Akira glared at him with an exaggerated fury and loathing. He was tired of being a pawn, tired of the fear. A reckless fire ignited in his gut, burning away his caution. If he was going to die on this alien world, he would die on his feet, spitting defiance at the tyrant who put him here.
He shouted with raw frustration, "Don't think I'm afraid of you, you scoundrel! You exiled your own people for power... you destroyed their lives... and somehow caused us to be here, suffering because of your damned machines! Don't tell me we ruined anything for you. You look no different from any lowlife on Earth who crushes his people for the sake of authority."
