It wasn't likely to be anything of value, but it could fetch a good price, or be mass-produced for his subordinates.
"Oh? What do you want me to research, Boss?" Dr. Steel asked, now showing interest.
"That's not important. We'll talk later. I have something I need you to do," Ash waved his hand.
Dr. Steel looked at Ash with a very serious expression: "Boss, is there something important you need to say? Please give your instructions!"
"I plan to rebuild a headquarters, one real and one fake. This will confuse the enemy's judgment," Ash said, looking at Dr. Steel.
"That makes sense. Okay, Boss, I'll get on it right away," Dr. Steel nodded.
"But boss, is this supposed to be a fake or...?"
"This building right here? This one stays my personal headquarters. The new base you're building somewhere else? That can be the 'official' Team Rocket headquarters too. On paper both are real… but we both know which one I'll actually be running things from." Ash gave Dr. Steel a knowing look.

After leaving, Ash gave another order: all the pretty female members of Team Rocket should come to this headquarters, and everyone else should go to the new headquarters Dr. Steel was building.
Ash's current task is to win over the last woman in the base, Jessie. This will make his plan perfect, and the day Black and White return will mark the perfect success of his plan. Then he can finally have some fun with the two sisters.
