Kyra's POV
After meeting with Kieran, we returned to the Nightfall Pack house.
"At least now we know who's behind Connor," Nathan said as he parked the car in front of our home. "This Dark Crown sounds dangerous, but at least we have a direction."
I nodded in agreement. "Yes, and with Kieran's help, we finally have a chance to take Connor down."
"The leads from Matt are crucial too. If we could find Connor's secret office..." Nathan paused, looking at me intently. "Do you think Matt will help us?"
"He will. Connor imprisoned him and possibly hurt Emily, after all." I squeezed Nathan's hand reassuringly.
Nathan lifted my hand to his lips and kissed it gently. "Yes. Soon this will all be over, and we can have a peaceful life."
Security personnel were stationed throughout the house, so I knew we were safe. Even Anna, Yara had their own guards assigned by Nathan.
