### **The Blackwater Bay – 279 AC**

The scent of burning peat and saltwater hung thick over the *Vine Serpent* as Aemon's fleet approached the smoldering ruins of Hull. Three weeks had passed since the Battle of the Gullet, and the price of victory was written in the charred skeletons of fishing villages along Driftmark's coast.

Jon Snow stood at the forecastle, his knuckles white on the rail. **"He's punishing the smallfolk for our defiance."**

Aemon adjusted his eyepatch—the wound from a flying splinter during the dragon battle still weeping. **"No. He's drawing us out."** He pointed to where the carcass of a fishing skiff floated upside down, its hull marked by three parallel gashes—dragon claws. **"Viserion may be wounded, but he's still deadly."**

A scout ship returned with grim news:

1. **Jon Targaryen** had taken Dragonstone as his base

2. **Viserion** was spotted hunting near High Tide

3. **Daenerys's remaining fleet** was regrouping at Pentos

**[Strategic Map Updated]**

*Enemy Strongholds:*

- Dragonstone (Jon Targaryen)

- Pentos (Daenerys Targaryen)

- Volantis (Allied reinforcements)

*Allied Holdings:*

- The Arbor (Primary base)

- Storm's End (Baratheon loyalists)

- Greyjoy outposts (30% defected to Euron)

---

### **The Council of War**

In the great cabin of the *Vine Serpent*, Aemon's war council debated their next move:

**Stannis Baratheon** slammed his fist on the table. **"We must retake Dragonstone before—"**

**"Before what?"** Shireen interrupted. At fifteen, the greyscale-scarred princess had grown into a shrewd tactician. **"Before Jon raises more dead like at Hardhome? We need dragonglass, not empty castles."**

Victarion Greyjoy snorted. **"The Crow's Eye has a horn that controls dragons. I say we take it from his corpse."**

Aemon studied the map. **"Three problems. Three solutions."** He placed markers:

1. **Dragonstone:** *"We'll send raiders to sabotage their docks."*

2. **Dragonbinder:** *"Victarion, take the Iron Fleet to ambush Euron."*

3. **Dragonglass:** *"Shireen and I will mine what's left at Dragonstone."*

**[Operation: Three-Pronged Strike]**

*Risk Level: Extreme*

*Potential Rewards:*

- Disrupt Targaryen supply lines

- Gain dragon-controlling artifact

- Secure vital weapon materials

---

### **The Infiltration**

Moonlight silvered the waves as Aemon's team rowed toward Dragonstone's hidden sea caves. Twelve men, including Jon Snow and Shireen, all armed with:

- Dragonglass daggers

- Myrish far-eye lenses

- Fire-resistant cloaks treated with alchemical solutions

The caves stank of sulfur and wet stone. As they navigated the tunnels, Shireen whispered, **"These were made by the Targaryens to move dragons unseen."**

Then—**voices ahead**.

Jon Targaryen stood in a cavernous chamber, his hand on Viserion's snout. The once-magnificent dragon now bore ugly scars where the dragonglass bolt had torn through his wing.

**"...ready the next shipment,"** Jon was saying to a hooded figure. **"The Night King comes, whether these southron fools believe it or not."**

**[Discovery: The True Threat]**

*White Walker Activity:*

- Wildling reports confirm dead rising

- The Wall's magic weakening

- Jon preparing for northern war

---

### **The Escape**

Aemon signaled retreat, but Shireen's foot dislodged a stone.

Viserion's head snapped up. Nostrils flared.

**"RUN!"**

The dragon's gout of flame lit the tunnels like a second sun as they fled. Only Aemon's quick thinking saved them—he triggered a cave-in using wildfire charges, sealing the passage behind them.

Back on the ship, Jon Snow stared at the burning island. **"He's not our enemy. The real war lies north."**

Aemon clenched his fist. **"Then why burn Driftmark?"**

**[Moral Choice: North vs. South]**

1. *Join Jon against the White Walkers*

2. *Continue southern resistance*

3. *Attempt to broker peace*

Aemon chose **2**.

**"We secure the Reach first. Or there'll be nothing left to save."**
