Chapter 5 - chapter 5:origin

There was once a world. A peaceful world.

A world maintained by the one and only creator— Kayakz.

He forged a realm balanced between life and death, neither favoring one over the other. A world that thrived in harmony.

And then, he created the first star— the Sun.

It shined as a symbol of his divine will, granting warmth, light, and aura to every corner of existence.

But not all gods rejoiced in his creation.

The other deities, his fellow divine beings, grew envious.

Each attempted to create their own worlds, but every attempt ended in failure—corrupt, decaying, or collapsing realms unworthy of life.

Consumed by jealousy, they devised a single solution:

Seal Kayakz.

They conspired to trap him and banish the Sun, throwing it far beyond the known universe.

When they struck, Kayakz felt his power falter.

Without the Sun, the very source of his divine aura was gone.

He was overwhelmed and sealed—powerless—trapped within a black box, a prison of eternal darkness.

But even in his defeat, Kayakz did not abandon hope.

With the last remnants of his divine aura, he infused shards—fragments of unimaginable power—each glowing faintly with sun-like energy.

These shards were scattered and hidden in unknown corners of existence.

They are more than relics.

Each shard holds a godlike resonance, capable of awakening a fraction of Kayakz's power—

sunlight, life, and creation.

But used incorrectly, they can also bring corruption, madness, and death.

After the betrayal, the deities replaced the daytime sky with a strange phenomenon:

blooming flowers that emitted light instead of the Sun.

But there was a terrible price.

The flowers carried a curse—anyone harboring negative energy would transform into a monster when night fell.

As this ancient memory surged through Zun's mind, confusion twisted across his face.

"Then why... why the hell was I reincarnated into this fucking nightmare!? And why give me a damn flashback like that instead of writing it all in some giant hand!?"

His voice echoed into the void.

Silence lingered in the white, empty space, his anger bouncing back at him.

"Oh yeah... right. No one's here in this white shithole except that black box."

Zun exhaled sharply, sighing.

"Shards, huh...? Then Richard... does he have one too?"

A whisper crawled into his ears.

"Sir Zun?"

"Richard? Are you here!?" Zun shouted, looking wildly around.

Suddenly—

The white void vanished.

"AHHHH!"

Snap!

Zun jolted back into reality.

Richard stood in front of him, calm as ever.

"What the hell was that?" Zun muttered, dazed.

"I hate explaining, so I just put an illusion in your mind," Richard replied nonchalantly.

Tap. Tap.

He tapped Zun's chest.

"That aura you just emitted—where did you get it? Was it from a shard?"

"I... I honestly don't know," Zun answered nervously.

"Whether it's from a shard or not, it doesn't matter," Richard said. "What matters is that it's powerful. That aura could help our organization."

"Help you how?" Zun asked, suspicious.

"To unseal the true creator trapped in that black box," Richard said firmly.

Unseal... the creator?

"How exactly is my aura supposed to do that?"

"I don't know," Richard admitted with a laugh.

Zun twitched.

"What do you mean you don't know!?"

Richard shrugged. "I'm just a follower. But that's why you need to join the **Sunshine Organization**. You don't need a shard. You already have something far greater: aura."

He tapped his own chest.

Zun squinted. "What kind of aura did you see in me?"

Richard replied, "Your aura... it's unknown. Pitch black, with streaks of whitish ash."

That description sent a shiver through Zun's spine.

Richard lowered his hand and extended it for a handshake.

"Enough chit-chat. Will you join the Sunshine Organization or not? Your choice."

Zun stared at the outstretched hand, deep in thought.

Pitch black and whitish ash... That's a terrifying color for an aura.

But... I saw something earlier.

When Richard was fighting that Night Dweller, I saw it—

A light. A heart, beating with **dark energy**.

That moment... something inside me awakened.

My hands started morphing like a Night Dweller's. My pupils narrowed and darkened.

That's when I realized—

I can copy anything I see that has light in it.

Body. Form. Power. Even essence.

As long as there's light...

"ZUN!?"

"ZUN!??"

Zun snapped back from his memory.

"What are you zoning out for? My hand's getting tired!" Richard complained.

Zun smirked.

"I'll join."

A grin stretched across his face.

Because now i know my power.

i call it— true blessing.

---

This is my story. I will unseal the true creator.

I am mr. Sunshine
