Jace: eyeing her with a mix of suspicion and fascination. " So are you going to tell me how you know my Coffee order?"
Aria: Smiles, stirring her cup. "I pay attention'
Jace: Have we met before?
Aria: sips her coffee. "Not yet"
That answer hits Jace funny he leans back
Jace: okay either I'm being stalked... Or your some sort of fortune teller.
Aria: grinning. "I don't know maybe it's that maybe it's not."
Jace: laugh's trying to be annoyed but sometimes about her makes it impossible
Aria thinks to herself. "He still laughs like that.... Loud and warm like he doesn't know it's the last sound I ever want to forget. I wish I could freeze time right now- but time's never been kind to me...
Jace: playfully. "So mystery girl... Do you have a name or do I have to guess that too?"
Aria: it's Aria. But don't wear it out You'll be saying it a lot"
Jace: oh really?
Aria: "I hope so." Giggle's
The waiter returns with the coffee. Jace takes a sip, and hums in approval.
Jace: you real did get it right. That's freaky.
Aria: Giggle's. "I have a gift". Smiles faintly, a shadow behind her eyes.
After a short period of time, they walk outside. It's late in the afternoon. Golden hour, the moment feels suspended in time.
Jace: "well thanks for the coffee Aria.... And the confusion." Chuckles
Aria: You'll see me again.
Jace: you're pretty sure of yourself.
Aria: whispers to herself. "I have to be.."
Jace: huh?
Aria: Nothing, see you later Jace.
Jace: uhh? Wait our contact info!
Aria: I already have your number.
Jace: stares in disbelief as she walks off. "Well this day sure has been eventful." He says to himself
As Aria Walked away Jace watched her disappear down the street. Something about her makes him feel familiar like this wasn't the first time they met nor the first time they had this conversation?
