*Chapter 11: A Turning Point*
The exhibition was a huge success, with many of Min-soo's pieces selling on the first night. Sophia was overjoyed, seeing the validation and recognition Min-soo deserved.
As the night wore on, Sophia's family arrived at the gallery, their faces stern and disapproving. But when they saw the crowd and the attention Min-soo's art was receiving, they couldn't help but notice his talent.
Sophia's mother approached Min-soo, her expression softening slightly. "Your art is...impressive," she said. "Perhaps we were too hasty in our judgment."
Min-soo smiled, his eyes shining with pride. "Thank you for understanding," he said.
Sophia's father, however, remained unconvinced. "This changes nothing," he said firmly. "Sophia will still marry the man we've chosen for her."
Sophia felt a surge of defiance. She knew she couldn't let her family dictate her life anymore. "I've made my choice," she said, standing tall. "I'll follow my heart, no matter the cost."
