Home....some define it as where their heart resides , a haven where hearts abide or simply where warmth engulfs one in abundance . For me , my home is simply where I lay my head each day , wondering when I'd finally be kicked out . I guess not all princesses live the fairytale life . The creaking noise of the worn door brought me out of my reverie . Who walked in is my loyal and only maid , her eyes red and glassy with unshed tears ,and chest heaving up and down in what I guess is anger "your highness the kitchen staff are too much" she vented "no matter whose orders they're acting on , you still remain the first princess ,the rations that are given to your palace is simply unfit for you my princess" when she finished , her chest was still heaving up and down and some tears escaped from her red eyes ,letting me know the conversation she had with the kitchen staff was definitely not peaceful . I sighed "Nalia , it's fine I'm sure that all these treatment is for just a matter of time , everything will be fine in due time , Emperor Father is probably not aware but he surely cares" but deep down even myself did not believe those words . "Now enough of this, help me with preparations for the new session of the academy " she mumbled a "yes my princess " and then began preparations...
We finished preparations for the academy a while ago , I go to the Academy of loxgon ,which was founded by the ancestors where every race, once manifested absorption immediately resumes. The races are divided into 4 , which in turn makes it 4 kingdoms in our world . The kingdom of Faleyon , Mondragon , Devilis , and Dnome.
Each kingdom is of different race with Faleyon having fae blood, Mondragon which is my kingdom having dragon blood , Devilis possessing devil blood ,and Dnome having defs blood . To be precise we are not exactly these creatures ourself, we just possess some amount of their blood which gives us the ability to manifest few of their powers , we couldn't even dream of being those existences!! Our world power operates on mana . Mana exists all around us , it is then the the ability and efficiency of one to absorb this mana into their mana pool that establishes the power class . Royals , generally are born with fast absorption ability due to their pure blood . Any other apart from a royal that possess fast absorption ability comparable or even surpasses a royal is known as a blessed .The distinct noise of flame birds moving to their nests brought me out of my thoughts , I looked towards the window and the gorgeous sight of the sun setting reminded me to go to bed early due to the long journey of tomorrow . I made a bath for myself and after washing , got ready for bed. As I lay face front on my bed , thoughts about the unknown tomorrow raced through my mind ,with a tired sigh I close my eyes losing myself to the warm embrace of sleep.
