away slowly after their warning, leaving the scared guests and the king to deal with the implications.
