The ground cracked as if shattered by a hammer, the air screamed under the weight of his radiating power, and space itself vibrated. His golden hair shone brighter as his divine aura erupted—a primal, godlike power that only deities possess. His crimson, slitted eyes opened, radiating supremacy, marking him as the ultimate predator.
The leaders and veterans recognized this divine power, a force few could attain at great cost. Even with God dead and the System faltering, Gilgamesh's divine aura surpassed that of the Seraphs, beings created directly by God.
Instincts screamed at everyone except Gilgamesh's group to kneel before him, their survival seemingly dependent on submission. Sirzechs and Azazel sweated, recalling the fear they felt when first facing Gilgamesh. Even Sirzechs's Super Devil power seemed like a candle flame compared to Gilgamesh's blazing inferno.
Gilgamesh smiled as his power manifested. *CHING!*
Silver chains emerged from golden portals, binding the leaders, Grayfia, and Vali to their chairs, leaving little room to move. Gabriel was the only one spared.
"What?!" The leaders were shocked by the speed. Grayfia struggled, but the chains tightened. Vali examined them curiously.
"Gilgamesh, what are you doing?" Michael asked calmly.
"Azazel wanted an example, so I'm illustrating," Gilgamesh replied, turning to the others. "I assume you've heard of Prometheus's punishment?"
"The Titan who gave fire to humanity in Greek mythology?" Michael asked, relaxing slightly. "Turned human and chained to the Caucasus, where an eagle ate his entrails, only to resurrect each midnight. A cruel punishment by Zeus."
"Correct," Gilgamesh lifted a chain. "These are the [Chains of Prometheus], used to bind the immortal Titan to his fate."
"These are the real chains?!" Azazel's discomfort gave way to academic curiosity as he studied the runes along the links.
"Interesting, but I doubt that's all you've got to enforce our promises," Sirzechs said cautiously.
A golden portal appeared beside Gilgamesh, revealing a double-edged sword with a notched blade, a simple hilt adorned with a green gem and a small hole at the tip.
"This is the [Sword of Shannara], also called the Blade of Truth," Gilgamesh said. "It forces the user and target to speak the absolute truth. But with the [Chains of Prometheus], it enhances a side effect: oaths." He tugged the chains, securing the sword by its hilt. "I bind the target with the chains and make them swear an oath, with punishments ranging up to instant death."
"WHAT?!" The room froze at his words, the leaders staring intensely, Vali with a disturbing expression.
"That's a bold claim," Azazel said, his smile unwavering despite the growing pressure. "Care to demonstrate?"
Gilgamesh's grin widened, unnerving even his friends. "Alright then." Holding the sword downward, he locked eyes with Azazel.
"Witnesses: Sirzechs Lucifer and Serafall Leviathan of the Devil Faction, Michael and Gabriel of the Heaven Faction, the Hakuryuukou, and the heirs of the Gremory and Sitri Clans. The oath: Truth about the recent Excalibur fragment thefts and attack. Failure to tell the truth will result in harm proportional to the lie. This oath is active now," Gilgamesh declared, omitting his friends, who were unbound.
"Let's test it," Gilgamesh stared into Azazel's eyes. "Did you know Kokabiel was going to steal the Excalibur fragments?"
Azazel flexed his fingers, frowning slightly as if feeling the chains. "No."
"But you suspected he might do something?" Gilgamesh pressed.
"…Yes," Azazel replied, less uncomfortable.
"Did you try to contact anyone about it?"
"I did," Azazel shrugged.
*SPLAT!*
Blood splattered the floor, originating from a deep cut on Azazel's arm, exposing veins and muscle. Sona and Rias recoiled.
"You might want to answer truthfully, Azazel. The severity increases with the lie," Gilgamesh said, unfazed. "You didn't try to warn them, did you?"
"No, I didn't," Azazel admitted, his wound healing, leaving a chain-link tattoo. The room's atmosphere shifted as everyone realized Gilgamesh had called his bluff.
"Do you know the person acting as Valper's informant?" Gilgamesh asked, his eyes briefly changing color.
"Yes," Azazel replied seriously.
"Can you tell me details about him?"
"Sorry, he's dead—AGH!" Azazel screamed as a larger cut appeared on his other arm, healing with a larger tattoo.
"Azazel!" Vali exclaimed, surprised and concerned.
"Do you doubt my words now?" Gilgamesh addressed the room, holding the sword. "This is a sample of what I can do to enforce oaths against anyone harming innocents. If I see anyone from your factions attacking normal people, I'll ensure they pay." His gaze hardened. "Are we clear?"
The leaders felt the weight of a divinely blessed being, Gilgamesh's disdainful expression radiating venom, as if he towered over them, despising gods.
"I can be human, but you're nothing more than insects I can crush whenever I please," Gilgamesh said with pure contempt.
This was not the kind, teasing Gilgamesh they knew. This was a King facing threats to his people, a warrior who defied gods. A battlefield legend who effortlessly defeated the mightiest foes.
"Are we understood?" Gilgamesh asked, smiling.
The sword and chains vanished into golden particles with a wave of his hand.
"Very well," Azazel chuckled, noting his healed arm.
"Good," Gilgamesh said, his power calming as he returned to neutrality, though fear lingered in the air.
As Sirzechs opened his mouth to speak, a strange sensation washed over them.
**Scene Change.**
When Gilgamesh opened his eyes, the room had changed. Rias's Peerage (except Kiba) and Sona's Peerage were frozen in time. Only the leaders, Gilgamesh, Vali, Kiba, and Gilgamesh's group were unaffected.
Gilgamesh glanced at his group, noting their immunity. His Servants were unaffected, Sebas was protected by his power, Arthur and Xenovia by Caliburn and Durandal, extending to Asia and Le Fay. Fenrir and Tiamat were naturally immune, and Valerie and Leonardo were shielded by their Sacred Gears.
"A terrorist attack," Azazel said, startling the unfrozen.
The leaders and Gilgamesh approached the windows, seeing masked figures firing magical energy waves.
"Those are the so-called mages. Their magic derives from the Devils' system, created by Merlin Ambrosius and refined into sorcery. Judging by their output, each has the magical power of a mid-class Devil," Azazel explained.
"In other words, humans with Devil-like powers, but unable to become Devils themselves. It's troublesome when a Sacred Gear user learns magic. Their attacks can't destroy the school, though, thanks to the barrier Sirzechs, Michael, and I set up. But it traps us inside," Azazel added.
"What stopped time?" Sirzechs asked.
"It seems they used a Sacred Gear or magic to amplify Gasper's Forbidden Balor View into a temporary Balance Breaker state. It's strong enough to affect those out of sight, showing his ability's potential, though not enough to stop us," Azazel replied.
"That's a problem," Gabriel said sadly.
Gilgamesh sighed, amplifying his power, drawing attention. He extended his hand toward the frozen, a golden circle appearing.
"Kankara Formula?" the leaders thought, recognizing the magical circle.
Combining the [Kankara Formula] with [Time Magic], Gilgamesh broke the temporal lock, restoring everyone.
"What happened?" Rias asked, confused by the shift.
Sirzechs explained the situation: Gasper had been weaponized in the old school building, likely due to leaked information, to disrupt the meeting.
"The school's barrier prevents us from leaving without risking the human world. They likely plan to destroy the school while time is frozen, using significant military power. There might be a traitor among us," Azazel said calmly.
"Can we escape?" Issei asked, worried.
"We can't leave until the barrier's dissolved, but that risks the human world. We wait for the enemy leader to show. Reckless attacks play into their hands," Azazel replied.
"Our first goal is to rescue Gasper from the old school building, their base," Sirzechs said.
"Onii-sama, I'll go. Gasper's my servant. It's my responsibility," Rias said determinedly.
Sirzechs chuckled. "I know your personality, but how will you reach the old building? It's swarming with mages, and teleportation circles are blocked."
"I'll handle it," Gilgamesh interjected, earning nods.
"I'm going too. He's my brother," Valerie added, receiving a nod from Gilgamesh.
Gilgamesh activated his [Rinnegan], distorting space to create a portal with [Space-Time Gate]. Sirzechs and Serafall recalled this ability from his fight with Riser. Rias and Valerie entered the portal, which closed behind them.
Gilgamesh deactivated his [Rinnegan]. "Vali, deal with our guests until we can remove the time-freeze effect," Azazel instructed.
"Fine, I was getting bored anyway," Vali replied, activating his Sacred Gear and Balance Breaker before flying out.
"Any idea who our intruders are?" Gilgamesh asked.
"I have a guess or two," Azazel said, pointing outside. "Meet the Khaos Brigade."
"Seriously? Khaos Brigade?" Gilgamesh deadpanned.
"I know, not the most original name, but it's theirs," Azazel shrugged. "Shemhaza's been tracking their suspicious activities. They're gathering dangerous members from all three powers, including humans with Balance Breaker Sacred Gears and several Longinus users."
"What's their goal?" Michael asked.
"Destruction and chaos. They despise this world's peace. They're terrorists, plain and simple," Azazel said.
"Their leader is the mighty and diabolical dragon beyond the [Welsh Dragon] and [Vanishing Dragon]," Azazel added, alarming everyone except Gilgamesh's group.
"The [Ouroboros Dragon] Ophis, feared by God, reigning as the strongest since the world's creation," Sirzechs said, frowning.
"Exactly. Ophis leads the Khaos Brigade," a voice declared.
A magical circle appeared in the room's center, shocking the leaders. Azazel laughed, Sirzechs looked bitter, and Gilgamesh nearly joined in.
"The Leviathan's magical circle," Sirzechs noted, startling the younger attendees except Gilgamesh.
As the circle faded, a tall woman with glasses and a voluptuous figure appeared. She had tanned skin, long brown hair in a bun, a headset, and purple eyes, wearing a deeply low-cut dress with a high slit exposing much of her chest.
"Greetings, current Maou Sirzechs-dono," she said boldly.
"Descendant of the original Leviathan's blood, Katerea Leviathan. What's the meaning of this?" Sirzechs asked.
"To bring chaos to the world," Katerea replied, raising her staff and unleashing a massive burst of magical power.
The room exploded under her power, but the leaders and Gilgamesh created a protective barrier, ensuring everyone's safety.
"Katerea-chan! Why are you doing this?!" Serafall shouted, met with Katerea's furious glare.
"Serafall, how dare you act so brazenly, you who stole the [Leviathan] title from me! I'm the original Leviathan's descendant, the rightful Maou!"
"Katerea-chan…!"
"Don't worry, Serafall. Today, I'll kill you and claim the Maou Leviathan title. Then, Ophis will become the god of the new world, even if just a symbol. We'll build the [System], laws, and doctrine. Michael, Azazel, Sirzechs Lucifer—your era is over."
The leaders' expressions darkened, but Azazel laughed.
"Hahaha. So you'll reform the world together, huh?"
"Exactly, Azazel. This world is…"
"In decay? Humans are foolish? The Earth will be destroyed? Come on, things are thriving nowadays," Azazel mocked, hands on his stomach. Katerea's eyes twitched.
"Azazel, you're the same as ever. Despite your power, you're satisfied with this world…"
"Let me say this: your goal is cliché and harsh. Only the overly strong think like that. Descendant of Leviathan, your words sound like a villain about to die," Azazel taunted.
"Azazel! You mock us!" Katerea roared, her magical aura surging.
"Honestly, Sirzechs, I expected you'd pick a safer place for the meeting," Azazel laughed, and Sirzechs looked embarrassed.
Gilgamesh laughed, drawing attention. "Don't worry, Azazel. I'm here. There's no greater security than that," he said confidently.
"Haha, so you'll fight her?" Azazel asked, chuckling.
Gilgamesh nodded and stepped forward. Katerea's power flared with rage upon seeing him.
"GILGAMESH!" she screamed, surprising the leaders.
"Been a while, Katerea. How's it going?" Gilgamesh teased, laughing.
Katerea's eyes darkened. "Why are you here? I wasn't informed! Don't tell me Serafall manipulated you?" she accused, enraging Serafall.
"If you join me, I wouldn't mind. We'd have more fun than with Serafall," Katerea said with a lascivious smile.
Gilgamesh looked amused, while the leaders had mixed expressions, Serafall fuming. Azazel ogled Katerea's curves.
"She didn't, and I refuse your offer. But if I had to choose, it'd definitely be Serafall," Gilgamesh said, making Serafall blush and Katerea seethe.
"Now…" Gilgamesh continued, hand in pocket, his face bored. "You dared attack me and my friends, causing chaos in my city, under my watch." His voice dripped with venom, a tone unfamiliar to those who knew him.
Sirzechs wanted to say it was the Devils' city, but instinct silenced him—a survival instinct from the Civil War.
Gilgamesh turned to the leaders. "I'll handle them. Watch and be grateful I'm letting you witness my performance. Karna, Mordred, Arturia, Arthur—deal with the other mages. You have ten minutes to play and show your power before I finish them."
They nodded, drawing their weapons and charging the mages. Arturia and Mordred slashed through enemies together, Karna incinerated foes with flames, and Arthur wielded Caliburn and Excalibur, unleashing holy waves that vaporized targets.
"Fenrir, Tiamat, take care of the rest," Gilgamesh ordered, receiving nods.
He advanced toward Katerea, floating with magic to face her. "Guess I can let loose a bit," he said, raising his right arm to reveal a glowing bracelet with a magical circle.
"My servant of truth and conviction, I command you: inhabit my body and transform it into that of a great and powerful sorcerer," Gilgamesh recited, a flash of light erupting from the bracelet.
When it faded, Gilgamesh's hair had grown white, with two eyes on his forehead, black wings, and two extra arms. A skeletal dragon surrounded him, and he wielded an immense scythe.
"Masou: Belial," Gilgamesh declared, smiling.
It was the Djinn Belial, of Truth and Conviction, capable of using Life Magic.
"What is that?" Azazel asked, shocked.
"That's the Djinn Belial, a spirit inhabiting relics, similar to a Sacred Gear," Enkidu explained, surprising everyone.
Katerea growled, her power surging. She unleashed dozens of demonic energy beams from magical circles. Gilgamesh swung his scythe, effortlessly slicing through them.
Katerea charged, firing more demonic waves. Gilgamesh countered, cutting through them and swinging his scythe at her arm. Surprisingly, her arm remained intact, as if untouched.
"What? It did nothing," Katerea laughed, but when she tried to move her arm, it wouldn't budge.
"What?" she gasped, horrified.
"Surprised, huh?" Gilgamesh chuckled.
"What did you do?" Katerea shouted.
"Belial's scythe can't physically harm, but it severs senses. The senses of any body part it cuts are sent to another space. Your arm is useless forever," Gilgamesh said, to Katerea's horror.
"Let's see how long you last," he added, readying his scythe.
Katerea prepared to attack, but it was too late.
"Belior Goldoreza," Gilgamesh uttered.
In an instant, he appeared before Katerea, his scythe slicing her neck. Her body froze, lifeless. By cutting her neck, Belial's power sent her soul to another dimension, leaving her body an empty shell.
Gilgamesh vaporized Katerea's remains with a wave of divine power. "I've killed the descendants of Leviathan, Asmodeus, and Beelzebub. Just one Lucifer descendant left," he mused, smiling.
A massive demonic energy sphere hurtled toward him, but he sliced it in half.
"So, you're the traitor, Vali," Azazel said, a mix of amusement and sadness in his voice.
"Sorry, Azazel, but this side's more interesting," Vali replied, glowing with his Balance Breaker's power.
"Vali, has the [Vanishing Dragon] joined Ophis?" Azazel asked.
"No, I'm just cooperating out of curiosity. They offered to let me fight Asgard. I couldn't refuse. You dislike fighting Valhalla and Asgard, right? You hate war," Vali said.
"I told you to 'get strong,' but also 'don't do things that destroy the world,'" Azazel said sadly.
"It doesn't matter. I just want to fight forever," Vali declared, pounding his chest.
"My true name is Vali Lucifer, descendant of the original Lucifer who died. I'm a half-breed—my father was Lucifer's grandson, my mother human. I gained the [Vanishing Dragon] from my human side. A descendant of Lucifer and the Hakuryuukou—I might be a miracle," Vali said, shocking all but Gilgamesh.
"No way," Rias gasped.
"It's true. If such a ridiculous existence exists, it's him. The strongest Hakuryuukou, past and present," Azazel confirmed.
Vali continued, "I thought I'd be disappointed meeting my rival, just a human. But Sekiryuutei, Gilgamesh, you're a worthy rival—a demigod, descendant of a man feared by God and my ancestor."
"I also heard you fought the [True Longinus] wielder and possess [Telos Karma] and [Innovate Clear]," Vali said gleefully, shocking everyone further.
"You control five Longinus, plus the [Sephiroth Graal] and [Annihilation Maker] users by your side," Vali added, amplifying the room's shock.
"Your existence is unbelievable, even to me," Vali remarked.
Gilgamesh laughed. "The word 'miracle' doesn't describe me. I'm someone who shouldn't exist in this world," he said, amused, knowing he was here due to the Goddesses' intervention.
"So, Vali, will you fight me?" Gilgamesh asked, deactivating Masou: Belial.
Vali grinned. "Obviously, and I'll go all out," he said, raising his hand as a menacing aura surged.
"I, who am about to awaken…"
[He's gonna blow!]
[Yes, he'll definitely blow!]
As Vali began his sinister chant, voices not his or Albion's emerged from glowing jewels in his Balance Breaker, filled with malicious excitement. The aura thickened as past Hakuryuukous voiced their resentments.
"…Am the Heavenly Dragon who stole the principles of supremacy from God."
[The dream ends!]
[And the illusion begins!]
The malice grew with each word, Vali struggling to maintain control.
"I envy the Infinite and pursue the Dream!"
[Everything!]
[Yes, give us everything!]
His armor glowed brighter, expanding.
"I shall become the White Dragon of Supremacy…"
[No matter how much time passes…]
[Or how the world changes…]
[YOU ALL ALWAYS CHOOSE DESTRUCTION IN THE END!]
As Vali and his predecessors screamed the final verse, Albion announced: [Juggernaut Drive!]
A massive burst of white light illuminated the barrier, an overwhelming pressure and ominous feeling washing over everyone. Vali's Scale Mail transformed into a bipedal dragon, with elongated horns, fanged mouthpiece, larger wings, clawed gauntlets and greaves, and a thicker, spiked tail. His aura was pure white and immensely powerful, shaking the ground with each step. The barrier flickered before stabilizing, reinforced by the leaders.
This was Juggernaut Drive, the strongest technique of the Sekiryuutei and Hakuryuukou, unlocking sealed Heavenly Dragon powers at the cost of life force and sanity, consumed by past wielders' malice. Unlike Gilgamesh, who mastered Ddraig's power fully, Vali used his demonic power to offset the cost, maintaining sanity with mental strength.
The leaders feared Vali's Juggernaut Drive could destroy Kuoh. Gilgamesh, however, looked bored. Vali's power, though Satan- or God-class, lacked control compared to Gilgamesh's full mastery of Ddraig.
"Alright, Vali, if you're going all out, I'll show something interesting," Gilgamesh said, summoning Regulus's axe.
[Hey, partner, what're you planning?] Ddraig asked.
"I'll use Regulus's power," Gilgamesh replied aloud.
[You can't! Our enemy's Albion—you should use my power!] Ddraig protested.
"I used you against Crom Cruach. It's Regulus's turn," Gilgamesh said firmly.
Due to Ddraig and Regulus's love for being used, Gilgamesh alternated between them. Arashi, his other Longinus, didn't care about such things.
"Accept it, lizard," Regulus taunted in axe form.
[Lizard?! I'm a dragon, you damned cat!] Ddraig roared.
"And I'm a lion, you damned lizard!" Regulus retorted.
The onlookers sweated at the bickering Longinus.
"Does this happen often?" Vali asked, almost pitying Gilgamesh.
"You have no idea," Gilgamesh sighed, regretting taking both at times.
"Quiet, both of you. You'll get your turn, Ddraig," Gilgamesh said, making Ddraig grumble and Regulus laugh triumphantly.
Gilgamesh raised his axe, which transformed into a massive golden Nemean Lion, one of Greek mythology's strongest monsters, nearly killing Hercules.
"Now, where was I?" Gilgamesh grinned. "Balance Breaker!"
[Balance Breaker!]
Gilgamesh and Regulus roared in unison. The golden lion became light, enveloping Gilgamesh in golden armor with a lion motif. His aura thickened, resembling a lion's head ready to devour all.
The space trembled, and Vali recoiled at the power. In this Balance Breaker, Gilgamesh's strength surpassed most God-class beings, overwhelming the Three Factions' leaders. His presence forced weaker members, including Grayfia, to their knees.
Gilgamesh was among the world's top ten strongest existences.
"Alright, Vali, you go first," Gilgamesh said, crossing his arms.
Vali, stunned by the overwhelming pressure, hesitated. "This pressure! Every cell in my body screams to flee. It's not just the quantity but the density—like an ocean crashing down," he thought, terrified.
Yet his battle lust drove him forward. "Very well," Vali said, grinning.
He charged like a white blur, his aura-covered fist striking Gilgamesh with force that shook the barrier. But Gilgamesh didn't budge, his armor unscratched.
"Done?" Gilgamesh asked, bored.
Vali retreated as Gilgamesh's power surged.
"Don't be shocked. Stay sharp and focused," Gilgamesh said, moving instantly before Vali could react.
[VALI, DODGE NOW!!] Albion screamed.
Too late. Gilgamesh's fist, raised in an instant, struck Vali.
The punch shattered Vali's Juggernaut Drive armor like nothing, embedding him in the ground with a massive shockwave. In one blow, the strongest Hakuryuukou lay unconscious at Gilgamesh's feet.
Gilgamesh sighed, having restrained his power to avoid killing Vali. He spotted a blue [Divine Dividing] jewel, absorbed it through a portal for later use, and deactivated his armor.
The barrier shattered as a young man with short, light hair (black in the anime) descended, dressed in ancient Chinese Three Kingdoms armor.
"Holy banana, they did a number on you, Vali," he said, shocked.
Gilgamesh recognized Bikou, Sun Wukong's descendant.
"Care to fight, Youkai?" Gilgamesh asked, smiling.
The leaders, except Michael and Gabriel, were stunned that Gilgamesh still wanted to fight. His group just shook their heads at his behavior.
"No way, not after what you did to Vali," Bikou said, tapping his staff and vanishing with Vali.
Gilgamesh sighed.
**Scene Change.**
As Gilgamesh and his group reentered the school, the Three Factions' forces began post-battle cleanup, removing the mages' bodies.
In the courtyard, Sirzechs, Serafall, Azazel, Michael, and Gabriel issued orders to their subordinates.
"I'm returning to Heaven to plan for peace and countermeasures against the [Khaos Brigade]," Michael said, Gabriel at his side.
"Sorry, we organized this conference and feel ashamed," Sirzechs said.
"Don't blame yourself, Sirzechs. I'm glad the three powers are moving toward peace. Useless fights will decrease," Michael replied.
"Some subordinates won't agree and will leave," Azazel remarked sarcastically.
"That's inevitable. We've hated each other for so long. But it must change, even a little. The Khaos Brigade is the real issue," Sirzechs said.
"Let's cooperate and discuss this moving forward," Azazel and Michael agreed.
"I'll return to Heaven and finalize the peace treaty later," Michael said.
"Michael, handle explaining this to Valhalla and Mt. Sumeru. It'd be tricky for me to move recklessly," Azazel said.
"Yes, I'm used to reporting to [God]," Michael replied, ascending with his subordinates and Gabriel.
Azazel addressed his Fallen Angels: "I've chosen peace. We won't fight Angels or Devils anymore. Those who disagree can leave, but I'll kill you next time we meet. Only those who agree, follow me."
[We'll live for Governor Azazel until we die!] his subordinates roared. Azazel thanked them quietly.
He, Sirzechs, and Serafall turned to Gilgamesh's group. "So, you'll help us?" Azazel asked.
Gilgamesh chuckled. "Obviously. I can't let those mutts run wild in my garden."
"I forgot to ask something important," Azazel said, catching everyone's attention. "What's your faction's name?"
Gilgamesh paused, not having considered a name. His group was formed to protect humans, but he'd seen others needing help too. His faction welcomed and protected all, regardless of origin—humans like Arthur, Le Fay, Leonardo, and Asia, or outcasts like Fenrir and Valerie. A faction offering purpose and a home, a utopia of harmony and happiness.
"How about Avalon?" Gilgamesh suggested, surprising his friends.
Azazel laughed. "Avalon, huh? The utopia of King Arthur. A faction that doesn't discriminate and helps all—fitting name."
Everyone nodded.
"I expect great things, Gilgamesh, Leader of Avalon, King of Avalon," Azazel said, departing with Sirzechs and Serafall.
Gilgamesh and his group smiled. Their family was truly remarkable.
Scene Change.
Michael, Heaven's Representative and Angel Leader; Azazel, Governor of Grigori's Fallen Angels; Sirzechs Lucifer, Underworld's Maou; and Gilgamesh, Avalon's representative, signed a peace treaty. Disputes between these powers were forbidden, fostering cooperation. Named after the school where it was signed, it became the "Kuoh Treaty."
