Eva arrived at Dante's mansion an hour later. She'd been worried since the entire day when he missed her calls.
He'd been discharged not long ago, and although she could forget about him and focus on her plans, she couldn't bring herself to do so.
After all, he saved her life, more times than she could count.
She stared up at the mansion where she'd lived for months with him. Pretended to be a happy married couple until they eventually became one right before disaster struck them.
Staring at the structure gave her a feeling of nostalgia that a small part of her regretted coming here.
"What am I doing here?" She wondered out loud, a deep frown on her face.
All she could remember was Dante asking for a little date at home and she'd obliged without hesitation as if she was in a trance.
"This is a bad idea." She'd only wanted to check up on him, not to have a little date.
Eva clutched her purse, her eyes scanning the mansion.
