Chapter 95 - Chapter 95 Osiris's Thunder Roar!

"Hey Erza, you took out a Four Elements? That's pretty impressive!"

Natsu, lying on the ground, tilted his head and gave Erza a brilliant, boastful smile.

"But the one I defeated was Phantom's ace, Iron Gajeel~!"

Before he could finish his sentence, Erza had already grabbed him by the collar and tossed him back toward the shore the same way he came.

"Let's talk about this later. We have to leave this dangerous place first," Erza said seriously.

"Um, Erza, Natsu has left " Lucy raised her hand weakly.

"Is that so? Then it's your turn next."

"Master Harpy! Save me!"

"Love~!"

"Wait a minute, Happy! Lucy! There are still us ahhhh!"

Just like that, Erza and Mira began quickly giving everyone present a one-way express ticket back to safety in the simplest and most brutal way.

This time, however, things were much better: their companions waiting on the shore were ready to catch them, preventing any tragic faceplants.

By the way, Loki was caught by a group of beautiful women.

"Wait, where are those weird ghost soldiers from before?"

When Lucy returned to her companions, she noticed that the battle on the shore was over and a large number of ghost wizards had been tied up and thrown aside.

"They disappeared on their own. Joseph must have been unable to maintain them," Levi explained.

Then she took Lucy's hand with concern and said,

"Compared to that, you were in such a dangerous place with those monsters… Lu-chan, are you okay?"

"It's okay. It was mainly because of Natsu and Gray's efforts "

As she was speaking, Lucy suddenly snapped back to her senses.

"Wait, where's Gray?!"

"I'm here."

Gray's voice came from the lake.

After swimming to the shore, he casually dropped Juvia who had been clinging to his back onto the ground and climbed up onto the embankment.

"Great, you're fine. But what's going on with this woman?"

"Isn't that Phantom's Water Elemental? Why does she look like she's enjoying herself?"

"Be a man, Gray! Even if she's an enemy, that was too brutal you left her looking completely lovestruck!"

Their friends immediately gathered around, staring at Juvia, who had hearts in her eyes and a pounding heartbeat, murmuring softly to herself.

When this was mentioned, Gray looked miserable.

I want to know what's going on with this weirdo too!

"In that case, only Chase is left over there "

Mira returned to her burgundy dress, clasped her hands tightly, her beautiful eyes flickering slightly.

Hearing this, the companions no longer wanted to tease Gray, and they all looked up at the magical giant that was gradually collapsing on the lake.

"Don't worry, this is a battle he must go through on his road to growth."

Makarov walked slowly from behind and stood on the shore, gazing at the battlefield.

The old man's appearance was like a backbone, calming the restless and worried emotions of everyone present.

The bottom of the Magic Giant.

The dark purple magic power overturned the rubble and soil, and Joseph's figure emerged from it. He no longer had the calmness and indifference at the beginning. Blood was flowing on his face, his hair was disheveled, and his cloak was tattered.

Although he looked like a wolf-fox, his aura was not diminished much.

After all, he was one of the Ten Holy Mages with rich combat experience. The moment he was hit by the Destruction Rune of the Chaos Black Magician, he opened up a defensive magic circle to offset most of the impact.

"You bastard brat, you actually dared to do this? I won't forgive you, I definitely won't forgive you!"

Joseph raised his dark eyes, which were filled with extreme resentment, and his gaze passed through the falling rocks and fell on Chase who was at the top.

The purple magic circle opened, and cold ghosts poured out like a flood, condensing into a dark purple vortex on his right palm that continuously devoured the gravel.

"Despair·Death Storm!"

whoosh!

A dark purple column of death storm light, several times stronger than normal, shot up into the sky, carrying with it a destructive aura that annihilated all matter along the way, and headed straight for the Black Magician of Chaos who was hovering in the air!

The Black Magician of Chaos twirled his staff, creating a black barrier to block the magic.

In the blink of an eye, Joseph had already come behind Chase through high-speed movement magic!

Although he was shocked by the dark power of the Black Magician of Chaos, his mind was quite clear and he did not lose his basic judgment of the situation.

As long as we get rid of Chase, who has little combat ability, we can quickly end this battle and face Makarov!

"It's over, damn card imp, soul devourer!"

Joseph raised his hand and threw out a magic circle. A purple beam rushed out and tightly bound Chase, who had no time to dodge.

Immediately afterwards, a giant black and purple ghost exuding an evil aura emerged, opening its creepy mouth and aiming at Chase's head.

Just as the giant ghost was about to devour Chase's soul and magic power, a card spinning in mid-air suddenly appeared in Joseph's sight.

"This kid predicted my move and activated the card in advance?!" Joseph was secretly shocked.

As soon as the thought came to mind, three shining swords of holy light fell from the sky and landed around the two of them, restricting the movement of Joseph and the giant ghost!

"In this case, none of us can move, President Joseph." Chase glanced sideways at Joseph behind him.

"Didn't I tell you that I can easily break free from this kind of boring little trick?"

Joseph sneered repeatedly and began to unleash his magic power, preparing to break the curse of the hexagram and shatter the Holy Light Protective Sword.

"President Joseph wouldn't have forgotten the real use of this little trick so quickly, right?" Chase laughed.

Joseph seemed to have noticed something and was suddenly shocked. "In this case, you can't expect to escape safely!"

"The time is now, Black Magician of Chaos!"

In the air, the Chaos Black Magician, who had already finished accumulating his strength, swung his staff down without hesitation.

"Rune of Destruction Black Seal!"

Boom!!

The dark light bomb carrying the aura of destruction exploded into a sky full of flames, completely engulfing Chase and Joseph!

Before the noise of the explosion had completely subsided, a figure emerged from the depths of the thick smoke and dust, standing on the shoulder of the magic giant and gasping for breath.

It was Joseph, scorched and tattered but still standing.

"You're really thick-skinned. You didn't even fall down."

Chase couldn't help but sigh in the thick smoke.

Beside him, a small, round, chestnut-colored creature his Chestnut Ball had blocked the fatal blow. It chirped softly, rubbing its fuzzy cheeks against Chase before vanishing into a point of light.

The Black Magician of Chaos slowly descended and said in a solemn tone,

"Your magic power has weakened."

"Ahahaha, that seems to be the truth. After all, the opponent is the Holy Ten " Chase sighed heavily.

After multiple rounds of intense combat, his magic power was nearly spent. Even maintaining enhancement cards like the Book of Mystic Arts had become difficult.

The Chaos Black Magician seemed to notice his fatigue.

Though he'd fought bravely and burned bright, remaining on the battlefield any longer would do more harm than good.

"Leave."

With just that single word, the Black Magician of Chaos quietly dissolved into particles of light and returned to the deck.

"Next, it's the final battle."

Chase lightly slapped his cheeks to keep himself focused and looked up at Joseph, whose fury now seemed to be at its peak.

He had barely enough magic left to activate one trap card just one.

Mirror Force wouldn't be effective here. That left him with just one final card to gamble everything on.

"Card kid, I'm going to kill you!"

Joseph had lost all composure, his eyes wild with rage as he summoned a towering death storm magic circle, ignoring everything else Makarov, Fairy Tail, even his own safety.

Chase steadied his breath, then with firm resolve, raised his hand and threw out a final monster card:

"Go Turn the Enemy's Elf Sword Soil!"

The magic circle lit up, and the Elf Swordsman raised his sword high, charging straight at Joseph without a trace of fear.

"Haha, now all you can do is summon these worthless pawns for a futile struggle."

Joseph scoffed, instantly recognizing the Elf Swordsman's low level. With a flick of his finger, he conjured a dark arrow of pure malice and effortlessly shattered the swordsman into glittering fragments.

"Let Makarov watch closely as I blast you into pieces!"

With a crazed grin, Joseph pushed his hands forward. A death storm surged out, howling with destructive force, splitting the already crumbling ground and roaring toward Chase at terrifying speed.

Staring at the dark purple torrent swallowing his vision, Chase remained calm. He swiftly activated a trap card that had been lying in wait all along:

"Switch Position!"

Whoosh!

A mysterious spatial force surged outward, wrapping around Chase then pulled him away just as the Elf Swordsman, reformed by the card's effect, took his place.

Boom!!

The death storm struck, and just as Joseph had predicted, the Elf Swordsman was obliterated in a flash of darkness and flame.

But

"What?!!"

Joseph's eyes went wide. His most devastating spell completely wasted?

Before he could process it, Chase stepped forward from the safety of the repositioned space, lifting his right arm now cloaked in sleek, white, demonic armor.

He no longer had enough magic left to summon any high-level monsters.

But he didn't need to.

What little magic he had left was enough to borrow a fraction of a god's might.

The power… of thunder.

"This is the final blow, President Joseph."

Chase's voice was steady and fierce.

"Accept the judgment of thunder."

He clenched his fist.

And the lightning above gathered in the sky since the Chaos Magician's descent shuddered and twisted.

With his will, it began to take form.

A dragon.

No a Sky Dragon.

It coiled with divine rage through the blackened storm clouds, electricity crackling from every scale.

"Osiris's Thunder Roar!"

Joseph stood frozen in place, horror paralyzing his limbs as the sky itself split open.

Chase raised a single finger.

Sizzle!!

The dragon of judgment screamed from the heavens and plummeted mouth open, fangs of lightning bared.

BOOM!!!

A blinding flash tore through the battlefield, scorching the heavens and the earth alike.

The entire lake lit up as if struck by the sun. The ruined castle, the titanic magic giant it all crumbled under the divine wrath, collapsing in a thunderous explosion that echoed across Magnolia.

Osiris's roar had ended the war.
